Their food is sometimes cold and nasty and there's some of the employees that have really terrible attitudes

The service was excellent they had total attention to detail to what we ordered from fries without salt, drinks with small amount of ice.

Wendy's used to be my go-to fast food chain before I moved. This is the closest one to us, and we've gone there a few times now. Every time, cold food. Fries are cold, nuggets taste like cardboard, we had to throw it away. The only redeeming factor is the frosty, when the machine isn't broken. A shame, because I used to really enjoy the chain, but can't stand this location.

I purchased a "Baconator" single meal. I was served a mostly empty tub of fries and a burger literally dripping in ketchup. To top it off, it had only one piece of bacon and it was the tiniest little piece about 1 inch by .5 inch. This is what I was charged $13+ for? I should have paid a couple bucks more and gone to Chilli's. At least I would be served what I ordered.

I like Wendy's but this was not the best.Table was dirty and staff in back talking. Frosty machine ran out and had to wait ten minutes for the second one I ordered . Place wasn't busy so dining room should have been clean.

This Wendy's is under new management, and the food that is being served is subpar!! Sorry, because this is the Wendy's we've patronized for the past eight years!

It's Wendy's, and I used their app for a deal. Baconator junior was the deal that day. Tried the pretzel bun, which adds a buck to your order. Tasty but still a bit spendy even using the app

There was a nasty nat infestation. Got my food then went to get ketchup, when I squirted the ketchup out 100 flys came out, went to the other one and the same thing. Literally disgusting I didn’t even eat the food I bought because you can only imagine what in the back. I think there’s need to be a inspector to come out asap

Got my order wrong and no napkins.

I ordered a single hamburger in the drive thru window. The mayo was watery. The burger was cold, crumbling and tasted awful. It was disgusting!!! Yuck. I am tossing it in the garbage right now.

very rude employees. Simply the boy who works there made a mistake when serving and at that moment three employees begin to treat rudely and discriminatoryly with my wife. There really was no reason for unprofessional treatment. They are definitely people that we don't like, we Latinos. Unfortunately, because so many unemployed people and the few who have a job do not value it.

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband was just cursed and yelled at by the daytime "manager". He told her she should be embarrassed and ashamed for the way she acts. She simply stated she get paid well to act this way and gave him the middle finger. I'm in shock that any business could be so awful 😖 We never even received the food and just left.

Food was terrible and so was the service. Logan supposed to be the manager is unprofessional and so were the other employees. Just a terrible experience and won’t be going back there.

I have never had a good experience at this location. Tonight ordered 6 junior BACON cheeseburgers, and not 1 of them had any bacon. But of course was charged for them. Never again, it's obviously to much to get what you pay for here, employees don't care

Honestly, food was OK, but when I had to wait for 10 mnts at the pickup up window for them to make a large fry and a double cheeseburger I think that's not fast foods at all.

The line moves quickly and the food is good. Highly recommend trying the lemonades.

I have to say...the hard working team here is always so pleasant to me in drive thru. I really appreciate that.

Front cashier couldn’t complete our order, leaving us waiting at the register. We needed manager approval because we spent over $50. Don’t know what the miscommunication was because manager didn’t come for a while. Most orders on the counter are getting cold waiting on fries.

Food is always good and fresh but the drive thru line always takes a while. It seems like they don't take another order until the previous order is fulfilled. We found it better to just place a mobile order if that's something your into.

The wife and I stopped in with our grandson me and the wife split a meal and we got our grandson. A happy meal probably was $26. That’s kind of crazy anyways the food was fresh but expensive.

Charged more at register inside than price listed on menu at 12:30 today so evidently "surge" pricing in effect. When I nicely ask about it was told it was corporate control of register. I will not return to Wendy's anywhere.

Asked for bacon egg and cheese crossiant, got sausage and egg. Horrible. Reordered to get bacon, it too was Horrible. Employees are not happy, lots of muttering between staff. Go elsewhere.

Literally waited 20 minutes in line. Got to the window and dead silence for another 10 minutes . No way I am so tired of paying for food and not GETTING IT!!! Give people what they pay for! Stop being lazy and theives

I’ve been to this location on 3 occasions thinking the service would improve but it got worse each time. The staff is unprofessional and there is no leadership at all. The place is ran like a hang out for kid's working in the kitchen. There’s always a back up in the drive thru and going inside isn’t any better concerning the fact they don’t even knowledge you. Who ever owns this establishment really needs to take a look at this place and see what is happening. Because we as consumers don’t deserve this kind of service. I understand it’s hard to find good quality help these days but you’re better off closing with the staff you have working know. You’re losing more money on paying the staff to do nothing all day but play in the kitchen.

The food is always good here. They do need a second cashier at the busy times of the day and weekends.

That new breakfast burrito it really sucks that is the worst thing I've had my life there I could have gone to Walmart and bought a loaf of white bread and had the same thing you're paying money to eat dough that new breakfast burrito is yucky and gross what a waste,, that new breakfast burrito belongs in the trash can,, just go to publix and get your own shells,, be the same as wendys with nothing inside

Busy time here at lunch many old people. The staff also some are old... The food came out fast and delicious surprisingly.. Great experience at Wendy's

Takes too long in the drive thru! I only get a 30-minute lunch, and I just spent 10 minutes of it in line!!! Please, please do better because now I have food that I didn't have time to eat because I can't eat at work!

We want to give a special shout out to Linda! She is always so helpful when we stop by. I have an allergy and she makes sure my food is prepared to where I will not have a reaction and she is an absolute pleasure to talk to. We come to this location just because of her amazing customer service and the food is fantastic. Thank you for all you do!

Manager was an absolute condescending old lady with a horrible haircut. Make sure you don't lean on her COUNTER because she's serving the burgers apparently unwrapped on them. Unclassy and absolutely unprofessional. Disgusted and will never be back

Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, which I have thoroughly enjoyed many times in the past. This one was beyond horrible. I ate maybe three bites wrapped it up and threw it away. I didn't even bother with complaining to staff,as from what I could see while waiting for my order,would possibly have apologized,maybe even offered a replacement, but,it was so bad I didn't want another. Never again at this particular Wendy's.

Wendy's might want to push more drug testing up on hiring new employees. The person taking my order was obviously on something! She couldn't even keep her eyes open while taking my order

Customer service sucks!! Was just there and the counter person took 10 minutes to acknowledge my and another customers presence. She was busy, but a "hello" and a "Be with you in a few minutes" is not too much to ask.

High for what you get. Soda machine do not work very good.

Ok person taking order didnt have a lot of knowledge about food. When asked about a new food item she didnt know, when asked about what comes on a certain old burger by another guest of mine she didnt know. Figured maybe she was new but in conversation she stated she been there 6 months.

Customer service could use some work I did see a guy wearing grey sweat pants while doing the fries they were dirty and he looked dirty not to keen on nasty people making my food. Manager does great but her staff will be the down fall of her store.

Would have to share we witnessed and experienced one of the most condescending and aggressive examples of customer service with Jessica at the counter. Extremely confrontational starting with her lack of knowledge when we tried to order, arguing with me about what my name is, to then harassing an elderly lady that was juggling a disabled husband and a pet. As we ate in restaurant we got to hear her make excuse after excuse blaming anyone but herself for her poor attitude. While the dining room may be pleasant the uncooked chili beans, beverage machine that had something amiss and knowing better than to annoy Jessica again with any more interaction we were not able to enjoy the experience at all.

It's your typical fast food. However, while they offer the grilled chicken, they only offer that option in a wrap. Sooo why ONLY offer it in a wrap? I mean, you already have the grilled chicken. How about putting it in a sandwich bun or salad too?!

Over 20 minute wait for a frostie.

I went in there and ordered a cheeseburger no onion. The lady at the counter repeated it back to me and assured me it was no onion. Come to find out there was onion. I'm allergic. Store was clean and staff was friendly.

Waited 40 min. in the drive-thru lane this evening with 10 more cars behind me because “they were getting a lot of big orders”. There’s not much you can do about inconsiderate customers ordering $65 worth of food at the drive-thru I guess except maybe to encourage them to order via the app next time. However, Wendy’s should be teaching their employees to at least apologize for long waits. I also know nobody wants to work anymore and operating a restaurant with 4 workers is pretty hard. Disappointing experience.

Burger tasted kind of old and the fries were cold

Bishop was fantastic. Very polite and made me feel welcomed. Even when I ordered chicken and not a hamburger. He made sure I got what I wanted 👍👍

Stopped for a burger while traveling through. Burgers were very good. Had not been to a Wendy's in a couple of years. Nice, polite folks working there.

The facility was clean the staff was friendly and the food was decent

Extremely bad service tonight it was not busy it was only one couple in the dining room and two cars in the drive waited approximately 7 minutes before they took our order and then they only took my wife's order and went and go made it then 5 minutes later they came back to me and took my order because the gentleman was on break then nobody was there to cover

Poor service this evening management had to find their counter person (which I surprised to see it was Bishop who's usually on point when running the counter)to take our order, although I had wanted to use cash, I utilized the kiosk to order instead. Fries were okay but wish you'd bring the breakfast potatoes for all day ordering .

The employee at the counter seemed overwhelmed and it wasn't busy at all. Food was tasty. No complaints on the atmosphere.

Always fresh, and they are willing to make things right if something is missing or not the correct order. Staff is courteous and customer friendly.

I enjoy this location and always go inside to order. The staff is so nice and friendly. As with most places nowadays, they are short staffed and overworked, so there's some longer wait times but that's everywhere you go. Unfortunately, on this visit I found a piece of the wrapper that comes with uncooked frozen burger patties in my burger. I've never had an incident before, and I know how hard they work so it's not going to stop me from visiting here.

Just passing through the area when we stopped. My husband is picky and special orders every and 9 times out of 10 his order is messed up. Not at this place. They get everything right and it was all fresh!

Clean facilities, good service and food, reasonable prices.

I go there for breakfast, so good and the staff are so nice too. Definitely I would recommend them if you are on this side of town.
