The young man who was our server had the nastiest attitude. Our food was very slow in coming out. I asked him and he said, "your food will come out when it's ready!" Twenty minutes later our food arrived COLD!

Always fresh hot and delicious. Hands down best Thai food you can get on the East coast.

The food was off the chain delicious!!!! I had the lunch special Pad Thai with pork (you can choose chicken, tofu, beef). You can choose your spice level (1 - 5) The lunch special comes with a garden salad, soup (hot and sour on Thursdays) and a spring roll. The portions are very large. I could not eat it all. They have over 10 lunch specials all for $8.75

Ann's kitchen is a great hole in the wall Thai restaurant! We have yet to find a great Thai place in Jacksonville and Ann's finally filled that void! The pot stickers, spring rolls, pad pak, and spicy basil duck were all amazing! Thank you and we will be back.

I absolutely love eating at Ann’s Thai!!! Her food speaks for itself… I prefer going in on thee days that Jasmine works she’s kind and doesn’t make you feel rushed… As for that young boy he’s HORRID!!! RUSHES YOU BEFORE YOU’VE EVEN SAT DOWN… AND HIS PEOPLE SKILLS DON’T EXIST… I think they should get rid of him… That’s just my take 💯👏👍

The only place that has good Thai food from Emerald Isle to Raleigh. I have to drive from New Bern to here but it is well worth the drive . We usually go at least once a month because they have nothing Thai that is as good as here. Thank you guys for being so nice and kind all the time. We highly recommend this place!!

I got Thai Chow Mein and it was my first time trying Thai food. It was so incredibly good and I am an extremely picky eater due to autism. Only part I didn't like was the service seeing as they forgot to give me one of my seafood soups but mistakes happen so it's fine. 10/10 would eat again and again... And again

The service here is excellent. This place is busy because in a small town there is little competition, lol. Having been to Thailand and China and eaten authentic food, I would say the food here is mediocre.

Have only had take out, but the food amounts and flavor have always been fantastic! Never had Thai food before so Ann's has been my intro and I am really enjoying it so far

Awesome and very reasonably priced Thai food. Delicious and freshly prepared. Make sure you have cash on hand. They do have an atm inside the restaurant. Stopped midway from Raleigh on our way to Topsail Beach. Perfect lunch spot. Glad we discovered this place. Will be back.

Best Thai food I ever had in the USA 😋

We were traveling from Maryland to Duplin. We looked up Thai near us and were surprised to have this restraunt show up. We were a bit sketch but when we looked into the kitchen we figured we would give it a go. So glad we did! The cashier/waiter explained that his wife was the cook. This is a first class hidden gem! We are going to go back next visit.

I usually have decent service with decent food from this Thai restaurant but today has been disappointing. The waiter that took my order was completely rude. I ordered 4 things to go with 2 thai teas. One of the order was wrong - I paid for shrimp pad Thai and got chicken instead. I called back and there was no apology. In fact the waiter just said ok? First of all, maybe apologize and offer to make it right? I had to say um so not even an apology before he said so you wanna return the pad Thai? No. I don’t want to make the drive for their mistake. Not only that, but the portions are definitely getting smaller. The owners were usually so friendly and nice but this new guy they hired needs to be trained. Update: I asked for the manager to call me back but the same guy (the waiter) called instead. When I didn’t immediate realize it’s the same person because if I asked for the manager, why would the same person call me back again, he said verbatim “m’am this is the same guy.” With some sort of attitude. 0/10. Did not enjoy being called back harassed by someone when I explicitly asked for someone else. They did offer a free meal though.

Don't let the outside fool you! It's a quaint restaurant with a beautiful interior. Always love the food here and the Thai Tea is amazing! Wish more people knew about this place!

Not from the area. Live about an hour away, but passed by and thought I’d try it. Glad I did. Walked in and the place seems like a real country atmosphere with Thai decoration. The owner knew everyone by name. “Hi miss so and so” “See you next time miss so and so”. Spoke to the owner the whole time I was waiting. Spoke like we knew each already and the food was awesome. Great place and I’ll definitely be taking my wife there sometime soon

We live right down the street and order takeout from Ann’s Thai on a pretty consistent basis and I can say with confidence that this place is absolutely amazing. The quality has been the same outstanding food since the first time we ordered til now. It’s consistently delicious, fresh and well prepared. We’ve never had a single time we’ve ordered where it wasn’t amazing. The veggies are always so fresh and the flavor is just phenomenal! I am gluten free and they are always so kind to make my dish gluten free for me. Thank you Ann’s Thai!

First time there!! Very nice waitress could use some help,but she did a fantastic job!! Food was very good. Place was clean and inviting. Even the bathroom was super clean! I would definitely reccomend!! The steamed potstickers and the spring rolls were amazing!

Cash only restaurant with a quaint setting. One server for the floor but she is constantly on the go so service was not lacking and the food was made to order and was delicious. Would definitely recommend as I will absolutely be going back.

Food was by far the tastiest Thai I have had. Freshly cooked for us. The chef made vegetarian dishes (without fish sauce and oyster sauce; using veg broth) especially for us! The food felt like it was made using fresh vegetables and herbs spices - we could taste the freshness of ginger, lemongrass, freshly ground spices, crunchy vegetables that were rightly cooked! We loved the place - it is laidback, homely, takes a bit of time, but worth waiting for your food! It is not an expensive fine dining experience - but a down to earth place that feels warm, cozy For the record, we ordered Penang curry, basil fried rice, drunk man noodles, tofu soup.

Ann’s Thai Kitchen is a hidden gem for tasty food. I have had Thai food from several different places and regardless of where that food is from it is hard to beat the food from this little restaurant in Beulaville NC. We mostly grab takeout but have dined in on several occasions. They have a great selection of appetizers and meal options. The combo appetizer platter is a great way to try a couple different options and you can never go wrong with the chicken satay. When it comes to entrees the Pad Thai, fried rices and curries are all delicious. If you are in the area, or if the drive isn’t too far for you, be sure to stop in. Make sure to call or check their Facebook for their most up to date hours and holiday closings.

What a nice surprise. Flavors were fantastic and loved the 🔥. You have to pay with cash or check which seems odd today but did not hold that against them.

First time here. Had a wonderful meal with friends who have been several times. Service was excellent. The owners are wonderful and accommodating! I will be back with family.

Stopped in for lunch. This place is a hidden gem. A relaxing atmosphere, a great value, and the food was very tasty.

We were the only ones there for a birthday dinner, it was delicious, I was happy to try something new which was the Lard Na, noodles with carrots, broccoli, beef, and gravy. The gravy was so good. Also really chill and nice customer service, will definitely come back when I can.

It's ok. Took forrrrever for the food to be served. Took a while for the waitress to come take our order..had to get up and ask if she was coming to take our order. Went at lunch time. Seems to be short staffed..1 waitress and there was probably 7 other tables with people. Ordered fried rice and hubby pad thai...it was ok..not anything to brag about. Seems by the reviews that a long wait is somewhat common.Maybe need more staff and Personality goes a long way as well. :). Might go back again to see if any better..due to the good reviews it does have.

Amazing value. Very good food. I had the Green Curry, constant companion had the Kung Pao. Both dishes were excellent. We will be back again without hesitation.

Ordered at 11...was told 30 mins, ok not a problem. Walked in about 11:20 and told them I was there to pick up the order. Mind you no one was there when I ordered, I ordered while sitting in the parking lot. While waiting 4 tables had already been served and paid. Asked several times about my order and was told "5 to 10 minutes". At 12....one hour after placing my order I left, with no food. I'll not be back. If I could no stars I would.

Super cute place, staff was short handed, only one waiter so there was a bit of a wait but we did not mind. Food was great, a tad sweet for the main course. Pad Thai and Pineapple rice and a side of spring rolls. Everything was good. Price is excellent! Atmosphere was super cozy!

I lived in Thailand for two years, eating food from street vendors every day twice a day. The menu, the music, and the decorations were all awesome! I can’t wait to go back and work my way through the menu!

Wow. Wow. Wow this is the place. The food is incredible. It just taste fresh and made with love. The flavors are unique and comforting at the same time. Love the quirkiness of their atmosphere and the option that I can call my order in and pick it up. My favorites are any of their fried rice, seriously any of them. Personally I love their pork fried rice, but you can't go wrong with shrimp, and people rave over their pineapple fried rice. Always get the potstickers- you won't find better, I promise you. The dumplings are so good you will slap someone's hand away and refuse to share. Make sure each person just orders their own, you can thank me later. They have a broccoli dish that my soul craves, it is the definition of comfort food to me. I like to get a side of their cucumber salad because it has just the right notes of sweet and crunch. I don't think there is a single dish on their menu that I haven't fallen head over heels for but I am willing to try them all just in case! Honestly it's an understated hidden gem but it's worth the hike from where ever you are to stop here.

Literally the worst pineapple fried rice I’ve ever had. The pineapples weren’t fresh and were clearly from a can. The garlic and black pepper pork came as essentially a salad, though it was not listed as such. On top of it all, the server was rude the entire time! Probably my worst restaurant experience ever.

Food usually really good. Have not been in a few months. Although we know its always a wait, tonight's food took longer than usual, and the Kung Pao was bland and had less than 2oz of meat. I mean there were lots of vegetables. Still bland, and very few peanuts. Also, dont like getting our plates 5 or 7 minutes apart. Drunken Man Noodle was better tasting, but again, maybe 2oz of meat. We drive 40 minutes because we have enjoyed the food so much in past visits. Usually some of the best food around. Tonight's food was not up to par.

Hidden gem! We were just driving from Myrtle Beach back home to Norfolk, Va and just googled a restaurant along the way and I saw this with good reviews. We tried it out and wasn't disappointed with everything we had ordered. I recommend this 👌

Ordered drunken noodles and veggie rolls Drunken noodles had little to no flavor and veggie rolls were very dry with no flavor. If you’re use to authentic Thai I would not recommend.

Sub-par.Waited forever for the appetizer,food came out at separate times, we came in with at least 4-5 others tables and ended up being the last ones there..while the server was putting up chairs and cleaning, I asked for no mushrooms due to my SEVERE allergy and still had mushrooms, we were all disappointed with the meals. The server didn't even seem like he wanted to be there. First & last time.

Only had 3 kinds if donuts and no medium sized cups. I had to buy a large. Yes I realize I didn't HAVE to buy a large but if she would have offered me a large for the same price as a medium I would have offered to pay for a large and felt good about doing so.

Food is always good but order doesn't all come out together so some people have their food and some. Wait staff has no personality or people skills. They don't come refill drinks or check on guests enough. Still gunna eat there tho cause like I said foods good. Also make sure you have as they don't accept cards

One of the best hidden gems in Eastern NC. I do not frequent Beulaville, but Ann's Thai Kitchen is well worth the trip. The lighting, atmosphere, decor, and setup makes for a very welcoming dining experience. The staff was very accommodating and attentive. The food was plentiful and satisfying. There is enough of a variety in the menu that will keep us coming back in the future.

Worth a long drive, you will not be disappointed. Absolutely delicious.

The food was hot, flavorful and fresh! My husband and I ordered 2 appetizers, 2 entrees and 2 drinks. All of that only came up to $43. I would definitely recommend this place

Years ago I won a gift certificate for Ann's Thai Kitchen at a charity turkey shoot. I thought I would give it a try even though Tear Shirt (old nickname for Beulaville, the town I grew up in) has never been known for its authentic ethnic cuisine. I was floored when the food was amazing and the waitstaff treated us like family even though we had a coupon that covered the meal for four adults and three kids. Since then no trip home is complete without a green curry.

The food is fresh, the portions are great but the flavors are truly amazing. The fried rice is the best I have ever had, anywhere... ever! This restaurant is a hidden gem!! Thank you so much for the excellent food and service. I can't wait to come back again and again!

This was my first time here very nice place. The atmosphere is on point. It wasn't busy at all for lunch and very clean. Food was good. But there wasn't a full menu offered to us just a lunch ,so we will have to come back for dinner.

I've been a hardcore fan of this restaurant for years. It has set the standard for curry in my life. every curry that I've tried after eating here for the first time has been compared to it. I make sure to visit and bring family and friends every time I come back down North Carolina. Great food, great prices, fast service. Very no frills atmosphere. They are currently in the process of remodeling however, this does not impact the quality of the food. Hands down, the best place to eat in Duplin County.

Yes, if you want Thai food with some actual spices, eat here. I have been so disappointed with bland Thai food that almost just kept driving by when I saw the sign. I’m very glad I turned around. Clean, plenty of room. Good food. Some staff very gregarious, some less so, but it is very apparent that the owners care about the food, and want you to be full and happy. Dumplings were good, cashew chicken could have used more green vegetables, but it’s understandable that sometimes fresh is hard to get. Fried banana with ice cream was surprisingly good, it was also helpful after I accidentally ate the hot pepper from the chicken. Overall I do very much recommend, and I would go out of my way to eat there again!

Ann's Thai is always great! Albeit an older building, they do a fantastic job of making it feel like home. I recommend the Mongolian Beef and the Red Curry Fried Rice!

Tbe place is a hole in the wall but the food is great! Hot and flavorful. Waitress might have been having a bad day; there were only 2 other tables but she barely spoke to us and was borderline rude when asked about the specials and soup of the day etc. I'll go back and hope someone else takes my order.

This was the best Thai food I have ever had hands down. I don't like fish but the fish cakes were amazing, a hint of lemon thyme. I will be making this my new favorite stop.
