We hired 215 Speakeasy for a private cocktail class, and it was an amazing experience! Vincent’s knowledge and passion for mixology shone through every step of the way. The class was fun, interactive, and we all learned so much. Five stars!

Vincent, the owner and bartender is super welcoming and very friendly. He asked us our tastes, what we wanted to drink and prepared us very good cocktails. The place is very beautiful, cozy and charming. The Frenchtouch is perfect, I recommend it.

Was a nice enjoyable stop. Excellent cocktails, made in the manner cocktails are suppose to be created, and served with the respect a good drink deserves. A definately do for those who enjoy a quality custom drink, and don't want 2 glugs of booze in a plastic cup!

We were looking for a rooftop bar to cap off a great night, but Florida weather had other plans, and thank God it did! The rain brought us to 215 Speakeasy, where we met Vincent. What an unexpectedly great time! Vincent was knowledgeable, personable and funny. It was such a treat not only to sit and enjoy his expertly crafted cocktails, but to watch him work and create beautiful, delicious drinks for everyone. Highly recommended!

My friend and I were able to find Vincent at his new place on 106 N Olive and had the best time last night! Great drinks, good vibes, and he has a nice following of devoted guests. Also, I can’t believe no one has mentioned in these reviews that you get to enjoy his sexy French accent and je ne sais quoi as he concocts a custom cocktail just for you. Will def be back!

Vincent is a fantastic bartender. He is skilled in his craft and makes delicious one of a kind cocktails that I want to recreate at home. Unfortunately the recipes are secret so I have to guess on it. Overall, FANTASTIC and he can expect to see me again.

The bartender initially laughed at us when we asked for a menu (we didn’t really know it was a speakeasy because the waitress just sent us upstairs) — BUT the drinks were INCREDIBLE and the vibes are awesome. The bartender came over to our table and asked us what flavors we like and then made both beautiful and delicious drinks that were exactly what we wanted ??? All three of us were very impressed. He nailed it!! Would highly recommend to anyone who’s in west palm.
