We went in for lunch right at 11, when they opened. Our food came out quickly and was absolutely delicious. The ambience could have used a bit of background music, but otherwise everything was excellent.

The food was super bland and not traditional. They use two different kinds of zucchini just to be extra cheap. Too bad their price doesn't reflect the lack of care and love put into the food. Huge disappoint.

We absolutely love the barbecue bowls! I get mine medium heat with tofu, and add a fried egg. It’s a really nice serving size, and the veggies are DELICIOUS! Lots of carrots, cabbage, and squash and amazing spice. I also love the ginger iced tea! Go get some today, you won’t regret it!

Absolutely delish. Popped in here on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. All the standard Korean options, then a burrito for kicks (which you must try!). Significant amount of vegan options for the dishes since it's mostly "choose your protein destiny" style. It was a nice quiet place at lunch time, good for conversation. Also recommend their house healing tea - really rejuvenating. Food options have spice level availability.

First of all huge portions so great prices, second such amazing flavor, I got mild, bf got medium and we both thought spice was level was great. I tried his and spice was too much for me so I imagine hot is decently hot. Staff was very friendly. And dishes are gluten free which is great because I have celiac. I had the noodle bowl with beef and a Thai boba tea. Place was very clean and had a nice atmosphere. Will definitely be back

Decent Korean food. Sadly place is not that clean. Ordered the Dubbob bowl and it came out nice and hot (temp) good flavor but was a one note kind of dish, not as flavorful as in traditional Korean restaurants. Had good amount of chicken, veggies and rice. One big issue I experienced is the not so clean space. I had to ask the guy behind the counter to clean the table I was planning to sit at because it had rice and sticky stuff on the table. He proceeds to wipe it clean but ignores the 3 other tables around me that was not clean. They also had rice, wet spots and newspapers on top that he completely ignored. This makes for an unhygienic and unappetizing environment to dine in. There were only 2 other people at the time I was there so they weren’t busy at all. Also the area where you bus your plates and bowls was full of dirty dishes and was not cleaned up the one hour I was there. The dish I tried was good but would not come back here because they are lazy about cleaning up. I could just imagine how the kitchen is if this is how incompetent they are about cleaning up the dining room area. Do better! Having a clean restaurant should be a given!

Really disappointed with the quality of food here. Staff was friendly enough, but wow... i don't know what to say. The chicken was powdery, rice was undercooked (really odd choice to go with purple rice, if you can't prepare it properly) + the vegetables were super bland/tasteless. The curry tasted like tomato soup. (We ended up tossing everything). Please get your (one??) chef some training. Boba was too sugary/had a weird aftertaste, and the pastries tasted like they'd been left out for days. None of this tasted authentic in any way :( Huge let down for the price.

Weird place. Food is OK... Korean-ish, I guess. Pretty pricey (def. not 1× "$"). The meat patties used for "beef" dishes = really strange. They forgot the fried egg I ordered to top my dish, had to go ask for it. There are no drinks other than water and teas (& boba milk teas). The Thai tea was lame and overpriced for a small cup. The cherry on top -- they expect 23% tip when you pay (at time of ordering)... But here's the thing... there's no service. You order and pick up everything at the counter, and then you're expected to bus your table all the way into the back hallway (after which I forgot to grab my leftovers off the table before I walked out the door). Offensive, awkward, poor taste.

the egg tart at cup of peace is the best one i’ve ever had in my life. the crust is delicious and perfectly baked the filling is everything an egg custard should ever strive to be. this egg tart is the best pastry in Boulder. i will come here exclusively for my egg tart needs. re: food, the dukboki is good. their version of bibimbap is ok, it definitely seems healthy but i wasn’t a fan of the way they cooked their veggies, i felt it was a little over cooked. their chinese herbal tea is fantastic and authentic. their bean tea is good too. service is always great. atmosphere is nice, lots of seating. fyi it’s not like a traditional cantonese egg tart which is the one i’m most familiar with… but in my opinion it’s BETTER.

I'm not convinced the people who made my meal have ever tasted Korean food... The bulgogi tastes like it has a tomato base rather than gochujang. That plus the bell peppers that were randomly in there made this read more like an Italian dish, especially because the salad was mostly spinach and had... Balsamic vinegar? Not a single thing I tasted was fermented and the milk tea was very weak as well. Super disappointed for the 30+ dollars I spent when I was craving Korean food.

FIRST OF ALL, the ratings staying up around 4.3 is a sham. As a person who lived in South Korea for 10 years(and ethnically a South Korean myself), it's really disappointing that Suhn(sundubu in korean) has zucchini and bell pepper; for a korean tofu soup, that choice is outrageous(in addition, the soup looked like murky sh!t. How is it not common sense giving out a bowl of rice as a side when you order soups??? Putting a load of sasame seeds on every food doesn't make them better. If you want to provide a korean experience for the Americans(and for God's sake, some good food for Koreans), please please please scrap all the dubbob and burrito stuff and bring out some authentic Korean menus. I sincerely plead that you restaurant peoples to heed these words. Thank you.

Friend and I went here on a whim and gotta say it's a new fav easily. Loved that everything was (gf) and I could easily switch up the milk options with my Boba which was nice. I got the Korean curry and it was really good I recommend trying it though I wish a bit more meat was given and it was thicker like I'm more used to but still pretty good! The Tteokbokki wasn't bad and absolutely hit the spot and craving I have been having. Was it the absolutely best - no. However it was pretty dang good so just grab it if you have a hankering for it and don't want to make it at home. Next time I'll do spicy instead of mild. The Boba was good though I think there may have been a tad too much ginger or peppercorn in mine as it was pretty dang spicy for a chai that I wasn't used to but still good so eh. Either way I'll be back here when I am up again. Definitely try it out.

Came here after I saw a Groupon for $10 and the menu looked different and healthy. Got there as they opened. A couple outdoor tables and few more inside. Small but nicely varied menu. Got the Korean bbq bowl with tofu, mixed green instead of the rice and asked for side of kimchi with the bowl medium spicy. They had issues with the Groupon but still took care of me then with a cash back. Prepared fast to go. Owner tried to give me a cookie for the troubles but since I got the deal price in the end it felt wrong but I thanked her. While the dish had a bit more carrots then I would have liked to have it was a lot of food. The tofu was fairly small pieces but there was a lot of them in there. No kimchi on the side as I requested but I wonder if it was added as that was another option. The medium was a bit tame for my love of spice so next time will go hot. Good healthy food for the price so I will return. Only giving four stars due to wanting to go again soon and see if consistency. Then I will change to five. So if you see five…

The food is always delicious, they have a variety of teas if you are just in the mood for a beverage, and the price can't be beat for a healthy meal bursting with flavors. The menu only has a handful of options and it takes a little while for food to be ready, as everything is freshly made. There are minimal staff and attention to detail isn't always there; You may want to check your order, since I have had multiple mixups in the past and it stinks to get home with your takeout and realize It's wrong. I'm sure I could gush about more good things, but I'd worry this spot will get super busy! As it is, you can usually walk right up and order, unless it's peak lunch on a weekday.

It's not often you spend $40 on two entrees, take a few bites, and send the food to a new home as compost to hopefully someday help grow tasty edible food for the future. In fact, I don't recall ever having done so before. I've driven by this place for years and we were craving some Korean food one night. A 4.3/5 rating seemed like a safe bet. I learned my lesson: ALWAYS read both the ends of the review spectrum. Had I done so I would have been warned that the food here tastes nothing like any authentic Korean food I've ever had. Or even a bad attempt at Korean food. Not really like any food I've ever had. It was just not good. There was a strange, un-food-like flavor that permeated everything - even the lettuce. WHY?!? My bibimbap was tragically made- mushy rice, an odd assortment of veggies (no kimchi, only unpickled zucchini and squash, carrots, some stirfried red cabbage and... I think it's pickled turnips?), and beef that's closer to under-seasoned Afghani beef kebab than Korean beef. When I noticed they gave me a *tiny* container of what I thought was gochujang with my meal, I asked for more and got what they called "hot sauce", which was a mix of watered down gochujang and... something else. If you come here, stick to the boba.

I went to this place once when I was very young, and have been driving past it for a little while, always thinking "I need to go back there." I finally did and my god, I have been missing out! First off, the vibe of this place is amazing. It feels so chill and laid-back with amazing staff that is so sweet! The food here is so good, I'm not joking when I say this is my fav Korean place ever. I got the Bqq tofu and with in 10 minutes, it was gone (I'm a bit of a fast eater 😅). The strawberry boba was so amazing. I haven't had that good of strawberry milk in a longggg time. Everything was cooked perfect. The Vegan/Vegetarian options are amazing. I can not recommend a place more.

This by far was one of the most disappointing places I've been to for korean food here in Boulder. My significant other and I had each of our own dishes (he got the noodle bowl and I had the bulgogi dish). Needless to say, our protien was that of a meatball. His noodles were bland and over cooked and just had a dash of spice. I basically got a platter of greasy onions and overcooked rice for my meal. I've been to other places down in Aurora (Korean BBQs) that are 100x better and would not recommend this place to anyone who is craving korean food. The vibe is immaculate, and eco-friendly, but the food is a 0/10.

Really bothers me that 'Peace' is in their name while they serve the body parts of peaceful, innocent beings.

The food is pretty good. I think the suhn tofu soup could have had more tofu/veggies, it was very broth heavy. The purple rice was fresh and very good. The traditional korean table setting is good, but fairly plain. This is not the most authentic Korean restaurant, but there's quite a few vegan options which is awesome.

A great place for gluten free folks like myself to get tasty Korean food. I love their kimchi and am so glad I can buy a pint of it to take home with me. So far I’ve had their Kimchi fried rice and the Dub Bob which chicken and really enjoyed both! I’m looking forward to trying everything on the menu.

There is pretty much never a time when I'm not craving their burrito or kimchi fried rice. Great mix of heat, flavor and a nice crunch.
