We had a GREAT experience! From booking, planning, and everything in between, Gina was so helpful. The venue is located off of the town square making it so convenient to everything. Would highly recommend to anyone! 1 Memphis Street is a top notch facility.

We had our 1980’s class reunion at 1 Memphis and it turned out beautifully!! Everyone was impressed with the venue. The staff was amazing and helpful. We had over 160 people attend and 1 Memphis was a perfect fit! Would definitely recommend 1 Memphis for all your events!

One Memphis is a fabulous special event location! Their staff is very professional and accommodating. We have attended several events over the years, and no matter if the event is small or large it’s always a success. Gina at Onr Memphis Street saved us when our venue disappeared. She squeezed us in but didn’t make us feel like an inconvenience. The venue is beautiful, the bathrooms have been recently redone & everything is just gorgeous. You can go there, bring some flowers & food, and she’s got it all. I will be booking again.

The absolute most perfect wedding venue!!! It was small enough to feel intimate, but large enough to comfortably hold 115 of our friends and family for our wedding. Gina and her team were AMAZING. My Wedding was April 28, 2023 I wasn’t sure if I wanted a wedding but, I scheduled a tour and loved it. Mrs. Gina was attentive and helpful during the entire tour, booking, rehearsal and wedding. We have hosted both our wedding reception and our adoption fundraiser here as well as attended multiple events held here. Also, I make wedding cakes. So I have seen One Memphis Street as a bride, a patron, a guest, and a caterer and I have always felt right at home and taken care of in each capacity. This quaint venue is run by precious people who well staff the location during events. Not to mention the look and feel of this venue fits the historic Hernando Square so well. This place offers a simple, elegant location for weddings and a moldable feel no matter your occasion. We are proud to have this staple in our community!

1 Memphis Street is the BEST!!! My husband and I got married here on June 11, 2022! It was the best day ever, our wedding was a dream come true for us!!! Gina and her team are AMAZING!!! We looked at the venue in January of 2021 and my mom & I had lots of questions and Gina was so patient and informative. We moved forward with booking, keep in mind we didn’t get married until June 2022 so that’s 1 1/2 years in advance and still Gina was very communicative with my mom and I along the way and also was always super helpful!! Have visited 1 Memphis Street for several events. Whether a wedding, a special event for a local church, or an off-site venue, the atmosphere is always great. The parking could be better, but that’s a general issue for the square in Hernando.

We had our wedding here on December 12th, 2020. The venue is absolutely beautiful. The owners were so incredibly nice and helpful throughout the entire experience. We had no idea where to start when planning our wedding, but if you choose their venue, you get a super helpful list of preferred vendors that make your big day so special and stress-free. They are constantly adding things to make their venue the best. 100% reccomend.

The owners invest their time in you and go to great lengths to ensure you’re day is everything you could imagine and more. I’ve coordinated weddings all over the Memphis area and Desoto County so I can honestly say that no other venue compares.

I can not even say enough about how amazing this venue and the owner Gina was! So... originally I had a written a book about my experience because when I say it was AMAZING, that would be an understatement! First off the venue alone is absolutely beautiful and the owner was even more amazing! I live out of town in IL! When I decided to throw my niece a baby shower, I knew that I would need help because I lived so far away! One Memphis street was the first place that I thought of! My sister got married there several years ago and it was beautiful then and is even more beautiful now! When I called Gina, it was like an instant connection! I’m not really sure why but she made it easy! I explained that I lived out of town and needed a venue for my nieces baby shower! She immediately set my nerves at ease! She was super friendly and so understanding especially with planning during a pandemic! There was one time that I called her and we literally spoke on the phone for over an hour, not just about the shower but it was as if we have been friends forever! Rather it was just amazing customer service or if she felt the same as I did, I still felt like she was a true friend! Second, when I walked in the venue the day of the shower, she was there along with my amazing event planner/decorator Dawn Edwards (owner of Made Ya Look Event Design and Production) and it took my breath away! The amount of work that they put into everything really was nothing less than amazing! I truly have never seen a baby shower that beautiful! Everyone that came was in awe! Gina and Dawn stayed in contact with me constantly about COVID updates! Together we made sure that we took every precaution necessary to keep our guest and ourselves safe and we were! Hand sanitizer, signs, masks and safe social distancing guidelines were followed! I have never worked with such amazing people like Gina and Dawn! I would definitely recommend One Memphis street and Made Ya Look Event Design and Production for your special day! From top to bottom, the class and elegance that this place along with Made Ya Look Event Design and Production displays is like that of no other!!! AMAZING!!!! 10 stars for sure!!!!!!! Last but not least! “We Got This” catering was amazing too! The food was the best catering I have ever had and everyone left talking about this shower and all involved!!! My husband and I just celebrated our wedding at 1 Memphis Street and we could not be happier with our selection. The venue is amazing, though the staff is really what sold us on this location. They were so great to work with and so accommodating. Everyone on their team went above and beyond to make our day absolutely perfect. I knew I was in good hands and did not have to worry about anything on wedding day. They were straight forward regarding costs and all costs seems VERY reasonable. Gina did a fantastic job coordinating and communicating with us during the whole planning process and offered some great opinions. We really cannot say enough nice things about his venue. I truly had an awesome experience with this vendor! They amazed me and did a lot for us to help make our day easier! I would recommend. My guest count was about 150 and it worked out. The design was beautiful. They offered A LOT! The bridal suite is GORGEOUS! And all within budget. They allow outside vendors for pretty much everything so you’re not “locked in” to certain people ya know. It’s truly great and all my guest said when they walked in it was beautiful! If I had to do it all over again, I would choose them 10 times more. Excellent service and excellent venue.

I am in the wedding industry as a band producer and musician. 1 Memphis Street is excellent. In the near decade I have been doing this it ranks near the top if not the top venue I have been too. Great value, excellent vibe for your event in a vintage building. The staff are all lovely people especially owner Gina. If you decide on going with 1 Memphis it will not be a bad decision!

Awesome building. Had a graduation party there, had great ac because it was 90+ degrees outside. Stayed about 73 the entire time even on the dance floor. They had everything you needed p plus a lot of extras were thrown in. Very clean building and very courteous owners. They provided so many decorations we basically only covered tables. A truly 5 star building.

Had my wedding here on October 20th and I was more than thrilled with how it all turned out!! The owners Gina and Pete are helpful and easy to work with. The venue is perfect size for a medium guest list. The barn doors, brick , lights , planes , cowhide etc is a perfect combination for a southern elegant feel. My style was boho farmhouse and this venue fit it perfectly 👏🏻 Great for having a indoor/ outdoor feel or just all indoor lots of options! Cute spot in the Hernando area , very pleased 😁😁

Celebrated my mom's 70th birthday here. Great venue if you are looking for somewhere to throw a birthday party, wedding, etc. We had approximately 70 people and there was still alot of room. It could probably hold 150 comfortably and still have room for a small dance floor. Would highly recommend this place.

This venue is absolutely beautiful. I have attended two wedding receptions here, and both times it was decorated beautifully. I love the setup. The last reception I attended had about 100 people. The bartenders were well-dressed and super sweet. The fajita bar and fruit platter were absolutely delicious. I do not recommend the fried shrimp/pickle appetizer.
