This place always hits the spot. Always one of my favorite go-to’s for lunch and the kids love it too. Jenny was super friendly and helpful and took care of the 4 of us in a breeze!

Lightning fast service from Jenny. From the time I walked in the door to the time I was stuffing my face with a delicious burrito was less than five minutes. Add to that a clean store and some music I was singing along to while I was eating, and this was a pretty great burrito experience!

Went for lunch today. The chimichurri and 3 peppers salsa was amazing. Lots of gluten-free, vegan and dairy-free options. Katie helped me pick something without dairy since I am lactose intolerant. Because of her I was able to have my burrito and not blow up the toilet tonight. Great service. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

I really like this 3 pepper burrito. The food is always fresh and great quality. The rice bowl is my favorite and it’s a great option for those who have a gluten allergy like me . There are a ton of options to add in it to make it have great flavor . The staff is always friendly and my food for take out is always ready on time . I would recommend this restaurant.

I brought my family in for dinner after school and we all loved it! I was ordering for my three kids and things were hectic because nobody knew what they wanted lol but Jenny was patient and explained all of our options for us. One by one she took each kids order and even though we made changes, she was excited to help us and very pleasant. The food was fresh and very filling. We got burritos and quesadillas. They press the dough fresh in front of you, which gives the tortillas that amazing texture. The meat is super flavorful, the veggies are fresh, and they don’t skimp on the portions. Will definitely be back!

A million times better than chipotle! A girl named Katie made my burrito and she did such a fantastic job! She filled up my burrito quite well and did not cheap out like chipotle always does, she was also nice and friendly! I am truly happy and satisfied with my service and will for sure be returning!

First time and had an amazing experience. The two young ladies that helped me were welcoming and kind. Fresh food that is delicious! The owner values students and donated to my school which says a lot about them! Great food, great people and great experience!

Literally have eaten here twice and both times have gotten food poisoning, at first you know one time whatever but 2 times in a row to give the benefit of the doubt, place is dirty and so are the employees.

I’ve lived two other places very far away from a 3 peppers and every time I’m visiting my parents I always make time to get a burrito. Still the best and consistent burrito I’ve ever had.

I come here for the burritos because their huge, and the other day, I found out they have an El Hefe burrito. It's even bigger.. the food is good and the staff is friendly definitely stop by and grab a bite.

Really Great staff ! When you walk in everyone is in a good mood and greeting you right away. Especially a particular employee named Jenny , very professional and always going above and beyond for her costumers anytime I’ve came in she’s always very helpful and knows already my order too !

I ordered a few days ago and the girl Jenny was amazing her customer skills were a 10 out of 10 she has this bubbly great personality she helped me and my kid with are order I seen her get line moving fast and get the the orders taken care of .this girl deserves a raise I’ve been to a lot of restaurants and you see very few people who enjoy there jobs and what they do some don’t care about the customers but she definitely does and you can tell and it comes natural .shout out to Santa Barbara 3 peppers you have a great person part of your team .

My girlfriend and I absolutely LOVE this location. Fresh and flavorful food, and the service is always incredible. On 6/22, I had ordered food through UberEats but an app error had left me without a driver for an hour while my food was ready. I called their location and relayed the issue I was having. Katie went above and beyond to help me and was very empathetic of my situation. Katie's positive attitude and great customer service definitely resolved my situation and even improved my day! I have had a similar issue in the past with UberEats at this location, but the staff is always kind and willing to help!

I've tried ordering from here multiple times because the food IS good. My review is 1 star because it doesn't matter if you speak it, write it, type it, or tattoo it on your face that you CANNOT EAT ONIONS, they will ALWAYS have random chopped bits of onion in whatever you order. They are gonna kill someone someday with an allergy. How hard is it to keep ingredients separate? Somehow McDonald's manages just fine.
