I've been to all of the Alpacas in the triangle, these guys do it the best! Great service great food!

UPDATED 18 August 2024: Great food, great service! I what's enjoy eating here. ---------------------------- I've been here several times and have always had great food. Food is cooked fresh to order and has great flavor. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back.

Have gotten takeout several times and enjoyed the food each time. Food is well prepared with generous portions. Staff is prompt and courteous. The restaurant appears clean and well maintained.

Omg! This place is definitely a favorite. I come here at LEAST 1-2 times a week. The pollo soltado is to die for! The chicken is sooo tender. The fries.. the rice! Whew! And the staff is sooo friendly, never disappoints. I’m not even one to leave a review so if I am then take my word that this place is a MUST TRY in NC! You’ll be happy you did!

Very good and fresh food, very friendly personnel, clean and well portioned plates, the store needs a little updating, the parking needs some paving.

Very delicious food, I tried 2 dishes at this establishment and both were extremely good. I also tried their Chicha drink and it instantly became one of my new favorites. The service was excellent during my first visit, but the second visit was chaotic. Their POS system was not working on one of the two machines and the one that was working could not print out receipts. The people are friendly and courteous and the front end was very clean. Very small indoor eating area with limited outdoor seating for overflow. Parking lot is small, but there is an overflow dirt lot across the street.

I found a hair in my plate. I had to explain it was not ok to replace the item on the plate with the hair and not the other items. Everything was amazing till that. They did finally offer to replace the plate if we spoke to a manager. Talk about ruining an appetite. Sheesh😒

I love the chicken and soup at this place.

Absolutely delicious! The chicken was cooked perfectly and the tostones were perfectly seasoned, especially dipped in their signature yellow sauce. I also got the horchata which is perfect for a hot summer day with just a hint of cinnamon and clove. Definitely will be back!

Personally, I really like Charcoal Chicken, and this chicken is no exception, it is always on point, juicy and delicious. 😋

Visited multiple times. Food is always delicious, but sometimes portions are small. Latinos and Hispanics usually get better service. Last time I was there, the lady that took my order (who said she was the manager), would not give me the seniors' discount that I usually get and was pretty nonchalant about it. I also noticed on multiple occasions that this place gets dirty and trashed in the evening.

The chicken is amazing and you just want to keep eating it so order the double. The yuca fries are extra special. We also had regular fries, rice, beans, corn, plantains and all were yummy. A little pricey but worth it.

Absolute 10 out of 10, I get beans, dark meat and some tortillas and I wrap it all up and eat it like that, this is the only correct way. Atmosphere is great and people are friendly.

Excellent Peruvian charcoal chicken and sides like green beans, black beans, salad, coleslaw, maduros, or tostones. The restaurant is a bit small and the parking limited, but they do have a small patio where you can bring your dog.

Chicken is incredibly juicy and delicious. Love the plantains and green beans.

This is one of my top five restaurants in this area. I love love love the food. The service is always top tier. Sometimes I find myself dancing while ordering food because it’s always a nice tune playing on the radio. Some days I done in and it’s always nice and clean. Some days I order my food to go. Either way I am never disappointed with the service or my food! ❤️

We just ate here for the first time after hearing that it was good. It was delicious! The staff is so friendly and the food is amazing!! We can’t wait for some of their new locations to open now! We will definitely be back. Several gluten free options as well!

Chicken is great, very flavorful, tender. The serving size is pretty big, especially for the side of French fries (enough for 3 ppl). The yucca fries are a bit too oily tasting. They have a bunch of different sauces so that was nice. The area is really crowded. Got food thru Uber eats pick up, and there was some confusion, but it got worked out. Packing wasn't great because the vinaigrette spilled in the plastic bag. Otherwise, it was all good.

It's ok for a quick bite. It's clean and the servers are really nice but the good is just mediocre.

The pollo saltado is my favorite is delicious and all the food is always soooo fresh! Another great option is the arroz chaufa which looks like fried rice but with a completely different and delicious flavor profile! Cannot recommend enough! And if you love sweets you should definitely get the alfajores! They are amazing!

Great food and great prices! I had the pop chop and was pleased with my meal. They have daily specials for $11.99 that includes a drink. Food is ordered and picked up at the counter for dine in. Overall a pleasant experience. Would definitely come back and recommend.

This is my 2nd time ordering catering from this location, and both times, the food was delicious! The staff was nice and apologetic due to the system being down when I arrived for my order, but things happen. My food was hot and correct.... down to the utensils. We stopped by at 8:30pm on a Sunday night because it was close to the Interstate, and we both had the half chicken, chicken soup and sweet plantains, and all I can say is that it was heavenly. This was probably the best tasting, most juicy chicken I've ever had in a restaurant. The food came out quickly, the place is small but has comfortable seating and friendly staff, and the prices are exactly right. Too bad we don't live in the Durham area, or I would be eating here all the time.

On Nov 3, approximately 4:00 p.m. I tried to order. I had just left a doctor's appointment and was in pain. I tried to order from the car to see if it could be brought out to me but I was told that the manager said , no, it could not be done. There were about 3 cars and did not appear to be busy. According to the online info, it was not busy. I had been a frequent customer even though it's hard for me to walk but felt bad at how I was treated. Makes me think hard about returning.

We've enjoyed the other locations of Alpaca we've visited but this one seemed a little cramped. They still have the same great chicken and other Peruvian dishes. Since we happened to stop by on a Tuesday, we got a taco special and a 1/4 white chicken dish with black beans and rice. Parking is a little tight but we found spaces in a strip mall around the corner. We had a special offer that was only good at this location, otherwise we'll stick to the Alpaca location closer to our home.
