Excellent food and great for a business dinner location.

Love this place. The food and service are excellent, as is the atmosphere. If I were to judge based solely on one of the most common Italian dishes, spaghetti Bolognese... its the best in town. I haven't had a bad dish here ever. I highly recommend it. Oh, and they have a fair $35 corkage fee in case you want to bring a very special wine that they don't already have on their list... which is pretty darn good.

It's a must, the Branzino is amazing.....the service superb...9.2 ☆

This is my neighbor across the breezeway from our Kitchen Designs and More showroom. The restaurant is run by great, hard-working people who care about their customers. I love the food and could not ask for a better neighbor.

This place is not owned by Italians. They must be from South America. Ordered the veal Marcella and it came with a tomato Base ,Are you serious?Horrible, Liguine Bolognese very dry. Prices are outrageous and very small portions. The octopus was very tiny and everything was extremely overpriced for this mediocre restaurant. Second time eating, there will never go back total rip off. Paid 400 and got nothing Worth eating. Definitely not York style. my wife ordered the veal français and then charged $11 for Angel hair pasta. Only cost a dollar or less or less.

Drive on Bye..... this restaurant in then last couple of years has been on their game. Lately the service has been poor, food so so...Saturday our waiter brought main dish, forgot what we ordered and made us wait for the additional dishes so that our food was cold. Lots of new restaurants coming to WESTON. Bellini still has the best food. I love Aqcuolina for its ambiance but its time for them to up their game.

This is my second visit to this restaurant. I did not write the 5 star review it deserved at that dinner. Today I’m here for lunch. The staff is pleasant and efficient. The atmosphere is a 10. My bolognese was superb. The veal parmigiana was a little tough and flavorless, however the accompanying spaghetti delicious. All in all I would definitely return here and recommend it.

On Tuesday, July 9, I had the pleasure of dining at Aquolina Italian restaurant in Weston. The hostess was really kind and Federico Assigned to my table was phenomenal. His recommendation for dinner and wine was absolutely spot on. Also other staff members were kind enough to check If I needed anything. Fillet and lobster tail was fabulous and the wine was excellent. Keith, The manager came by my table and we had a pleasant chat. The bottom line is, it was a great dining experience, and they certainly surpassed my expectations. The wine list and bar options are incredible. There is something for everyone so I do strongly recommend you try this place. Not too many places really impress me but when they do, it is a pleasure to write a great review.

Not impressed. The food was nothing special the prices seemed high and everything was a la carte. Had reservations and they sat us next to the door. The restaurant got quite loud, making it difficult to hear the person across the table. The bread on the table was hard and the only thing to put on the bread was a teaspoon of butter or olive oil. Nothing special. The thin chicken parm was good but nothing special. The tomato sauce was another letdown. Didn't seem fresh. Asked to have mine made without salt and was told it was already made and couldn't be done. (BTW it was not salty). Anthony's chicken parm is much better. For the price and quality of food I was disappointed.

The Marsala should not be a red sauce. How they called that a Marsala sauce is better me. It had no flavor. It’s overpriced for what it is and the manager is rude and not meant for customer service

I went to have dinner, server was good, food is decent, but I was so so disappointed when I took leftovers home and they were pack in the cheapest card board box I ever had!! Not even in the fast food restaurant you get that!!! For the price that you pay for food, I deserve a better container! Horrible I have to throw in the garbage, tha sausage is sticky in the paper box not even wax like the ones in the Chinese restaurant!!! They can do better!!!

John and his crew are the crème de la crème. My wife and I had our baby shower here yesterday. Not only was the crew at Acquolina very accommodating, they went above and beyond to make sure every single one of our guest we treated right and happily fed. The food, the drinks, the ambiance all deserved a chef's kiss. Love this place and it meant everything how they took care of our families with the upmost care from start to finish. Definitely give them a shot whether it's for a lunch date during the week or a small gather/event on a weekend night. They can do it all.

I was at Aqualina , two weeks ago on a date , JACK was our server and food and his recommendations were incredible , we had the brochetas , then the gnochi with chicken in a 4 cheese sauce and then the lobster ravioli's and all of our food , came on time, very well presented and everything was delicious! For dessert we had the chocolate pistschio and the lemonchello was also great ! Great ambiance Overall 9/10 definitely coming back and even though we got there at 8;45 and they close at 10 we had a great time. Price 107 + tip

We’ve been to most nice places in south Florida and you cannot beat the taste of the food nor the prices ANYWHERE. We sat outside with a lake and fountain view. GORGEOUS.and the service was EXCELLENT.

I really enjoyed the food, drinks and service. I ordered the gnocchi, Caesar salad and burnt broccoli along with the house old fashioned. The candle lit setting was very nice as well.

Fantastic date night! Service was perfection and the food was delicious. My only regret was not leaving enough room for dessert! We will definitely need to come back.

Food was excellent: well seasoned and cooked perfectly. Service was a bit slow but considering it was Valentine’s Day, it was to be expected. Overall, a very nice dinner. We will return.

The food was just OK. The place was packed on a Friday night. It was to loud and the tables to close together for my liking. The crusty bread was very good. The veal marcella, was a bit chewy and the marcella sauce was more tomatoe based than marcella based. The spicy potatoes were good. We had a bottle of Casa de Santar Dão Reserva 2016 which was very nice. Our server (Jack) was a bit rushed off his feet and (at times) difficult to understand.

We had a beautiful time for dinner. We sat outside water and setting was just perfect. Our server Heisman was excellent. Bread was warm and tasty as usual. This go round we ordered for starters the Caesar salad with anchovies & meatballs. Entrees were the sole francese, linguine bolognese, and the veal special. Everything was delicious and we recommend!

I’ve eaten at this location several times now and this may have been the only bad experience I’ve had here. I love this place but last night was bad. Most of the food was burnt, the place was really loud and our sever was taking his sweet time serving us. They even forgot the birthday girl as I mentioned several times. If this would have been my first time I would never return but I know this is a really good place to eat really good food regularly. (Burnt food was really not acceptable)

Food is always delicious! Service, whether at the bar or table- top notch. Justin at the bar always makes the evening wonderful with his attention to detail with the drinks! This spot is always full whether Monday or Saturday night. Another thing, if there is anything you want/need/change etc let them know- never met an establishment that has staff that is so receptive and attentive!

They say first impressions are everything correct? Well when I walked into this establishment. I didn’t receive a good afternoon how may I help you, thank you for coming in. I got a stare like I was a ghost. With a follow up of why am I dressed the way I am when my date looks amazing. First and foremost that comment was unnecessary it was more so derogatory. So one it was not a date. she was my colleague and it was business lunch discussing medical cases. She is actually married. I would never recommend or go to This establishment again.

Food came out way too quickly, unusual. Servers usually on top of the food/kitchen. Always delicious and love the ambiance. Highly recommend despite an off night

We reserved a table through OpenTable at 8:30. We arrived a few minutes early but at 8:30 we were escorted to our table, a nice cozy booth in the corner. The place is dimly lit, it has a nice ambiance, clean table cloths and overall a nice smell to it. They brought out a fresh basket of bread, and took our drink orders. We had a few cocktails and each one was exquisite. Not too strong, not too sweet. I had their house brewed bourbon, which is smooth as a baby’s butt. To start the evening we ordered the knife and fork Caesar salad, this has a classic flavor to it, with a light touch of anchovies, however there are no anchovies present in the dish. The croutons where house made, I was lead to believe by the title that we’d be getting a whole romaine lettuce head smothered in sauce but they chopped the salad themselves, not disappointed by this, just mislead, I didn’t need a knife. For the main entree My wife had the lobster ravioli, I ordered the bolognese and my daughter had gnocchi each dish was fantastic, you can order the individual dish or family style, we opted for the former. For desert I had the Crème Brûlée, my wife and daughter shared the chocolate cake for two. The cake is incredibly rich and sweet, I’m not in a position to judge chocolate cake, I don’t particularly enjoy something so rich but my ladies seemed to enjoy it. The crème brûlée was perfection. Price was on par for the type of meal we received, dishes were about $20 each. Our ticket came to about $230ish with tip I think but that was with $100 of drinks, desserts and appetizers. I would absolutely recommend this place and believe I have somewhere to take friends and family in the future.

Cute! The pasta with the pizza dough on it was cool, the plates are small, chicken dish was mediocre, the calamari had no flavor, but the sauces were good. It’s a cute little spot, ok food, not bad at all. Better restaurants are out there though.

I ate here a year ago when I was in town amazing Grouper came back to visit this year and the grouper was a special on the menu. So far I have had it both nights same dish amazing both nights. The rest of our party was extremely happy as well. I am a very fussy foodie highly recommend.

Food is consistently delicious and served in large portions (with the exception of lamb which was underwhelming and disappointing). Staff is friendly and makes sure you are taken care of. Our favorite place for celebrating!

We frequent Acquolina because the food is always excellent and the outdoor service is excellent. We will return! Never disappoints

Chicken parmigiana was delicious, guiltless chicken was dry and bland. Overall service was lovely and attentive, will be coming back for sure for more chicken parmigiana.

I love this place, but I have a few comments to make one is the table that you have in the middle of the restaurant for takeout looks terrible;It doesn’t look elegant.  i’ve gone there a couple of times, but the last time I went, the waiter was terrible, was not attentive.

Food and drink-wise, Acquolina is easily in the top 10% of Broward County restaurants. The food is consistently flavor-full and well-presented. The staff is knowledgeable and well-trained. The skillet roasted mussels are the best!

The decore was very elegant. The presence was chick. The food was very well made and presented. The staff was attentive I would easily recommend this place. Looking forward to returning with my special guest.

Business dinner with boss and colleagues, pre Christmas. The patio was nice. The food was good... my fish wasn't seasoned as well as I'd like but it was ok. The calamari and clandestine we're good.

Absolutely horrible experience eating here. Just left the restaurant after booking for my wife’s birthday. The service was beyond terrible and nobody in management seemed to care. Just saying “we’re short staffed”. Staff knew it was my wife’s birthday and they made zero effort to acknowledge or do anything nice. Really bad when the management you complain to does not give a damn. Will never return.

Had a terrible experience. Went there for my wife’s birthday last night, and the service was absolutely abysmal. Management did not care that we were getting lousy service, and they made no effort to acknowledge my wife’s birthday. Cannot wait to leave and will definitely never return. Very disappointed.

Great food, I never ate roasted mussels, the best. The calamari our of this world, tender not over cooked. Linguini, the meat balls and spaghetti and the salmon Great. I drove 92 miles to catch up with friends. I would drive there again for the food

I brought my wife here for our anniversary. Each course was some of the best food I've had, including the steak. The wine list has excellent pairing selections. We sat outside until mosquitos came biting. It's not the restaurant's fault. It’s something people might want to know. It was difficult to get a table inside when it became busier.

There were four of us we ordered appetizers, soup and entrees which were all a huge disappointment as they were all so salty our plates were left full, our waiter asked if we wanted boxes and we all declined. It’s totally an unhealthy level of salt to the point of masking the flavor of the food. Expensive and definitely unhealthy.

Food was just ok. Huge portions but lacking flavor i was looking for. Salad was watery -lettuce a bit brown. But our server, Evan, was great. He was attentive and personable and made dinner a pleasant experience. Wish it was just a tad better.

Sea food risotto ended up being one shrimp, plenty of octopus and clams in red rice soup. Not risotto and I guess they had lots of octopus and clams. No other seafood to be found very disappointing….

Feel like I pay more than what they serve me , upgrade for a piece of steak in my pasta was more expensive than the plate itself. Never going there again.

The restaurant is nice looking. I wanted to like it. The service was very slow, not attentive to us even though there were hardly any people dining. The pizza was served warm. Hope they can fix the issues. I’ll try it one more time.

Great meal and service, we had eaten here a couple of times over the years and I’m not sure why we didn’t go back sooner, we probably just wanted to keep trying some of the other nice options in Weston and stuck with our regular - Miyoko (sadly closed) but we definately plan to come back :) What could have been a bit better, that day we were probably the first for lunch and we got a table for 2, the table was small and well located although as the appetizers, bottled water and bread plate arrived things started piling up, I do think the staffs self awareness was probably lacking by not offering us to move to a larger table, in retrospect we also could have probably asked and would have got it but we weren’t really bothered although it’s worth mentioning, that aside the service was great!

We had a great experience last night. Food and service were both outstanding. I definitely recommend the shrimp cocktail. My linguini bolognese Was amazing as well. I highly recommend this restaurant. We’ll definitely be back again soon.
