Worst service ever. The owner got our order wrong and when I called he was extremely rude. The restaurant was dirty. Will never come back. Waist of $70. Kids couldn’t even eat.

1st timer over here! Pizza was good. Green chile was very bland and had zero heat. Other than that, I had a great time playing the coin-op machines!

They are fantastic and their sandwiches are delicious.And they give the best service over here in the south valley

Me and my husband come here every Friday and we get the same thing every time. A 14 inch thin crust well done and 2 garden salads and this time we found a hair in our Pizza and in my salad. I asked to speek to a manager and she said she was the manager. All she asked is if we wanted to take it back and they can remake it. Why would we want it remade if there was hair in it. We had problems with this female answering the phone before and being rude and complained about her and now this happens. The male that is usually there is very nice and made sure everything is made the way it's ordered. I am in management myself and I think she should've asked if we wanted our money back not if we wanted to go all the way back and take it to have it remade after finding hair in both the Pizza and the salad. We have been coming here every Friday for over a year and we will not be going back there ever again!!!!!!!! You can go down the street not even a block away and get better food without hair, better service where people actually smile and care and do not ask for tips for pick up orders!

Killer pies if you're on the westside

My first time here and the lady that was at the counter was so annoyed and rude we almost walked out but a younger gentleman was a little bit nicer so we stayed had the pizza roll and a sandwich and a salad food was ok but with the service I won't be back.

Food was DELICIOUS! Got two 14” pizzas, and some bread knots with marinara. Ordered a couple sides of ranch at the window. The young gentleman who helped initially was kind and respectful. The lady who gave me my pizzas was very nice too! The thin crust pizza is our new favorite in the city! So crispy! Green Chile has great flavor. Don’t skip on giving this place a try. South Valley staple.

Don't know how to take call in orders. Order was missing items. Overall I suggest Relation skills Training Really.

I said i would never come back here again especially after the last time the service was horrible and the food is lacking! This time my husband wanted to go okay well now will never come back they add a service charge we paid 30 bucks for two meals pizza and salad!!! I ordered wings they were gross very gummy and the buffalo sauce was terrible!!

Very good pizza actually one of the best pizzas I've tasted and I've tasted many from Albuquerque all the way to California and beyond and there's only a few places that actually matched this place as far as taste flavor and the size of the pizza was amazing a little greasy but it was definitely worth it definitely Recommended

Awesome family owned business. We have passed by this place so many times and never stopped....word of advice, STOP and get a pizza!!! So good we literally ate it in the car, right in the parking lot!!!! The gentleman who answered the phone turned out to be the owner and my Wife said he was the nicest person she has ever talked to at a food establishment, when we arrived the dining room was closed but they opened the door for us to pick up our pizza. This place was busy!!! So many people must already know what an awesome place this is as the drive through was slammed!!! We opened the box and that pizza looked amazing...tasted just as good!!! We also ordered some garlic butter sauce....delish!!!! We will return and try other items. Thanks Amadeo's!!!

I remember when this place opened it was so good, I moved away shortly after and totally forgot about it. Almost 20 years later, they're still serving amazing food. Heck yes.

Didn't realize they closed the dining area at 7:00, We arrived at 6:40 and we were still allowed inside and were able to enjoy our dinner.

My family always loves Amadeos when we ask the kids where they want to go it's Amadeos they love the pizza rolls in particular when you're a pretty good bargain for the food you get and they're really yummy all of their food is wonderful the staff there is always friendly and happy we usually go on a Sunday kind of before the lunch rush and there's not too much of a wait and it usually gets busier as the Sunday goes on heads up pretty good deal you can get a nice large pizza that is always wonderful and is about the size of a manhole cover sandwiches are always good the bread is fresh and yummy and their calzones are top notch The toppings that you can put in your pizza or calzone are always fresh and great ingredients it's always clean and nice in the building the people working there bring your food out with a smile and take your order their knowledgeable and friendly in short I would recommend Amadeus highly as a place for a family or if you do want to just pick something up for a party and they have a wider selection of energy drinks which I always enjoy because I'm usually tired on a Sunday afternoonif you go make sure you try the meat calzone or the pastrami sandwich as there are favorite their garlic bread knots are also to die for

Wings were like rubber and the garlic cheese breads were not the best

Very disappointed, since Covid this place never came back to normal, their dining hours are a joke and service is worse than ever. I used to love this place and tried supporting local business but their customer service is the worst. Will not be going back.

I ordered 4 pizza to be delivered using door dash to our vacation rental. Under special requests I plainly stated please no onions or onion powder on 3 of the pizza. You guessed it. My request was ignored. It is a serious business when a person has food allergies or sensitivities. Take note that if you have any food issues at all to avoid this place

The cheese is my favorite, especially their pasta dish. I don't understand why it's better than most pizza places, cheese secrets, but it's so flavorful it's worth the extra money if you want to treat yourself to something above the average chain pizza.

Pizza is ok here but they make a killer of a sandwich called the "Super Combo" which is 4 meats and 2 cheeses with green chile, I also purchase what I consider the best Chocolate Brownie in Albuquerque.

Good pizza. It was hot and stayed hot on our drive home. From the phone call to the pick up, everyone was professional and friendly. Really like the drive up option. Didn't have to get out of my vehicle to pick up the pizza.

We are from Pennsylvania and are in town for work. Ordered 3 different pizzas: Meaty combo, Hawaiian, and super combo. All were delicious and beautiful. Highly recommend this place. Many options and great quality.

This is a cute place for really great pizza slices. They card only half of the people for credit cards use. But the food was great. We had sausage pepperoni mushrooms and green chilis

Delicious! I have loved this place every time I have ever been. Never a bad order. However, this was the first time I ordered on my own (without NM natives present). I ordered 3 large pizzas thinking, "yeah, this will probably feed 8 people." Well, I would like to say that if those 8 people are teens, then yes, that amount is probably correct for one meal. However, I think we will be having pizza for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Double check the size of the pizza before you order unless you love leftovers! I recommend this place for feeding large crowds. They make even bigger pizzas than the ones I ordered today. 🤤🍕😂😅

Not very nice place to order here , I had 2 orders and I got only one but they change me for both Went in to show them and request my money back for the second order and they refuse to refound me back .I report them for fraud

I loved this place but the staff is extremely rude spoke to Amanda. I couldn't even ask a question before she hung up on me. I understand it was closed.I didn't know this.But why bother answering the phone if you are going to hang up on your customers.Which is sad because the owners are usually really nice. I called the 98th location and staff was amazing.

Amadeos is a locally family owned business. It is a favorite spot our family and neighborhood business we like to support. We are particularly fond of their submarine sandwiches, love their family sized pizzas, which are hand made to order, their pasta dishes are always delicious and we love their desserts (tiramsu is my personal favorite). They're a popular spot with the locals, but always worth the trip and what ever "wait time" spent to get your order...during especially busy weekend lunch and dinner hours we phone in our order and pick it up ourselves.

Went there on a whim, just for a salad the old lady with brownish reddish hair, was super rude at the window. She did not care if she was being rude either. Amadeo’s food is so good, but I’d rather go to dions after that. Disappointed.

We just discovered this tiny pizza place on Osuna and are happy that we did. You can get a slice with choice of toppings, special combos based on a slice, whole pizzas, calzones: lots of choices. Order up, then comes the food. Well prepared, excellent choices of ingredients, well made and served. You can also sit in the limited space dining area and watch the tube while you eat. We did that yesterday for dinner and enjoyed the food, service and the laid-back vibe. And they seem to take pride in their cleanliness. We'll be back.

I love to have The spaghetti and meatballs Then there small pizza and for dessert Tara misu. I always order ahead, easy access in-and-out They have a drive-through. I could do a little bit of shopping and go across pick up my dinner and go home. They have these huge pizzas serves 10 but I think it serves a lot more. 🤔

Best hot wings in Albuquerque. They are only open in drive thru. They only take online or call in orders. They do not offer patio or dine in options during Covid-19. They don't allow you to order their specials after a certain time. These are the list of pizza wing and drink special combos.

The food here is great. As far as the customer service, this location seems to be a bunch of stoned teenagers being overseen by one adult. The girl at the drive thru window had no idea what was going on around her. She told me to circle around, because there was someone behind me in the drive thru. But there wasn't. When I pulled back around, she asked if I had given her the signed receipt, which I had. She said, "oh, here it is", after searching the cash register. It was a surreal experience. This strangeness was just a minor thing though. This chain is among my favorite offerings for local pizza, definitely recommended.

I have been eating there since they opened they're first store on isleta sw about 30yrs ago. The food has always been high quality and delicious! I have never had a problem with any order or have to take anything back! My favorite is the Italian Sub sandwich!😊
