I stopped in with my sister last week to pick up some pints to bring home and was incredibly pleased with my experience!! They have a freezer near the entrance stocked full of pints with various flavors— I grabbed a banana pudding and my sister grabbed the strawberry cheesecake. Both were extremely delicious! The staff was friendly and attentive, and helped me with recommendations for what I should get. Thank you West Orange Creamery!

Great little ice cream parlor with a wide variety of options and reasonable pricing. Their selection of ice creams, shakes and even some adult beverages make for a location that can suite a varied audience and interests. Location was clean and the staff were friendly and well-informed on their products.

Lots of cool choices here. I liked their coffee shake with real coffee. They also had nice cones and flavors. They even sell wine and alcohol shots for those that like to get tipsy with their frozen dairy desserts. I for one prefer drunkenness and warm beverages like hot coffee and tea or broth. The staff are "jerks", soda jerks that is. Haha!

Took my son on a Tuesday afternoon after school to use a coupon, from the creamery, that he was awarded at his school for an academic achievement. This coupon clearly states it may only be used Monday-Thursday for a free kiddie cup. Walked into the store and was loudly asked if I was there for the private party. If not I had to leave. Woman behind the counter points and says we're closed and there's a sign at the door. My mistake for walking by the sign....yes.....but the sign also said to ring bell at service counter outside to place order. I took my son to the service counter, rang the bell and was ignored by staff. Went back around to take a picture of the sign because I was confused and upset. Why does my coupon say i may use it on Tuesday, if i can not use it on Tuesday? The lady behind the counter came outside and said only if I wanted something quick she would help me. But they are closed every Tuesday. I pointed to the bottom of the sign where it said we could order at the service window and she said No.....and it should clarify but it doesn't and she's the owner. I said no,and left. All around just terrible customer service. Even worse,from the OWNER in front of my son who has been looking forward to coming to get his ice cream award from school. He left feeling pretty crummy. I understand my mistake in not seeing the sign upon walking in,or understanding that they are closed every Tuesday but the delivery of this information matters. Treating customers as a burden while being rude and condescending is poor business practice. All around very disappointing.

The cutest local ice cream shop! They serve amazing old fashioned soda floats, huge epic shakes, and Hershey's ice cream in cups cones or by the pint. All of the Hershey's ice creams have dietary restrictions labeled on them (gluten free, dairy free, vegan). They also have boozy options... Photo attached of that menu. Absolutely love stopping in here anytime possible.

Hidden gem, ice cream is superb!!

Super cute old-fashioned ice cream parlor! They have a very extensive menu & great service. I dropped by on my birthday, and the server there was very sweet and surprised me with a candle in my cookies & cream ice cream cone. It was very thoughtful & made my night! We also got the cappuccino crunch flavor in a cone, which was delicious.

I got a New York egg cream, haven’t seen that on a menu in a long time. They have interesting products and recipes in a sophisticated, turn-of-the-century atmosphere. Unique. I liked the black Chesterfield sofa. We’ll be back next time we’re in the area.

My mom and I went into The West Orange Creamery for the very first time and instantly we were greeted with a smile and a welcome from one of the employee named Kyla, she was so super nice , she let us try samples and gave us suggestions, she is the kind of employee you want to have working for you, she made us feel so welcomed, she was truly intrested in us having a good experience and becuase of her and the delicious ice cream we will definitely be back! The other employee Natalia was very pleasant too. I highly recommend West Orange Creamery for all their different ice cream flavors and their vintage decor is very unique and pretty! Such a great old fashioned style creamery/soda shoppe! The ice cream is amazing, and the milkshakes are big! Everything is fresh and tastes delicious. They also have classic treats in the freezer as well as cakes. Great seating area. Bar stools are a reminder of the past. Such a cool place!

I absolutely Love this place!! I went for the first time on 9/18/2023 and ordered a iced coffee with a scoop of ice cream in it...it was thee best iced coffee I've ever had in my life!!!! Wow!! It was an amazing experience! The coffee was great!! The place is clean and visually nice!! And the two young ladies that waited on me and my mom were very helpful and nice!! They explained the menu and told us about different delicious things to try. I am now a new customer and I will be going back very soon!! And will highly recommend this location to others.💯💯👍😁

Excellent place variety of dishes and desserts

The girls working here were so helpful and friendly. They made suggestions for the handcrafted sodas and I was very impressed. I didn’t catch her name, but the girl that made my fiancés soda was so personable. She said she was the owners daughter and it was apparent by her knowledge and speed. Really enjoyed chatting with her.

Well, what can I say? Ice cream is ice cream like anywhere, but the decorations at this place looks more like a classic pizzeria with coke a cola pictures and vintage items around. With a bar in the middle, it just doesn't feel like an ice cream place. Now, the soda part is not interesting at all. This place needs my ideas on decorating.

While the Ice cream there was good, and they have excellent selections, the soda was not very good. Their sparkling water tap wasn't set up correctly, and seems to need to have less CO2. Too much syrup was added, and they should measure it out with something. Otherwise, if you are just going for ice cream? Good, good.

Amazing, delicious, extravagant sundaes and shakes, friendly staff, adorable decor

I saw some videos of them making the sodas and wanted to try. Should have looked at the year ( cause it was 5 years ago) because they didn't do that for me. The ice cream is your typical Hershey Ice Cream. They have a decent amount of flavors, the staff was attentive and very helpful and he was was very detailed in explaining what each item consisted of. Overall its a nice little ive cream parlor with a old time feel. You have lots of options to choose from. It is a little pricey but I see people comparing it to Twistee which is not a equal comparison. Too totally different styles and quality. Your paying more for an experience and variety of options. I will probably go back but still disappointed in the soda ordeal. ( Might just been that I got Cola which in hindsight is probably a more popular flavor so they probably don't make from scratch like the video- but who knows I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt).

I gave it 4 tries over 3 years… it’s just not that good and it’s pricy. It tastes like they put child safe paint in the ice cream and some of the items that are listed without price tags are over $10. It’s a shame it looks like it would be super quality stuff. You’d be better off going 2 seconds down the road to twistee treat and save $20.

Great vegan and non dairy options! Unique flavors. Cute decor. Local shop. Family friendly. Long line but attentive staff. husband got a special cookie milkshake which he liked. it looked like they had raised prices / cost was more than I expected. I guess inflation. Cost 7$ for a dairy free medium. Which is much more than the non dairy flavors so that was odd. No sign saying it would cost more. Not sure I’d be back if they charge more for non dairy without telling customer. Lactose intolerant and vegans beware

We ordered a modified Nana's love and the slayer, both were huge and very delicious. Staff was nice and the store was very tidy.

Really cool ice cream spot with an old school vibe and a creative menu. It’s Hersheys ice cream but the way they present it is unique. I tried the s’mores specialty milkshake which was decadent. A Graham cracker crumble rim with marshmallows, whipped cream, and a Graham cracker ice cream base. Delicious. What sets them a part are the soda drinks. The chocolate old fashioned soda was interesting, but worth the try. Would definitely recommending giving it a try.

My son wanted a butterscotch ice cream and West Orange answered the call... With butterscotch toppings... The staff was super nice and the store was clean. We'll be back. Updated 3/19/2022 Two of us went with mint and two did not but we all enjoyed. The staff is always awesome, today we talked skateboarding. We really like this place, the staff is always super nice and the ice cream will make you scream... In a good way. 1/11/2023 Had a birthday treat tonight. My son's icecream was sort of crazy big. The staff were super sweet, we enjoyed interacting with them. Storefront is always clean.

I am so glad I found this ice cream shop. The flavors are amazing and fun plus there are so many different options on their menu to enjoy the ice cream. The first time I went I got nanas sundae and it was definitely worth the price! The put cake, pecans, and the butterscotch drizzle on the bottom before giving a generous amount of ice cream and then put more cake, pecans, and drizzle on top which are being covered by the Whipped cream and cherry. The second time I went I got an ice cream soda with cherry vanilla coke and vanilla ice cream. They mix the syrups for the sodas at the moment so you can mix and match all the flavors possible. Definitely a place that I would recommend to anyone wanting dessert and a place I'll be visiting again in the near future.

This is one of my favorite ice cream shops; the ambiance is warm and inviting, and there is always wonderful music playing! It is conveniently located next to West Orange Cinema, making it an excellent after-movie treat. On my most recent visit I was assisted by two wonderful workers, Maddy and Stuart who were incredibly helpful and efficient. They provided me with excellent recommendations and prepared me a delicious shake. I can't wait to go back!

This is our favorite place for sweets and treats in the area!! My personal favorite is the Nana’s Love, and when I add in pretzel chunks, it takes it up a whole new level with just the right amount of salty and sweet. The epic shakes are SOOOO epic!! We got the Wish today, with that being a favorite of my 6 year old. He made a mess but it was worth it. Our 15 year old enjoyed the Crumble Monster, which comes with some amazing cookies to make her full and happy. We love this place and come back whenever we want to treat the family to something special - and the Soda Jerks never disappoint with their exemplary customer service and artistry making ice cream magic.

I took a friend of mine and her kids to try one of my semi regular ice cream shoppes. The West Orange Creamery and Soda Fountain located in Winter Garden, FL. Friendly young ladies greeted us when we walked in. They had suggestions for the newcomers and made our sundaes look scrumptious. You can create your own banana split, which I enjoyed immensely.

This place is wonderful! The decor is very warm and inviting. They have lots of delicious flavors of ice cream. Even something for the "adults" to enjoy. 😉 Madison is AMAZING! she was literally answering questions before I could finish asking them. Lol. Very knowledgeable and friendly. It was my first time visiting and there was a trainee following her learning. She was multitasking like a superwoman. Madison is definitely an asset to this company and because of her I will definitely be returning. Oh and the ice cream is amazing too! 😂

Not a pleasant staff as some people says. There is no samples and the flavor we chose was bland. Owner got offended for a previous review that involved a reading in the staff shirts, poor judgment but well, it’s his business not mine. I prefer to drive to downtown Windermere to enjoy a true quality ice cream with a truly good service in a business that certainly respect employees and patrons equally . Respect to be respected, leader sets the tone.

Haven't had a good malt in a while. I had a chocolate malt & daughter had a vanilla malt. It was wonderfully delicious! First time going and definitely will go back. My hairdresser works next door and gives it a great review for clients to go try it out.

My wife and I stopped in and everything was delicious. We're new to the area so we thought it was cool that the theater was also just off their back patio. We definitely have an ice cream and movie date night planned.

The atmosphere was nice with enough tables to sit and enjoy family talk/ It is a great date night place too. They make unique sundaes, I was so enthused I forgot to take a picture of it. I did shaer it with my husband! The staff is very polite and informative. I will be returning, although as Ms. World Universal, not sure if my hips should be having this delightful treat, but overall it is a fabulous place t go with friends, family, or date night!

My wife and I love this place. My favorite this is a hot waffle cone with my scoop. Her favorite is any of the chocolate ice creams into a milkshake. We go every week and the experience is always amazing!

Love this place because it is family owned. Another cool thing here is that you can play games at your table. The only criticism that I would give is that each worker needs to do a consistent scoop. I had the cappuccino crunch tonight and so did my husband but his was half the size of mine. It is definitely a great place to go!

Place is cute, nicely decorated. The ice cream had a weird "old freezer burned" flavor to it. Kinda pricey. Staff was friendly and attentive.

It's hard to say what my experience would've been like. Pulled up at 830 PM with "Open" sign on (Google says they close at 9). When they saw my car they turned the sign off really quick and locked the door. As we left they proceeded to laugh.
