Waited 20 minutes in the table and nobody came to help or serve us. Not even water. Empty place too. Ended up leaving

Ordered half cheese half pepperoni. Large - 8 slices A great pizza. Plenty of cheese and pepperoni. Sauce had a very fresh flavor. The crust was crisp and also flavorful. With 2 soft drinks bill was $29.

Ordered an Aloha pizza. It was very tasty. The pineapple and banana peppers were a great compliment to each other.

Loved this place! I wish I lived closer so I could go back. The pizza was outstanding (even better the next day). We got the pizza with fresh basil, mushrooms and Gorgonzola (swapped out the goat cheese). Went down perfectly with a N/A Sam Adams IPA. We started with a salad that had beets, corn, cheese, etc. And the DESSERT - hot Beignets with chocolate and caramel sauce (plenty for 3 people). Took home some of those too. Our server was so nice (tall guy). They have a lovely outdoor patio with comfortable chairs that are nicer than the indoor chairs. Wasn’t too hot because they have a cover for the sun and trees. Thanks again! And it was open on a Monday.

You can tell how busy all the servers are but they are so attentive and maintain such good customer service and make sure everyone is taken care of! Liz the hostess was very kind and you could tell she was working hard on this busy night greeting and seating customers, cleaning tables and taking care of to go orders! we ordered a pizza to go and she was very communicative and helpful!

AVOID AND GO ELSEWHERE. They advertise as wood fire… LIES.. when we placed the order we asked the server and were told yes it is.. We walked around and saw the oven, it’s a conventional oven and no wood in anyway. We spoke to the pizza maker quietly and he told us, this is how they always make it. We then cancelled our order after arguing with the manager who says they are waiting on parts to fix the wood oven…… Manager was the most arrogant rude man. Totally unprofessional and the place is a joke.

We love this neighborhood pizzeria with delightful oven baked pizza. We got the specials - Italian bomb pizza and blueberry salad, after gorging on our favorite mozzarella sticks!

Absolutely the best pizza on Amelia Island and its not even close!!!! The garlic knots are phenomenal as well!!!!! We have extremely high expectations when we eat out. Our experience at Arte Pizza exceeded our expectations by a landslide!!!!!! 5 star Restaurant!!!! And our waitress was outstanding as well!!!!

Highly suspect many positive reviews are from owners or workers at this place. Ordered 3 pizzas to go, was told 40 mins. It took me 39 mins to get there and all 3 were ready and ice cold. 1 burnt beyond edible other 2 were below average at best. Many other better places for pizza

Best pizza we have had on Amelia. There were running half off appetizers which was nice. Service was good, the interior was decorated very nicely. Would be our first choice for pizza next time we return.

This was our first stop in Amelia Island. We wandered down the street with our golden doodle, Mac, and liked their menu. Pizza was very good, meatball sub was great! Service was excellent which was a nice surprise from a small little pizza place. Great first stop, would highly recommend.

We sat outside and everything was fine at first. We ordered two dishes- one being gluten free. After about 30 minutes our server came to us apologizing for the wait on our food and that it would be out in 5 minutes, we said all good we understand. While waiting for our food we found there was food stuck on the silverware that was given to us. After nearly an hour we decided to leave because we were so hungry. We went up to one of the servers at the front and showed him the dirty fork and he said “it’s fine” and took it away like it was no big deal. He told us the GF pasta can take almost an hour (for real?). No one apologized for anything. We asked for a manager several times and were told there was no manager there, the staff was super rude and unhelpful, and didn’t care at all that we were waiting a very long time for our food and also were given dirty silverware. They didn’t try at all to get us stay either! I would not recommend this place at all and we won’t be coming back

Super clean place with oven baked pizza. Food and service was really good. This place is busy so parking can be a challenge but it is definitely worth it. Great pizza and calzones. I highly recommend this place if you are in the area. They even have live music here in the evenings.

Went Memorial Day weekend and they were out of knives, Root Beer, and mozzarella sticks. It was hot in the dining area, not sure if ac was broken also. What food we did order was just fine, chicken parm, salad,and kids pizza, but not something you need to go out of your way for. Wouldn’t recommend but was the only thing open on a Sunday night.

This place is awesome! Went on a Thursday night and there was some fun acoustic guitar player while we ate. 3ppl, apps, salad, and pizza was very reasonable and the food was excellent! A must stop!

I usually don’t write reviews, but felt compelled to go out of my way for this one. First - the food. Best I’ve had on the island, no doubt. The garlic knots were unbelievable, the fettuccine and meatball parm was elite, and the kids meal options were perfect. We had the special berry salad - huge portions of quality prepared food. The dessert - the zeppoles with Nutella, we’re out of this world, and huge. Second - the live music. This guy could’ve sold out a concert hall as far as I’m concerned. Just jam after jam, he knocked it out of the park on guitar and harmonica. He also sang happy birthday to my 6 year old, which was so awesome and she was so happy about it. Finally - the service. I cannot remember our servers name but he was fantastic. He clearly saw I had two sun kissed little kids on my hands that were tired and he was all over it. Attentive, extra napkins and plates, quick with everything and had a good rotation of food going from beginning to end. Check came promptly as my younger one was basically falling asleep on me - has to be a fellow dad who sensed the situation because he made the night. I quickly told the chef on my way out it’s the best food I I’ve had on the island and we’ve talked about it since. Anyone visiting the island will receive an emphatic recommendation to add this to their dinner list.

The pizza is great! I saw it come out of a regular over, and not a wood fire over, but it tasted amazing. The staff was friendly, the pizza came out fast, and the everything was fresh. The prices were high, and they do have a surcharge for credit cards but take cash and you’re good.

Excellent pizza. Great service. Four of us sat outside on Mothers Day. They need to change the name from Large Salad, to Huge Salad. Sandwiches looked great and the ice bucket of Stellas (only because they were out of Peroni), were the icing on the cake.

Had a great experience on Mothers day. Our waitress was very nice and attentive, live music was about to start while we were there, and my son was given some dough to play with (age 4) while we waited for food. The food was awesome as well! The Garlic Knots were on point and the pizza was solid.

We went to Arte pizza on the Booze & Bites Tour. The food was amazing! We had garlic knots, pizza, and canolli’s. Everything was delicious! Jimmy took great care of us. He made great drink recommendations for the table. He was a great part of our tour!

Pizza was okay for Florida, good sure and cheese, flaky hollow, crust. Outrageously expensive for 2 pies and mozzarella sticks. One was plain and the other sausage, and the total came to around $80 for 2 pizzas and mozzarella sticks.

This was so incredibly good! We had the beet salad which was full of all the good stuff - beets, goat cheese and walnuts! The Della Carne had so much meat on top. The crust was perfect wood fired. The mussels were on special and were huge! So garlicky and perfect for dipping. Ask for Lisa she’s the best!

Save your money and time, it was an expensive waste of time, and we left hungry. Worst excuse of a pizza we have ever had, crust was like cardboard and service was a joke. Lisa was the only waitstaff for the entire restaurant, and she clearly wasn't concerned that we each only ate one slice of a large pizza, and didn't pack it to go either. Yes, you do everything for yourself, she tosses the menus on the table, then the plates. You wait on yourself at these inflated pizza prices. And wood Fired? I am.not so sure about that. The wood fired oven was not operational when we were there. So disappointing, never again! .

Really disappointed. We have been to Arte’s many times over the years and have had great experiences. In the last year something has changed. Last two visits were rough. Prices are up, service is very slow and now they are charging a “surcharge” if you pay with a credit card. It is not noted in the menu but on a small sign in the entry. Was not crowded which indicates a problem. Our server had on a Crab Trap shirt which is a restaurant down the street. Really???!!! We will not be back.

With inconsistent reviews we didn’t know what to expect but decided to give Arte’s a try. The service was just fine (we don’t care if our server wears crocks as long as they are attentive which he was). He honored our arrival before the end of happy hour even though he could have denied it. They don’t have the fried ravioli anymore so we order mozzarella sticks which we hot and delicious and came promptly. Our pizza followed shortly after and was very good. We were very happy with all of it - service, price and quality of food. Don’t care much about atmosphere. We’d 100% go back here.

We ordered pizza to be delivered. The delivery people didn’t even ring the door bell! We went out to look and it was laying on the pavers. I called and talked to Jon the Mgr and he suggested I CALL the delivery people!!!!! YOU HIRED THEM! I was just letting him know that the delivery people are letting them down. Won’t order again. Sad when they don’t care

we walked in during the busy car show weekend. we were sat by a "not friendly" lady who commented that it was slow because of the rain. she plopped the menus down and walked away. I would think she would be happy to have more customers. for the tip, at least. There was only one other table in there in the middle of lunch. the table was sticky dirty, she wasn't friendly (at all) and the vibe wasn't good, so we decided not to eat there. Not sure about the food, but didn't feel like giving them our money in that instance. Every restaurant we saw was packed, so I don't think it was the rain. Just hope management sees this to provoke the employees to be friendly.

The pizza was terrible it was cd on the bottom and hot on top. The wait for the pizza and Appetizer we order was about an hour till it got to the table. The kids spaghetti was so bad that my child would not eat it mind you my child loves spaghetti. Expensive nightmare.

I picked up the baked penne pasta with vodka sauce to go for dinner and it was so yummy. I will definitely be back to try more things especially the pizza. I was able to see pizza on some other guests tables and it looked delicious!

Major disappointment with the food. The appetizer meatballs were tasty as was the marinara sauce but they were barely warm. The Caesar salad was the best part of our lunch except the croutons were stale. The bruschetta was like none we've ever seen. The bread was cold and not toasted at all, the topping included raw red onions that overpowered the small bits of tomato and shaved cheese. No oil or vinegar was tasted and the sauce with this seemed like it came out of a jar. There were only 3 other tables and while the server was friendly, not terribly efficient. Our 3 items all came out at different times though I'm sure this was the fault of the kitchen, not the server. Would not recommend based on this experience.

Great pizza, good music. Only downer was no cannolis tonight. Pizza was wood fired, great flavor, a little light on the pepperoni. ,y husband gave the calzone a 4/5. Light on meat, sauce made up for it.

I would have given "0" for review. We ordered and had Doordash deliver. The pizza and calzone were burnt and inedible. Calling them was horrible. They took no responsibility and called us liars while refusing to accept our pictures of the food. They told us to take it up with Doordash!!! Huh??? How did they burn the food? They repeatedly hung up on my wife. They called me rude when I asked to talk to a manager. I asked that the manager call me back and not my wife. Manager called her back anyway and were totally disrespectful. They hung up on her again. What kind of business is this? I have never been treated this way! No one should be!!!!

Soooooo bad!!!! You would think at their prices( almost $40 dollars for a pizza ) it would be amazing!! Instead it was burnt!!! Not just burnt, nasty. The calzone had only motz cheese and was the worst looking calzone I ever saw, also almost $40 bucks!!! Avoid Avoid Avoid!!! Tried to call the manager and she just hangs up excepting NO responsibility!!

Best garlic knots we’ve ever had!

Underwhelming and overpriced. They claim to serve wood fired pizzas but I watched them come out of the regular ovens sitting right next to the wood oven. There wasn’t even a fire in the wood fired oven. The crust was flat, tasteless and did not rise. Like floppy cardboard. We were looking forward to taking the leftovers home but didn’t. Not worth eating again.

It is a cute little place, unfortunately, the quality of the food is rather inconsistent, as is the service. When the food is good, it is delightful, but it's a gamble.

Great experience! Ordered the Mozzarella cheese sticks and chefs pizza. The sauce that came with the cheese sticks was tops! John did a very good job of taking care of our order.

Stopped for an overnight stay and found Arte Pizza! Very good food, great salad, but more importantly amazing service, John absolutely made our experience worth it visit!

Snobby, crabby, rude waitress!! When my husband asked if they had a side order of meatballs, she said she was too busy to answer. He then turned to ask a man (who looked like a cook) and she told my husband not to talk to him. My husband then told her she was being nasty & rude & she told him he could just leave, that she didn’t have time to deal with him. We had ordered a take-out pizza that he was waiting for. So he sat back down & waited for it.

Very disappointing. Had strong hopes... intrigued by Wood fired Pizza. I LOVE wood fired pizza. But this was more than disappointing $20 + pizza you should expect something above average. Pizza here was worse than can $8 Dominos pizza. The salad with walnuts and cranberries was VERY good. Small was big enough for 2 people. The BIGGEST problem was their shoe leather crust. If you can't make a decent pizza crust you should get out of the pizza business

I love everything about Arte Pizza. We went for the first time because Kevan Wilson, our favorite local musician, was playing. The service was excellent and the food absolutely delicious. We got the cheesy bread sticks and a Capo pizza, and I can't wait to go back and try more!

Great place! Never had a bad experience. We’ve been to Amelia Island a total of four times. We always hit this place on the day we arrive. The pizza is always on point. The customer service is awesome.

Went here with some friends on the way to a costume contest. From what I understand my friends' pizza was good. The portion size was also impressive, but for an italian restaurant not knowing how to make a good spaghetti doesn't make sense to me. The sauce was decent but everything else was lacking any flavor. I really expected more. If you can't make a decent meatball please use italian sausage or other options with more natural flavor to bring out the best in the food. Also, my spaghetti was nearly $30 spaghetti is cheap to make and pricing it like that is insane. Please do better or charge less. I won't be returning

I have been in F.B. 5 years. Miss Lisa S has the honor of providing our RUDEST customer service experience we have ever received. There was an error on the order. It was a misunderstanding. We didn't blame her, but she saw fit to loudly & continually blame us. The food was excellent but I will never go there again & I will certainly never recommend their establishment & encourage others to go elsewhere. The rudeness was simply atrocious!

The Caesar salad, pizza, and zeppoles were fantastic. The server and chef were very kind, even though we overstayed closing time. Will be back, maybe tomorrow...

Came In for lunch and had a really nice meal. Our server was very attentive and helpful. Tried three different pasta dishes and they were all very good. I would also recommend the parmesan fries they are delicious. Will come back next time we're in the area.

Love the patio, the server was super friendly even though she was slammed. The salad was delicious, the pizza was okay, and the apple cider sangria was disappointing. Overall not a huge fan for the price. But the patio was very nice and the server was friendly.

Great dinner with my lovely lady. The food was perfect, and our waiter was awesome. He even waited to give us our leftovers to make sure we could get our selfie! If you're vacationing in downtown fernandina, this is the best place to get genuine Italian food.

Very rude and unknowable manager! My Oder was incomplete, paid over $300 for crap food! The manger continued to argue with me until she “accidentally “ hung up! Poor service, bad customer service, ignorant management, poor communication…lost my business. I will definitely tell my neighbors of 20 years how I was treated!

Great crust. 2 pieces of feedback-you have to ask for a knife, they happily bring them but they are dull…and the bathrooms-although very clean have significant damage on the bottom of the doors with insulation coming out-easy fixes and I think this would improve the overall experience. Ultimately- delicious pizza and I would come back.

Normally Arte is among the best Wood Fire pizza anywhere. We arrived before 6 pm and had garlic knots, meatballs and salad. We ordered two pizzas but we quickly noticed the lack of wood fired flavor normally associated of cooking in a wood fired pizza oven. To our surprise when we asked and were told they don't fire up the wood fired oven during the week. Talk about disappointing not to receive the normally awesome wood fired flavor. The owners need to fix this immediately.

IT was our last night on Amelia Island and my partner's birthday. Warmly greeted by Jimmy, margherita pizza, caprese salad, and regular salad were incredibly delicious and plentiful. My husband and I are having a very simple honeymoon here in the Amelia Island area and we were not steered wrong! The prices are great for splitting a 16 inch pizza and they even let you get half and half speciality pizzas so you can sample more of their flavors! Christina, the general manager and our server for the evening, was as sweet as can be! 1000000/10 would recommend!
