I love the cashier/worker named Antonio. He is the best. Despite being out of much, he was able to accommodate us. Vale is the best!

Vale is one of my go-to faves for fresh healthy lunch options! The restaurant is always clean and neatly organized, and the drink and snack options stocked. The Madison Street staff have become kind and familiar faces, providing recommendations and excellent customer service.

Tyler was great help. Very welcoming environment and great food, surprised it isn’t so busy. I appreciate Tyler for walking me through my first time ordering.

Another vegan/vegetarian option I enjoy is Vale. I'm in love with the sweet potato noodles. I even found them at World Market. I sike myself into believing it's a healthier noodle. But of course, we all know that too much of anything can't be all that good. But away, go ahead and give Vale a try.

Vale is always nice and respectful with the best food in Tallahassee. And it’s very close to campus and in downtown so it’s very close to come grab it.

If your employees are so shady you’d rather pay credit card companies instead of accepting cash. I’ll eat elsewhere thanks

The food concept is great on paper but the food we had probably sat under the heater lamps for a long time taking away freshness and making the sweet potato noodles very salty. Some ingredients were tasty but overall a mixed bad due to freshness and overall dryness and Saltyness.

The food at this location was okay. My order was wrong but I went back and a different employee was kind and fixed it. The reason for my low review however is because I can’t find a way to view nutrition facts or ingredients on the Vale app. It would be great if that could be provided. Additionally, it would be great if compostable utensils were used instead of just plastic.

The girl with the black hair is EXTREMELY rude and lacks all customer service. Me and my boyfriend ordered food from there after having long days at work. We ordered food and arrived there when the food was said to be ready. We got there, and the man at the register asked the girl with black hair if she made the food- with attitude in front of customers, she said no. We stayed calm, no issue. we sat down and waited for our food to be ready. About 20 minutes later, we got the food and left. Before leaving the parking lot we noticed we received nothing we ordered. Everything was completely wrong. We walked in, calm and collected. We let the girl know the whole order was wrong and she gave us a nasty look at said “ok”. After back and forth she could have just said f you. She was extremely rude, would not fix our orders, and gave us extreme attitude. Extremely unprofessional and rude.

I’m sad writing this because it was my favorite place to eat during undergrad. This place use to be amazing and thriving. I’m visiting Tally and wanted to grab something quick and healthy. Looks and smells like the food just sits over night. The quality has gone down significantly. They added some cute esthetics to the place, but what’s the point if I’m having leftovers. $30 for bad service.
