This place used to be a great local bar. Over the last few years it's just lost its appeal. The bartenders just don't have personalities like the old crew had. The karaoke sounds like it's in a box. Just not what it used to be.

Standard dive bar with heavy metal music. No food. The owners actually work the bar, are friendly, and fast with the refills.

they have cleaned it up a lot. no more smoking inside. pool tables in fair condition. bar staff were on point. I'll be back.. 💯

Was in the establishment for 15 minutes before the bartender from Switzerland had a complete meltdown and I couldn't wait to leave. Embarrassing.

Nothing like it used to be but will suffice for a beer or two. No smoking, no food, no lady bartenders. Also, pricing went above the norm.

Great little hole in the wall, small but great place to go and hang out to enjoy a drink. Bar staff was amazing, and there was great hospitality. Highly recommended. They have a great selection of dartboards, full tables, and shuffle board available.. Huge selection of draft beers and mix drinks.

This use to be a go to bar but it seems that it's the new cabanna they're just using it as a front to launder gambling and drug money it's not really a bar any more

Really fun place, but the pool legue kind of takes up all the pool tables for the whole night, should at least have one table for customers.

When you have to chase the bartender to to get a drink.... Not that they were busy, as there were probably a total of 10 people in the whole place! Jon Taffer, this bar needs you!

Awesome! We had an absolute blast singing karaoke on a Saturday night. The regular local people were super friendly. The bartenders were on point. Drink prices were a very good value. The karaoke guy was super cool. Next time I'm on vacation in the area, I will definitely go back.

Used to be great. Lousy now. It's not about the smoking, the place just sucks now. Lost all its appeal. Full of sloppy drunks now. Nobody goes here anymore, hate to see it really after so many years. They could of axed the smoking without breaking what wasn't broken. Well, it's broken now.

I would love to have given the bar 5 stars, but a great bartender has left. Still, a good place to enjoy yourself.

It's more of a bar for the locals. We went to play pool but a local pool tournament was going on and all 4 pool tables were being used. 95% of the seating is at the bar. The bartender "spoon" was really cool and made some good drinks for us. 3 free dart boards to use was really cool and was fun to play. They need more tables to sit at and at least 1 more pool table.

Nice local bar friendly to tourist. They have karaoke Saturday nights. They offer pool bartenders are nice and welcoming.

This place has been mine and all my friends favorite place for 20 years. Only place smokers had to go. Enormous camaraderie with all the people but no one's going there anymore. They have discontinued beers that we like, raise the prices, no smoking or even smoking area, and ran off all the regulars. I can't imagine that they are making money anymore. Makes me sad that my local bar has gone away. Thank God for the Salty dog!! Please change back!!!!

Used to be a smokers bar and with loyal followers.. working people after work having a few cocktails but not anymore... same great bartenders but lost its way somehow trying to become something its not yet... sorry mike doesnt seem like home anymore... wishing you best of luck

They made this place non-smoking as of January 2nd this year, but they still alow vaping. But bar is twice as large as it use to be which is nice.

You can smoke cigarettes without buying any. Just breathe once you make it past the threshold.

would describe as, "eclectic dive bar." had a great vibe with lots of fun games including pool. went on Wednesday night for karaoke which was so fun!

Nice little mom and pop bar. Pool was free when I went (Friday) and we had a lot of fun. Only down side is that they permit smoking which might be a benefit for some people just not for me. The bartender was super friendly and made me feel at home even though it was only my first time.

If you are looking to play pool this is a good place to go. Bartenders are great here and the poolplayers are good to be around. Also good prices on drinks. Sometime it gets a little smokey with the doors closed though

Kinda expensive but is good food. You do get large portions tho so I would say it equals out.

I am new to the area and stumbled upon this establishment. It is a bar that looks small on the outside tho bigger on the inside. The bartenders have all been nice. It is a variety of music and people. It does have pool tables, darts, shuffleboard and games. I have enjoyed going in there the few times I have been. Will be going back and bringing friends.😁

The drinks are a fairly priced... My wife loves that they offer karaoke on Saturday nights and it brings in the crowd... They do have pool tables available everyday they do have a pool league if your interested...

3.5 🌟 It's alright. Nice little local watering hole. Great place if you like that 80's style environment. Could definitely use some sprucing up. The pool tables are top notch. Very well maintained. They're part of the pool league so they should be. Prices are hard to argue with. Quite place for the most part. Bathrooms need attention!

I used to avoid this place but Melissa is a top notch bartender! She worth going out of our way and making a trip in to see. she is quick, efficient and friendly. good to see we have still have some good bartenders that have potential and could carry a bar in the right direction.

Melissa behind the bar is as good they get. Warm, inviting, professional and funny, she is exactly what they needed. It is refreshing to enjoy the service of a true professional. It otherwise hasn't changed much but it didn't really have to. Karaoke, pool and a great jukebox and even an old school shuffleboard table! Lastly, I was impressed that as one of the few remaining smoking establishments, they somehow manage to keep the air tolerable for the rest of us. If, like me, you like a well staffed dive bar, you should try the 8 ball lounge.

Melissa was the best bartender we’ve had since we’ve been on vacation. She was very patient and friendly with customers. Also gave everyone a water with their drink and kindly refused to serve someone without an ID. Excellent bartender that cares for everyone’s safety while making sure they’re having a good time. Also a bonus that our hometown beer, Rolling Rock was available. We will be returning on our next trip!

I have to say it was a great surprise seeing Mellisa behind the bar, haven’t seeing her in years. I was even more surprised that the bar had my favorite whisky. She was so amazing, had time for every person at the bar ( the bar was very busy). The best experience at my local bar! Definitely coming back! Much love!

Good atmosphere, nice people, has free darts (steal tip), free billiards tables on Monday, has karaoke on Saturday nights. Melissa that works on Saturday nights is an amazing bartender. Definitely worth the drive up from Osprey, Fl to have a good time.
