Nice, friendly store. Lots of great prices on sale items.

This store is clean, well stocked and the staff is professional and helpfull.

I go here when something Walmart does have or some deals but my problem is self checkout. You go up to a register to pay for your groceries and the young employees have to stand over you like you're going to steal something. It's not just one time it's every time. I understand what your job is but don't pin point certain people to do that too. I feel like it's every time I go in there I get hoovered like literally standing right behind my back. If I didn't have the money to pay for things I wouldn't be in there. I noticed it's only certain people they do it too. It's really rude.

The staff here is friendly, the quality of the meat here is leaps and bounds beyond Walmart, the store is consistently clean and their deal on bottled water is one thing that keeps me coming back. The friendly deli staff are fun and the sushi and chicken are better than you’d think. I love my local Winn Dixie

Great selection for meats... and the best pharmacy in Baker County - staff for Rx were amazing young ladies and awesome Pharmacist but there no longer is a pharmacy.... back to CVS for my meds now grrrrrr

I have no issues with the customer service, as everyone is always very friendly! The stock personnel is another story.... I just bought hotdog buns that expired on 3/31/2024 and 4/1/2024. Do better, Winn Dixie!

Went to the deli for some chicken and was met by a older woman with short hair and wearing glasses , she must be a manager , she was very rude and unfriendly, the way she talked to me was so mean and she made me very uncomfortable, she was very unpleasant and I felt like she didn't have to be so unkind , I was just trying to explain to her that the paper in the chicken box was melted and stuck to the chicken in the cold chicken container and I asked her if she could please give me a hot box of chicken because it was not my fault for the way it was packaged and she proceeded to get very angry at me making me feel like I was trying to do something unlawful and she proceeded to be very unprofessional by belittling me because I was using snap, I was so overwhelmed by how I was treated like a low life , it was not my intention to cause a problem because I come to the location every day, I hope she doesn't treat her employee the same way she treated me.she was a head manager for this location , very unprofessional.

Pharmacy and a couple other areas closing out due to Aldi's purchase but the staff is amazing and helpful.

Many more food types and brands have been added lately. There is no need to run to Jax for hard to find items and fresh produce anymore. Yay!!!!

This review is not so much about the store itself, but rather this beautiful shade tree on the right side of the building. That's what made me stop here in the first place. I went inside at 10 AM, just as the chicken strips were coming out, which is what I had been craving. Chicken strips and a green salad. The store was clean, well organized and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Now about that big old shade tree. I had just come over from a 2400 mile road trip. It was the perfect roadside picnic spot for a weary traveler. I couldn't resist. Thank you Winn Dixie for that gorgeous tree. Oh and by the way, the chicken strips were delicious! This one is getting saved to my favorites, and hopefully someday I will return.

Pattie in the deli was very helpful and patient when we called. Upon arrival, and waiting in line, I couldn't see the name of the person behind the counter at that moment, BUT I knew by the smile and the way she was interacting with others that she was Pattie!! Smiled the whole time while helping others.Thank you Pattie!!

Nicely cleaned,well stocked,friendly cashier. Beautiful produce displlay. The handicap cart was charged. Praise the Lord. Only took a few minutes to get the items I needed, they were discounted, another praise, It is a beautiful thing... Great "local feel" business. Staff is always helpful. Meat dept. and Produce is much better than might be expected for this size store. If I had any feedback, it would be to try figuring out how to make crusty rolls in the bakery. I don't know if it's a sourcing issue or the baking procedure but other local supermarkets can do it every day. Just a thought...

Deli dept is horrible. Every time I go there it's an act of God to get someone to help me at Deli. Because they pretend I'm not standing at the counter. Then once I have someone helping me, they keep stopping and talking to their coworkers. They can't do two things at once. Here's an idea,. Service the customer first when done go talk to your coworkers. It should not take 30 mins to slice 2 pounds of meat. Also, they get so offended when you ask them to put on fresh gloves. Plus if they go around the counter to the front where the customers stand, cough, lean, and/or touch the glass , there should not be any attitude to change gloves. You just touch a surface where multiple people have been and you want to continue using the same gloves to touch my food after you touched the heavily fingerprinted glass. Have you lost your mind? I'm sure if it was your food, you would want clean gloves touching it.

This is my Winn Dixie. BEST one I have EVER shopped in. Today, however, was one I can't help but speak on. I understand frustration working with the public. HOWEVER, to blatantly be heard stating by Kimmie, "People can't read" hit hard on 3 levels. 1st, there are people who CANT read, second, frustration should be done in break room and third, IT'S YOUR JOB AS CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOYEE TO ASSIST NO MATTER THE REASON.

Went in and found everything I needed and got 10% off buying 4 bottles of wine. Very clean store and we had a really nice cashier.

Clean but SUPER expensive compared to the Walmart one exit up. I compared my receipt to Walmart and you can expect to pay $3+ per item (average) compared to Walmart.

I like this Winn Dixie. The people are friendly. The pharmacy people are great. The prices are a little higher than the nearby Wal*Mart, but the quality and selection of both meats and produce are MUCH BETTER HERE. The deli food is great here too. UPDATE 2022. When Lonna left the Pharmacy it went downhill fast. I moved to a different pharmacy but the store is still very good.

Fresh produce, good meat and seafood selection, lots of buy one get one, customer service counter with Western Union, nice helpful staff. I really like the dollar aisle, it has good bargains.

This Winn-Dixie has the best fried chicken and baked chicken of anywhere around! Better than any of the chicken chains! The chicken is juicy and cooked just right! Good Southern food!
