I live in Jim Thorpe and work in Bethlehem. On a morning when I’m running behind or I didn’t get breakfast, these guys are a life-saver right on my commute. Their bacon, egg, and cheese is awesome! Great coffee and friendly folks. Only complaint I’d have is that it can be a little slow getting your food, but it’s never been a deal-breaker. Always happy to support a small business like this instead of going to the gas station or convenience stores.

Fresh and delicious. The gauva & cheese pastillos were mind-blowingly good! 😍Only go on a Saturday if you have time to wait-- I waited 40 minutes one day and 80 minutes another day.

Food is good and the people working there are always friendly

Got a breakfast sandwich and an iced latte. Nothing fancy, made to order food at a decent price. Everything was good but seeiously only stop if you have TIME. It's a drive thru so youd think it is quick service but it takes the same time as a sit down restaurant so I wouldnt recommend stopping on your way to work. 30 min for latte and 1 sandwich. You drive thru then park to the side and wait. Good food with great options. Convenient location, friendly staff.

This place is a MUST STOP!! My brother and I stopped on our way to go skiing, he got Kevin’s Monster Breakfast and I got a Bacon, Egg and Cheese on a bagel. Both were absolutely amazing and prepared perfectly! Be patient, they take their time making the food to assure it’s the best it can be! We will 110% be stopping here the next time we come through here.

The food is great and freshly prepared. It's definitely a hidden gem. A must stop. Contractors and Travelers that are hungry should check this place out. Uber currently delivers if you're stuck at home or at work site.

Very friendly atmosphere. The people are so nice and the food is amazing!!! Best part is it's a drive thru. So you don't need to get out of your vehicle. And you get made to order food.

We were on a job across the st and we were glad we finally had a place to eat so close. We are used to driving 15 to 45 mins to get food. They were very nice and when I ordered all my food she looked me up and down and said where you putting all that. I love that realness like sarcastic but positive. Ordered mean dogs with her homemade jalapeño mustard. It burned but it was good. Then I got the breakfast sandwich it was really good as well. I enjoy these small places they sit there and just wait for customers and they are so polite and nice. They argued with each other in a funny way but truly authentic. I wanted to apply for a job for them tbh. If your on 248 stop here now. These people deserve it. Thank you. We appreciated your food and your personality.

Not many places to pull off when you drive truck. The gentleman was shutting down early on the holiday. Just needed a coffee. He made sure that I left with more than that!

Good place to go with your family

I've been coming here for a few years now and have never been disappointed. Their food is always delicious and fresh. You will never leave hungry because the proportion sizes are outstanding. The morning monster is probably the best breakfast sandwich around. Today I tried a hot ham and salami with bacon Hoagie and it was probably one of the best hoagies I've ever eaten. Can't wait to come back.

Stopped here this morning for my 2nd time in 2 years. Had the drip which was a dark roast. Coffee was very good..Messaged owner and got a prompt reply which was really nice. Will be back in a few months and will try some of their food and one of their lattes.Good prices too.

The 248 Coffee Shack is better than meets the eye! The regular crumb cake, hot dog, and coffee was awesome! The staff member Renee was well accomodating to my sweet coffee standards and didn't mind my questions. God bless her. If you want to avoid the hustle and bustle of the busy hours, go there after breakfast and before lunch between 11AM to 12PM.

This is a cute little place that you can stop for coffee and breakfast! My boyfriend and I drove up on a Saturday morning and were surprised and delighted to learn that there was a drive up window to order at. I highly recommend stopping by! Excellent service, food, and coffee!!!! Thank you, guys!

Best food, best service. Kevin is such a lovely man, and makes the best hot dogs. I stop here every other week, and am never disappointed. You can’t beat a couple dogs and a bag of chips on a nice backroad drive. Cannot recommend enough. 🌭

Friendly people, good tasting coffee

Best chili dogs in the area! It’s hard to find a good chili dog anymore and these guys put real authentic chili on their hotdogs. Not just coffee can be found here. Also the burgers are very good and friendly service.

Very good breakfast sandwich, eggs were perfect, ham was delicious and bun was delicious. Coffee was very good. This will be a regular stop for me! $6.25 great deal for the size of the sandwich with a medium coffee.

So far I had a cheese steak one time delicious another time I had to hot dog and hamburger very good and nice people running It😁😁🤗
