My favorite location hands down! The cleanest atore and the staff is amazing! I recommend this location! Been a customer for almost 6 years.

Today I went shopping at this store that is at 62 NW Street and 32 Av and the cashier stole 10 dollars from me when she gave me the change back. My mistake was not counting the money they gave me. I spent 18 dollars buying an orange juice. some cold pills and cold medicine to sleep

It's a shame that it's such a good place because of its good gastronomic offering, but they always have an Odyssey with the bathroom that spoils their reputation.

YOU CAN NOT HAVE A 7-11 AND NOT HAVE STRAWS FOR YOUR SLURPEES OR FOUNTAIN DRINKS. YOU MUST MAINTAIN THE STORE AT 100% IF YOU CANT PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES PROPERLY WELL THEN AGAIN SELL BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT WORTHY OF BEING A FRANCHISEE. ITS 7-11. ITS AN ICON RUN IT THAT WAY!!!!!

El servicio como gasolinera es standard sin embargo a pesar de tener en su conocimiento que la bomba de aire y de vacumcleaning no funciona , son incapaces de alertar al cliente con un sign , cuando te diriges a ellos para preguntar que le pasa al equipo te responden: llama al número telefónico que aparece en el equipo

Best store in miami. Great customer service the managers are very professional and nice. Been coming here for 8 months everyday after work and never had a problem. The reason why the beer is locked up because people are known for running out the store with cases of beer. I see at Racetrack all the time.

My Fellow Americans, This is MY 7/11 Store on NW 62 Street and off of NW 32nd Avenue. I love everyone their they are always in great spirits and they always take care of me. The store is always clean, except when the homeless mess up the bathrooms so we need to change that. But with that being said its a great experience.

10/16/21 4:30-5:00pm the amazon delivery guy was dropping off orders in front of this container yesterday with no mask & he sneezed twice all over that container he was filling up. So disgusting. This has nothing to do with the store itself but while i’m here at the same time your hispanic female cashier on shift told me “there’s no bathroom” when i asked her for the key. I always use the bathroom at this location so i questioned her “no bathroom?” without eye contact she replied “it’s out of order” so disrespectful so annoying & aggravating to spend money somewhere and the person your giving your money to is rude. If you don’t like your job quit!!

Terrible. Rude and lazy staff. I intended to buy a solo can of wine before a flight. They keep all of the fridge doors locked and you have to wait in long line behind all of the slow moving staff and multiple lottery ticket buyers to get someone to unlock the fridge and get your booze. I assumed that after the wait, I would be able to purchase without waiting through the line again. With an attitude, I was told to go to the back of the line again. At that point, I realized that my desire for a can of wine was outweighed by the hassle it required.

They like to charge extra for products... Be careful shopping here, and sometimes they lock the beer and deny access. It's a weird store.

The store suppose to be 24 hours but every time i come here there is about 5 to 6 people standing outside because the workers have the door lock saying there close but how are they close with customers inside this has happened to me 2 nights in a row the workers have their family members in there waiting for them and have the door locked

Please make sure when pumping gas at this location check pricing when printing the receipt, franchise owner is ripping off customers; EX. Regular gas advertises at $2.349 and receipt reads $2.649 when printed. Also you will experience worse customer service, no idea of professionalism on their part; especially Tiffany and worst is that the owner doesn’t see anything wrong.

This is a great store since day one Ive been coming here the people there are very attentive, as soon as you walk in they are greeting you saying hello they make you feel very welcome keep up the good work.

Las dos muchas que trabajan hay en la caja son unas groseras se estaban burlando de mi porque no supe indicarle cual era la cajetilla de cigarro que yo deseaba y luego que termino de atenderme me faltaba algo más esperé como 5 minutos y al ver que ella no me entregaba lo que me faltaba tuve que recurrir a la otra muchacha y indicarle con él recibo lo que me faltaba,ella con mucha arrogancia me dijo que no que porque me dirigía a ella cuando la que me estaba atendiendo era la otra muchacha , la cual reaccionó en ese momento con tremenda mala forma y me dijo que era con ella ,que ella era la que me estaba atendiendo yo le dije en español porque no se hablar en inglés que . “Ella me dejo de atender y se puso a atender a otro cliente por eso no me avía terminado de despachar mi pedido completo “. Por supuesto ella no me entendió y hay me siguió ofendiendo todo lo que se que ella me dijo lo sé por un muchacho que estaba hay traduciéndome . No se por qué pero ya me a pasado varias veces en este Pais que veo que las personas de Color son un poco racista con los blancos y menos si no hablan inglés se aprovechan y se burlan de uno triste mente yo no se comunicarme y menos defenderme en el inglés lo cual ya lo trataré de aprender . Para poderme comunicar y más con los Racistas de Pinga estos.

Jim was really rude on getting change that didn't make any sense because I'd already given him the same twenty for change, because the kiosk wouldn't accept the bill. He said he would open his register and wouldnt do it. Really rude. Dont go there on Jims shift!
