Came here because of the fantastic reviews, but after sitting and waiting for 30 minutes and they had not started our order, we decided to leave and go next-door to the other pizza place. I feel bad because this looks to be a locally owned business but they need to hire more people to accommodate the demand that they have. People are waiting for pizza to be picked up as well. We waited for 30 minutes and then the waitress came back to confirm our order so the pizza obviously had not even been started yet. I truly hope they can hire more people in order to accommodate the demand that they seem to have.

I loved their pizza so much 🥹 they’re all just so interesting. We tried the Capricciosa and the Re Umberto. Loved them both. Can’t wait to try another one. Keep it up guys!

Delicious pizza made in a real brick oven. We are happy to have found this new restaurant. There is not any good pizza around this area, so this was a great find! Finally found the one pizza place in the area that can satisfy this jaded New Jersey pizza fanatic. Really good specialty pies all done on an awesome 48-hour sour dough crust in an appropriate oven to produce the perfect char. Can not say enough about this place. Oh my word! What a Gem of a restaurant! Yesterday my wife and I came to Amore Mio Pizza out of curiosity. We were just in the area, had no expectations. Immediately upon entering the owner greeted us and asked us to sit where we like. He is a very passionate man, who clearly loves his job. He immediately began talking to us about all the different options of food on the menu. He also described with us the monthly specials. As he was doing this he asked us to wait a moment. Fetched his phone then he showed us pictures of the individual items. Each pizza a beautiful piece of art, made with a special light homemade dough that is allowed to breath for 48 to 72hr. By doing this the dough bakes nice, thin, soft, and yummy. I should mention the oven is a brick oven! A beautiful brick oven, that is centrally located so you can easily see the beautiful pies going in and out of it! We ordered lunch, dinner, and dessert when we realized how original this lovely restaurant is! That is to say two pizza's and four cannoli's. After we made our order, the owner offered us a on the house tiramisu, saying "We must try, it's my favorite dessert on our menu!". I say again Amore Mio Pizza is a absolute gem of a restaurant hidden away in Garner, NC. I fully intend to brag when I say I have traveled quite a bit. I've dined in Berlin, Paris, Athens, Rome, Naples, Vienna, Ghent, Vatican City, Zurich, Reykjavik, and Amsterdam. In all those travels I have not felt as welcomed or dined as well as I did in Amore Mio Pizza. I will absolutely be coming back!

We’ve dined here a few times and always enjoy it immensely! You may not think of pizza as being top tier food, but the way these folks execute their craft makes it superior to steakhouses and fine dining. I love the little touches like a sprig of rosemary or leaf of basil to garnish. It is a feast for your eyes as well as your stomach. Must try! 10/10!

As a pizza fanatic I cannot think of a better experience as the one that Amore Mio serves up. It is apparent that these people take extreme pride in their craft. From the dough to the extensive list of toppings to the presentation, you cannot go wrong. I have never seen a pizza with such perfect and precise placement of toppings. Every slice is evenly distributed with every ingredient. Absolute perfection in a pizza, as all pizzas should aspire to be.

Nice decor and family style environment and friendly. Yes they may have an Italian GAS oven that looks like a Firewood oven but unfortunately there pizza needs a lot of help . We tried two simple pies to see if they can get the basics right instead of masking it with flavors. The Dough needs help maybe proof it a little longer to incorporate the air in it but it also needs more flavor to it, the undercarriage was soggy so it's either the dough or the oven not hot enough or even to much sauce but needs practice tasted similar to papa johns type dough which I haven't had in years but it brought that type of memory. The sauce was to tangy and acidic, tasted more like a canned sauce then a fresh made sauce . Cheese lacked flavor seemed to me a lower quality products. All in all for that price point you must be top notch and should give us the wow factor, I wouldn't go back sorry . One good thing was the Nutella rolls 👍🏼. I would like to see them succeed so make proper changes.

Our family found this hidden treasure almost by accident about a year ago during a road trip. We live about 90 minutes away from this restaurant but we drive very close by it every time we go to Raleigh. It has become a family tradition for us to make plans to either eat lunch or dinner at this place every single time we go to Raleigh. The pizzas that they serve cannot be found anywhere else, and our family falls in love with every new menu item they come up with. Our kids love going to Amore Mío and all of them call this place their all-time favorite pizza lace. The personable service offered by the caring people that run this business is amazing. Do yourself a favor and go try it, you won’t regret it!

Ate this delicious pizza shameless in my car right before this place closed. Amazing quality, and don’t skimp out on their dolce. The cannolis were so good! Definitely will be back for a date night. Inside atmosphere is charming :)

We went for the first time on Friday evening. Turns out it was “National Pizza Day” and they were absolutely slammed. Everyone was working as hard as they could to serve everyone and they maintained a calm, organized, professional demeanor. The food was absolutely amazing. Definitely one of our new favorites!

We ordered the "tartufata" pizza and pepperoni rolls. The crust on the pizza was amazing, but the rest was inedible. Completely saturated with cheap truffle oil. Couldn't taste anything else. Disgusting. The pepperoni rolls were served with raw, bitter tomato puree instead of an actual marinara. Straight from the can. Shame over all. Seems like they have the potential to put out decent food (and they charge as if they are) but can't execute.

You will not regret experiencing this pizza!! The crust is phenomenal. The ingredients are high quality. This pizza is the best we've ever had. Henry was so kind and informative! We came in last minute not realizing what we were walking into and were so pleasantly surprised by every aspect of this establishment. Henry walked us through the menu without us even having to ask, and made suggestions we very gratefully listened to. We already want to come back for more! We now have a saying "pizza rage"- like cuteness rage but for Amore Mio Pizza's pizza.

We ordered carry out last month for the first time, and the food was great! We had pepperoni pizza, cheese pizza, meatballs, pizza rolls and wings. Everything was hot and fresh. Wings were flavorful. The meatballs were a big hit as well. Everything was just as good the next day lol.. pics included

I'm not sure why it took me so long to try this place, I have tried all of the other pizzerias around here. I ordered some delivery tonight. It ran a bit late, so the pizza was barely warm. But to be expected on a busy night. We ordered the meat lovers and the one with truffle oil and mushrooms. Both were excellent! Really fresh, high-quality ingredients and unique flavors. We also ordered an antipasto plate, which was also fantastic - generous portion and flavorful cheeses/meats. The balsamic glaze is so good! I can put that on anything, I love it! Overall, the food here is quite tasty. I can't wait to dine in and eat it when it's hot right out of the oven 😋

We have been here a handful of times since it opened—and keep coming back because it’s very good, unique pizza. But the key issue is every time we have poor service. There’s always only one person running the entire front of house; handling to-go orders, waiting on tables, bussing, running food, answering the phone... If there was another person to manage the table turn over and to-go orders then perhaps we could get drinks and refills in a reasonable time frame. It sucks because they’re so nice and the food, like I said, is good, it just really detracts from the experience of going to eat out at a restaurant. A second person came to help towards the end and things sped up a lot, so I would highly recommend to ownership to consider this as a permanent set up during peak hours.

Had a wonderful experience getting some pizza for a lazy Monday night dinner. The place is right next to the 40-42 interchange and is super easy to get to from multiple directions. If you also need to grab somthing from Walmart, Aldi, Lowes or get gas otw home you can move between all these places with only 1 or no traffic lights at all which is kind of a big deal between 5-8pm in that area. I ordered a regular pepperoni and the meat Amore Mio to-go. The cafe smells wonderful and has a nice lounge area with comfortable seating where you can wait for your order. Everyone loved the pizzas at home and I especially appreciated the meat Amore Mio. Two pizzas served three adults comfortably with a couple of leftover slices, I'd say order one per two persons and if you have leftovers they reheat excellently in a covered pan (what i had for breakfast🍕). Crust on both was delicious with a good firm bite and could be its own meal alone. Our order included Parmigiano, crushed red pepper and a very thoughtful stack of napkins with the order. Definitely will be back and would love to dine in some time for a taste straight out of the oven. I'd love to see you guys start selling focaccia and simple table bread too because your dough is delicious and you have a fantastic oven!

Best pizza place in wake county.

The owner and the pizza is awesome. I need 20 pies for a family function and family from Europe and locally raved about the taste and presentation of the pizza. The owner was extremely gracious and even threw in some pies without even being asked. The staff even wrote notes and hearts on the boxes to welcome the family. It couldn’t have been a better experience and it was some of the best pizza I ever had! Thanks Amore Mia!

The pizza was amazing. If you are looking for New York "Italian" style pizza or Chicago or any other pizza that is not true Italian, don't go here. This is authentic, Italian pizza and it is delicious!! The pizza comes out hot, made with fresh ingredients. The owner was amazing, talked us through the different types and even showed pictures of the pizzas so we could see. We will be back !!

Some of the best pizza in North Carolina. We've eaten here several times, and the food is always excellent. However, twice I've ordered one of their pizzas with no onions, but they were served with onions all over them. I didn't return them. I just picked the onions off. One time, I ordered a specific pizza, and I received a different one. They were rather close in toppings so I just ate it and didn't worry about it. It was still a good pizza.
