Maribel treated us 5 stars for her⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The TAYPA was phenomenal and the chaufa rice (chicken and special) too.

I walked in with a small pizza for my 9 year old autistic son who only eats certain foods due his condition but we were told outside food is not allowed which I do understand but after I explained my sons condition we were still denied service. If you have a family member with a disability do not come to this place they will not accommodate you. Luckily we went to our favorite place in Cerritos EL ROCOTO they were very understanding and we enjoyed some great food and service and my son got to eat his pizza.

Good cozy place, tidy, clean and good service. I think their specialty is fish and seafood. I always come back for that, but I was surprised that the recommended rolled chicken and wild salted rice taste very good.

On Thursday, August 15, I went with my family and friends for the first time to the restaurant, the atmosphere was calm, the dishes were good But what bothered me was the attention of a very poorly educated lady, by the way, I was totally disgusted and if you are wondering why it was, it was because at the table where we were located there was a fly that was bothering me and my friends and I told her that If it could scare, kill or move us from the table, and the very rude lady responded, DON'T WORRY "NOW I'LL GET IT AND EAT IT" We were all surprised by the response, we wanted to get up and leave because we were in a hurry since we were going to travel for two hours. And we no longer had time to look for another restaurant. But disappointed in the place.

I like all the food they prepare there, every time I go I order ceviche, mixed jelly, rice with seafood among others, and it's super delicious 🤤🤤

This place needs to hire more employees. We came on a Sat and more than half the tables were empty. After standing and being ignored for 10min, a guy who seemed to be a host and waiter told us the wait would be 20 to 30min for a table. Don't go here if you are hungry and want something quick!!!

Yesterday, June 6, I ordered a Fish Ceviche but it lacked the flavor of the characteristic rocoto pepper, it didn't taste spicy at all. I didn't have enough lemon. I think they changed the chef. I did not like.

Drove 30 minutes just to be disappointed. Ordered the lomo saltado and received it half cold half hot, how is that possible!? The rice was completely cold. The server was really nice and atmosphere was warm. Unfortunately do not recommend and still on the search for a good Peruvian restaurant.

Yesterday I came back to this restaurant after 3 years , and definetlly this restaurant is under new owner I ordered arroz chaufa , tallarín taipa, pollo shihaukai, fried wantons and the food was horrible tasting, was oily, the wonton had a yellow color or orange caused by the oil they used to fried , I don’t recommend this restaurant anymore .

I've been there a few times but once there was just one waitress and I asked her why she was taking too long to come to my table and she said that she was the only one serving. Today I went again but this time the waiter asked me to wait twenty minutes to be seated! Twenty minutes? There was empty tables but not enough personnel! It's delicious food but it looks like they don't make enough money to hire more personnel. I turned around I went to Inka point, cheaper, the owner treat you good. Aji limon sucks👎

Some times you get an spectacular service, some other times it isn't so good, the atmosphere has always been ok, but the food ... the food is really good!!, and lately had gotten even better. So sad that they don't let you enjoy a piece of warm bread once you are seated, it was a nice welcoming token, hope they reconsider, a piece of bread will always offer a nice culinary welcome.

It is a good place but first if you are going to pay with a card they charge you 4% for the very hard rice. I have gone on other occasions but this time the rice failed and it has never seemed to me that the consumer should pay the percentage of paying with a card

This has plenty of seating and yet they make you wait. After seated it was the same thing. Lousy customer service impressions.

Basic. I had the Jalea and Lomo Saltado. Some of the seafood was perfect and some was overcooked. The criolla had no chilis! The rest was just weak.

It used to be my go to place for Purevian food. This last time was a huge disappointment, in my dish the noodles felt too dry and sticky, my chicken was too thin and also dry. The server seemed uninterested and too busy even though it was dead and slow for a Friday night. I most likely will not be going back! Such a disappointment because in the past the food and service was always great.

Food was bland and service mediocre. Took almost an hour to get just drinks to our table. Ordered jalea the batter was soggy, zero salt, yucas dried and felt old. My child had salchipapas and again the potatoes had no salt. The best thing of our meal was the inka cola. Very disappointed.

Love this place! I’m Peruvian and it’s hard to find a good Peruvian restaurant. This is definitely one of them. I always get the Chicharron de pescado & picarrones. 🙌🏻

I got a arroz chaufa to take out, bad bad a mixed rice chaufa that seemed like they served the leftovers, a black rice with nothing, not a piece of meat or a shrimp without taste of anything and to finish it off this is a Peruvian restaurant where everyone Even the administrator is Mexican 🥹 the quality of the food is very bad, they scam those who do not know Peruvian food, very, very bad, Peruvian food made by Mexicans where it has been seen, that is why the food is of very poor quality

Be careful with the ceviche and leche de tigre . Last time i wasted my money. They gave me a leche de tigre that looked like a Mexican ceviche very small cuts but with a flavor that tapatío can't fix

Totally disaster, i paid the 20.00 calamari and inside 4 pcs head of the squid the small one and 3 pcs so thin slice 7 pcs. Not right, i called to complain, the one who answered the phone is not pleasant either, i want to returned it but i don’t wanna go back no more, but nver to order no more, even eating it, i don’t like it, so. Be careful guys when you order take out, It’s not right.

After moving away every few years I have a chance to make it to Aji Limon and have to say this is the best Peruvian food you're going to get outside Peru. I've tried all the so-called 5 star places in LA and OC and none of them come close. I've been going here for almost 10 years. They have never sacrificed quality of portion sizes. Everything these days cost a little more but thankfully it also tastes just as good.

Love this place! Every time we’re in Los Angeles we come here for amazing food and excellent friendly service. We were so hungry I even forgot to take pictures but we ordered Jalea, ceviche de pescado, lomo saltado, tallarin saltado, arroz con mariscos and picarones. The plates are HUGE and oh my so delicious! Thank you Aji Limon for keeping for food quality throughout the years

Food is kind is kind of pricy but this is my favorite restaurant hands down. My wife and I try to come here for all of our special occasions (or at least if it's been more than 3 months). My favorite dish is tallarin de camarones and my wifes is lomo saltado. The chicha morada is 🔥and of course i cannot get enough of their spicy and flavorful aji limon sauce. I always make sure to take some to go. There is a waiter there that gives me top notch service everytime! I wish I remembered his name cause I for sure would like to give him a shout out.

As an old school vegan, there's nit a whole lit to eat. However, you can get veggie fried rice, with no egg, and it's really good. The portion is very large. Their service is great and the atmosphere is very pleasant. I've been going for about 4 years and same consistent food and service.

Good lunch. I ordered ceviche mix to, some kind of chicken with fried potato and red onion, and beefsteak. Their foods are good. The appetizer is pricy, I wish they can make it less so they can reduce the price.

I had high expectations for this place but unfortunately was disappointed. I found it a bit odd that they stopped serving bread with the aji, all Peruvian restaurants provide bread with the aji as a complimentary service to customers - huge let down. The aji was restricted and instead of a bottle on the table with endless supply, I was given a small, prepackaged sauce container. The papa a la huancaina seemed to be on a smaller side (more like half a potato) The food was ok but the portions were quite small, and everything from the nonexistent bread to the aji, papa and meat were all rationed. The value for taste, quality & quantity was NOT there!

Kinda pricey, but the taste and quality are top notch. This is basically a tie between here and Aji Peruvian cuisine in Long Beach, which are not related. Long Beach has a much better date night atmosphere and smaller portions with a wide variety of craft beers, but Aji Limon still has its family charm and wide variety of authentic dishes, throw in some staple Asian dishes as well. Nori's has changed, so now, this is my go to Peruvian place!

Everything i have tried have been delicious but i usually go for the lomo saltado. The home made drinks are equally as amazing i get a jarra de chicha morada or maracuya you won't be disappointed. The service is amazing and very friendly service. Aji Lemon is a place worth trying.

GREAT SERVICE AND FOOD A STEP ABOVE

The prices are out rages. They charged us for lime in the water .25 a slice and a $1 for the lime on the side for the dish and didn't even inform us til the bill came. The lobo saltado was bland , and the meat very tuff and the potatoes didn't seem cooked all the way. This used to be our favorite Peruvian restaurant over 8 yrs ago Not so favorite anymore. There's a REALLY good one in Fountain Valley!!

I ordered over the phone for pick up and they only provided half of the order. Now I only have one meal for my sick family and they didn’t even offer any solutions for messing up the order. I’m so disappointed. This is the second time that they have gotten my order incorrect. Customer service is the most important factor for me and I don’t think I’ll be going back to ahí limón.
