After sending them back and telling the manager that our burnt filet were actually burn sirloin……after correcting the issue the rest of the table was done eating. The new stakes were actually filet mignon and cooked properly. The they tried to charge me for sending them back which I caught….regardless I feel like the quality of the dinning experience at Bone Fish has gone down.
