Where do I begin. My twins and I had a taste for wings and fries and instead of making it at home we decided to order from here. I called it in at 7:07 we arrived at the carryout shortly after. Other customers who came in after us orders were ready before ours. Customers who came before us acknowledged that they called in an order and were still waiting while others who came after them were walk in and got their food. I demanded to speak to a manager because clearly there was no organization with processing the orders . The manager hesitated at first to speak to me and I sensed he knew his restaurant did not have enough staff to meet the demand of the restaurant. This place is the primary example for greed. There is no reason why he should be open taking more customers money and having them wait as if their orders were dine in. My children and I left with a full refund at 7:40 and our food still was not prepared. Money is the only reason that place is still opened and as long as we continue to contribute they will take it from us (black/brown community) and make us wait.

The food is great best wings ever and affordable

Do not do a mobile order. Just call it in. Girls at the register were too busy on their phones to realize that something was wrong with the mobile order tablet. Gave them 40 minutes to make my order and was never notified.

Crowded dirty and rude cashier messed my order up fat lazy bumb

The food was delicious. The pickup experience was horrendous. I'm not sure if I'll be back for that reason alone.

Great place, and good wings lemon pepper is my favorite

The wings and veggies were delicious!!!!! But the 5 wings only had a buffalo hot taste (That is what I askew⁴dwe for.) But the 10 piece combo wings had a much darker wing sauce and after 5 minutes eating my mouth began to burn on fire!! I had a burn mark on my lip where the sauce was. I think someone made a mistake and put the nuclear hot sauce. I couldn't finish my food because it was sooo hot. I was mad because the food was good. I just could not eat sauce that hot. The steamed veggies were flavored nicely with pepper. I loved the food!! Just the sauce was unbearable. I will be back!

My cashier was patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. She was a gem. I wish the food service industry had more young ladies like her. I just wish I knew that beautiful black queen's name, she deserves a raise!

My honey lemon pepper wings combo is always great! The staff here are always courteous and professional.

Overall an awesome experience! Food is always freshly made and hot . Cashiers are very friendly and efficient , store is also always clean , stocked , and organized .

They gave me poor customer service taking my order over the phone. Non-chalant attitude and too. eager to get off the phone instead of listening clearly to get the order right. They rush just to get the next call. This was not a happy experience for me/them, I call this bad customer service, for sure. Honestly I really wanted to cancel my order but for there sake I was too hungry to do it. For this time they got lucky however this comment should sting.

Fries were cold and old tasting. Please serve all customers with hot fries!! This has happened to me 5 times and I eat here often.

First time there... And it'll definitely be my LAST time going. I ordered a shrimp cheese steak w/everything, provolone cheese extra fried onions and very very little hots. The sub had NO cheese,hots or fried onions,AT ALL🤬...SO DISAPPOINTING! I'll NEVER do as much as turn my head and look at that the shopping center where it's located again... Just an AWFUL first time experience 😠😕☹️

I get the fried catfish everyday from the one on reisterstown rd. The staff is very pleasant , courteous and professional. I'm always greeted by my name. The food is great. I also love the steamed veggies.

Certain days you going to have to go to this one because when you got them young people in there it's just too immature and they got one good cook that makes your food just right I'll usually choose this place as last resort if I get off from work

3 different flavors for my mans feasting on his wings the are o so tasty. Lemon pepper, honey,lemon pepper, teriyaki. Better than Owings Mills location. Sorry yet not sorry!!!!

I so love their hot lemon pepper chicken. Fast service, nice attitude and you can call, order and pick your food up. I was going to the location on Liberty Rd. I have no idea what happened to that location. I visited a couple of time and they were closed. This location isn't bad at all. My food was hot and they actually communicated with me. I most definitely will be going back whenever I'm felling for some lemmon children wings.

The steak and cheese is the best outside of Three Dollar Cafe in McDonough GA.

Placed order around 8pm on Monday feb 14th..the person taking my order sounds like she’s on crack. It turned my stomach because she was rude and nasty on top of how she sounds. The food is good but you can keep it if that’s what ima hear when I’m ordering my food whether she’s the one cooking or not I just can’t do it

A&D is always consistent on flavor and taste. The service is inviting and my order is always precise in 10 minutes. A&D has the best wings and cheesesteaks. Delish!!!!

The name speaks for itself. I love the honey oldbay wings. They are finger licking good. The grilled Tilapia is also good for lunch or dinner. I would recommend this place for a quick grab but satisfying also.

Shrimp cheese steak is beautiful, taste beautiful everything 😋 , had the combo they were a little stingy with the western fries but all was good & the owner is a doll very sweet women ❤️

My order was wrong. I wanted the combo but was just given the wings And I didn't bother to argue. Called my order in 20 minutes in advance and then when I got there it wasn't done and had to wait another 15 minutes. The wings were good though.

I eat here often. The grilled fish is awesome!

This place gives you the Amazing flavors of wings. Get yours while supplies last. I got mines!

Some of the recent younger staff are a little unseasoned when it comes to customer service. Never rude, just not as friendly as I'm used to with this place however, they always make up for it with the food which is really great!

Good food. The catfish is really good and fresh.

Currently at the moment the restaurant is not taking walk in orders so you will have to call to place an order. If you call & the line seems like it's not working give it some time then call again as they randomly get busy. I recommend the honey garlic pepper or garlic parmesan wings. If you want fish get the fried catfish.

They don't have ordering on their website, but you can order on doordash. Menu is super comprehensive and my order was ready early. The food was good.

Service is great , food is delicious, fast food but feels homemade. Cheese steaks, chicken tenders with honey garlic and veggies i can eat every day all day.

My order was ready when I got there. Only problem was that wings were fried a little hard.

The service was fast and friendly. The honey lemon pepper wings were on point. I will be returning for more soon.

I like the cheesesteak sub. It's very delicious and just the right amount of meat ,cheese,and onions. It's my "go to" meal with fries.

Absolute best wings anywhere! They have 30 flavors but Old Bay and Hot Old Bay are my favorites. The ladies at the front are really nice and I appreciate that they check the food before handing it over to you. I like my wings fried hard and they know exactly how to do that just right, no one where I live can duplicate, I'm from Baltimore but live in Orlando & I was there just this past weekend and flew 30 wings home to Florida with me and they were still delicious upon arrival. They have my business as long as they're open.

The wings were crisp and they had some type of glaze. The fries were so so. Homemade fries would make the wings pop.

Their Old Bay wings are wonderful and a mile wings a good too in the fish the grill fish the tilapia is so good

This is the best America's Best Wings location when it comes to subs. I can only speak on that. I've been to liberty rd in the shopping center with Aldis, liberty rd shopping center near Milford rd where the Giants is located & route 40.

This was my first time going to America's Best Wings. It was amazing. The food was great. Good quality and great prices too. Check it out and taste that America's best wings experience.

The fact that there are 3 America's Best Wings in this area and they have the most expensive prices of the 3 and partner that with the worst customer service is the reason they get the 3 stars. They don't have the same standard as the others but this location gets the job done on Sunday's when the other locations are closed

My experience was wonderful. My food was a bit pricey , but good god was it worth it.!! My food didn't take long. Service , was nice , And food was hot and delicious ☺. I will definitely be going back . I got the honey garlic wingz , they was smacking! and my cheesesteak sub was out of this world.
