We did drive through and the kid that attended us was great. It was our first time and he was so patient with us...lol. The burgers were delicious we will definitely be back when we are in the area again.

I go there about every other week sit down about 2:33 in the morning get my food and my onion rings are always made perfect there's an employee that works there his name is Joshua Clutter the reason is because he's a hard worker !

I will always like delicious hamburgers.

I came in to get something to eat and the staff jus stayed on their phones did not acknowledge my presence

I wish I was over exaggerating when I say this, but they have messed up almost everything I order from them. I'm either missing items from a meal combo, or missing a side item that I'm paying extra for. I thought maybe a door dash would be safer, because it's usually checked before it's given to the driver, but no. Instead of a side order of large onion rings, it was a medium fry. I know it's minimal, but is it really that hard to get the order correct?

Sauges Bob meal. Cup of coffee and a Diet coke for breakfast 😋

I can’t really rate the atmosphere because we used the drive-thru. As a resident of Texas, happening upon a good Whataburger in Florida seemed unlikely, but here we are. The burger was perfect, the fries were acceptable, and the shake was outstanding! I didn’t take pictures while I was there, but here’s a picture of an owl in flight.

The food was cold, the dining area was filthy, and the cashier/food runner, even though polite, his clothes looked as if he were a mechanic and had been working on cars.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Food was hot, fresh and tasty. Clean restaurant.

First timer. My meal was fabulous! I got the #1 meal, figuring it was a great place to start. I will definitely go back if I can find home close to home

Ate there yesterday,got sick this morning

Not sure why, but all Whataburgers take for absolutely ever to get through. Want more money, speed up your drive thru times.

Paid $1.80 for bacon on my burger and didn't get one piece of bacon on it!

Did not fix burger correct or include requested condiments

I love Whataburger but this one we got up the next morning and was sick I've never gotten sick before and have not been sick since this is two days ago it could have been something else but I bought it because we only eat here that day

Imagine showing up when no one else is here and then waiting 20 minutes just to receive your food

Tried the cranberry apple salad with grilled chicken. I tried it with 2 honey mustard dressing packs. It was a generous portion and so good. Highly recommend.

Food was cold. Waited in line at drive thru for over 50 minutes, just under an hour! They had plenty of staff and still, that long waiting in line with only about 10 cars. Inside was packed also. Definitely one of the only places to go later at night, however, Waffle House will be our late night go to from now on. Plus there’s no reason it should cost $35 at a “fast food” place for two adults. That’s just crazy. During the day, Whataburger is much better, but their night time game is absolute trash. Unbelievable.

Service was fantastic, the cold AC and quiet atmosphere was very much welcomed this early and this warm out already. Instead of my plain patty melt that I ordered I got one with those dreaded onions. Alas I was already back home before I found out and I wasn't about to bicycle back up there to have them fix it. So I'll just give 1 Star on the food and four stars for the other two!

The Food was Par, not like it used to be. They don't make food Fresh anymore, well atleast not Burgers. Won't go back for a while.

They were so sweet to me just now! I had placed a mobile order but when I got the speaker they didn’t have it on their end. I made sure I was at the right place and everything and I indeed was. I could tell they were confused and stressed about it but they told me to come up to the second window and they looked at my order and made it right there! I looked into my bag and I hadn’t ordered any fries but they gave me a small fry I assume for the trouble/confusion. Either way it was super sweet and they totally didn’t have to do that. It kind of made my day 🖤 sweethearts working at this store 🖤

This was my first time here. We ordered on the app and was given a 10 minutes wait window. Not a problem. Got there and waited and extra 25 for the food. Customer services was nonexistent. When we finally got our food, it was messed up and missing items. We won't be back.

The girl that work the cashier totally ignores my order. made me wait 20 min. After 20 min I ask to check on my order she roles her eyes with an attitude..she didn’t even check on the order . I’m never coming back here again.

Friendly staff easily one of my favorite whataburger restaurants to come to, never had an issue with them on orders even when they are slam packed

Slowest fast food restaurant ever.

About 31/2 weeks ago before they temporarily closed down. My boyfriend and I were getting dinner. We usually had good service but this night we ordered chicken tenders, we were told they would be fresh so we waited a little bit, when we got home I noticed we had 2 more than usual and I was excited. I ate a whole tender and my boyfriend hadn’t started to eat yet. I grabbed my 2nd one and split it open and I noticed it was raw! So I opened a few more and same thing they weren’t cooked the chicken was raw in the middle.. pink! My boyfriend took it back to them and showed them and no one wanted to take accountability and a few days later they closed down… also we have tried to reach out and haven’t gotten a single call or email about it.

Best Whataburger in Fort Walton Beach, and I've been to all them. Best staff, best location, food is always prepared well and served hot... Expect a big crowd most days at lunchtime...

Food was cold, I almost drove off without getting my food when the zombie looking person with green hair was taking orders. Sorry for saying zombie person but that's the only way to describe how they looked. Scary!

Food was cold. Our order was messed up. Staff was polite,we went through the drive through. Usually we go inside, I think we will not go through the drive through anymore.

I ate here, and it made me say, "What a burger!" I understood why the place was called Whataburger! It's a play on words you see. What a burger sounds like Whataburger, so it's a bit of fun based on those words sounding the same. It's very clever, reminds me of something I would think of myself. My friends call me Joey Gladstone since I'm always cracking wize. I love you guys ttyl

Food came out cold, customer service was non-existent.

The food and atmosphere are great, but the service went downhill. I get inflation has increased, but why give someone a junior rather than the #2 that was ordered? I ordered the number two like usual and everyone's food came out and it looked alright until it was divided out we were missing one. It was the same size as the junior like my sisters just with an extra patty. This was at Whataburger on Eglin Pkwy behind Eglin BBVA the closed bank.

3am and wanted banana pudding milkshake something fierce. Course got like 4 orders before I can get out the door, but my insomniac peeps hooked it up.

I never had whattaburger but when I seen It on my way to my hotel in Destin I had to try I'm from Georgia and we don't have one here atleast I don't think if we do I never seen one but anyway I paid almost $40 for my girlfriend and I lemme tell you I was very underwhelmed I don't see the hype I would have come off better going to burger King and saved money

First time here and loved the hamburgers! Definitely will be looking for these restaurants on our travels.

Normally a go-to spot for a quick lunch near the house when I'm working in pressed for time. Looks like I'll be switching that as lately the service is gone downhill. Just left the location after spending 10 minutes in the drive-thru line waiting for them to take my order (only one car ahead of me) I went inside the store to place my order. I then proceeded to wait another 25 minutes for it to be completed and delivered to me even though there was only three other customers in the store, two of which already had food when I walked in. Having two managers, four orange shirt employees, and what I assume to be too district managers sitting at a table talking the entire time. Pretty unacceptable customer service. The staff outnumbered any customers two to one.

The milk shakes are good. Had to have A Sandwich remade.

Grilled chicken is decent but I wanted to try a burger tonight. Service is ok at best other nights. But someone looked at this and sent it out… they weren’t even busy. It honestly would’ve been better if they just slapped cold regular buns on it.

Overpriced. Just a normal burger joint that tasted like a Burger King.

It was good but it was definitely no In-n-Out. But hey, if you like McDonald's french fries then you'll love Whataburger fries...I'm convinced they stole the recipe.

Staff at this location was courteous and kind. Order was repeated back to double check accuracy for my family of 5. Thank you for giving my kids a wonderful first experience with whataburger

I used to order lunch here about twice a week; apparently to cope with Spring Break, they DISCONTINUED both items I used to order (grilled chicken and/or cobb salad). This seems to have been a localized decision, and a very poor one at that! Even when/if they return to the full menu, I probably won't be coming back...

Bring back the breakfast bowl or imma pull-up to HQ myself

For a fast food restaurant is fine. Similar to Wendy's but bit better.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a double whataburger add mayo. The burger was delicious! I had to wait and wait and wait for my food, without telling me that there would be a wait.

I got a great burger here. Having Mellow Yellow was a nice surprise.

Always a favorite and since its not in Philadelphia you have to stop whenever you get the chance....it was worth it

La primera vez que ordené una hamburguesa me pareció que le colocaron mucha mostaza. Ya las otras veces que he comido pido que no le coloquen mostaza. Me parece buena opción si busco comida en la madrugada.

I liked their hamburgers very much. Their made the old fashioned style. A large bun, Two large meat parties, onions, tomatoes, lettuce, just the right amount in the burger. And it tastes delicious.

Always forget parts of the order. You have to check your order before you leave the restaurant. They gave us no straws and they always shortest fries or onion rings or whatever else. Have been going to this location for 20 years and it's always sucked.

The staff here are wonderful! Sometimes the drive-thru moves pretty slow, so if you need to be somewhere, leave a little earlier just in case.

It was very busy. I waited over 30 minutes for an order that I placed online. I was pleased that my fries were hot but my burger was not. Friday I ate it in the restaurant to take advantage of the hot food but it doesn't matter because the chili cheese burger wasn't hot. So I also don't know if it would have been good had it been hot. But it was not good as it was. I won't order that burger again.

I had the new raspberry chocolate shake. It was really good. We also got the jalapeño burger, a triple burger and fries. All were really good. We did spend over 30$ for 2 people, so it was expensive, but, better than fast food.
