Loved our 321 experience! The staff were super friendly, the coffee was great, and the vibes were awesome. We had a chai and a latte and honestly it was some of the best coffee drinks we’ve had. We ate at the downtown location and sat outside and it was a really pleasant patio space. Overall definitely recommend checking them out, it will not disappoint!

Currently commuting to Raleigh from Chapel Hill this summer and was looking for an afternoon pick me up. Coffee is solid, staff is lovely, and the shop has a sleek, clean, friendly vibe to it. Absolutely loved it - will be coming back for sure!

Excellent coffee and great service.

A beautiful little shop sandwiched between 2 high rise buildings. This is my go-to place during lunch break. They have a limited menu but I like that it's not complicated. I usually get a hot latte which is always made well. They do have seasonal drinks in addition to the regular menu. Highly recommend this place!

It’s uplifting to see a business not only serve great coffee but also make a positive impact in the community. I’m so glad I popped in; they've definitely won a loyal customer in me. I can't wait to return and enjoy another delightful brew in such a welcoming and uplifting environment.

5/4/2024: The Americano ordered was perfectly made by friendly and professional baristas. This place where intellectually and developmentally delayed employees work is my favorite coffee shop to visit. I come here regularly to purchase bags of Greater Good coffee beans to also support NC State.

This was a small, cute shop in downtown Raleigh. They do not accept cash, so just be prepared to pay with a card. There was a lot of fun to be had sipping coffee and coloring. I would recommend.

The coffee here was amazing. The cashier was super nice and friendly and got my coffee needs supplied. It was so amazing. The morning bun and the cinnamon bun or honey bun was awesome too. The outside seating was nice and quiet even with a concert going on behind us. So that was impressive as well. Overall a great spot to relax and have great conversations and coffee of course.

This place is awesome! 321 Coffee hires individuals with developmental disabilities to work the counter and make your drinks. The staff is outstandingly friendly and do a great job making the drinks requested. I got nitro cold brew that was delicious and my wife got a mango iced tea that was equally as good. The pastries are great and the cost is quite reasonable. A wonderful place to stop and get some good coffee and treats.

I ordered an Iced vanilla latte, the standard beverage, solid, everything you want from an iced vanilla latte. They have a good selection of alternatives: kombucha, matcha, tea which is a must imo. Pastries too. Service is fast, although it’s worth considering I went in the middle of the day. Great location if you’re walking into downtown, not huge inside, wouldn’t recommend remote work there

I love a good cup of coffee. I consider myself as a master judge of the beloved black coffee because the taste stands solely on the beans, and no hidden additives. My Oh My is 321 Coffee fabulous! I left Raleigh yesterday, and I might just drive back from Cleveland for a second cup---it's really that good. What separates 321 Coffee is the fact their mission is to help others who otherwise might not get a chance at viable employment "in a stable & healthy" work environment. I love that. Being honest, I love that so much that I would pay more for that cup of coffee because I feel like I am supporting goodness. Thank you 321 Coffee, and team for making my visit a memorable one indeed.

First off, this is a quick grab your coffee and go type of place. Limited seating. Coffee wasn’t bad, but the service was terrible. Gentleman taking our order was a bit rude and ruined the experience in the whole. Coffees are mostly specialized in most baristas and even if you don’t serve it, you can turn the customer down kindly. They have limited, cold pastries and refused to warm anything. Will not be returning.

I'm in the area a lot, so I thought I'd check them out this morning. The coffee and service were great. The location isn't the best for getting work done, but I think it's intent is just to grab a coffee and go. In that capacity - 321 is ideal!
