Admittedly, poached eggs are difficult to begin with, but this is something I feel they should be able to do. Friday, I changed it up and ordered steak and eggs, as did my buddy. We both asked for medium cooked steaks (when not eating steak and eggs for breakfast, I always order a rare-medium rare steak), my buddy's steak was cooked medium rare, but mine was completely bloody, like it has only been seared on each side for a handful of seconds.
