Staff is friendly, food is good for fast food. Bathrooms could use an update. With the exception of some tables being dirty, restaurant is generally clean.

When I arrived the staff was very friendly, took my order quickly and also enjoyed some small talk/joking while waiting for food.

Went 47 years without eating here... my waist thanks me, but my taste buds are hell bent! Great food, service and decent prices!

Arby's is a classic staple of American culture being one of the last locations in Maine they provide excellent speedy service even when busy a very clean dining area and wonderful service experience of your looking for a quick decent meal this is the place for it

All right so I was trying to add another comment but I can only go in and edit. So I ordered my food on the app and I am not kidding you it gave me the first time 15 minutes to get there to get it and the second time 5 minutes I had to wait for my boyfriend the first time because he was going to the bathroom the lobby was already closed and it wasn't time for it to be my milkshake was melted and was making a massive mess in the car the second time my boyfriend went and picked it up my burger wasn't done the way I wanted it it was cold the fries were cold what made the milkshake good despite the fact that it was pretty much melted the chocolate syrup and there was none. The whole point of using the app is so you don't have to wait in line but when it takes longer to order your food then it does for them to have it ready and they give you 5 minutes to get there it's a little frustrating and then they get your food cold and melted whatever it might be really kind of suckssucks. This place is my boyfriend favorite place to eat and I just kind of been turned off from it

An older male "worker" was wearing a semi-formal outfit (strip button up with khakis) leads me to believe that they are a manager or owner of this Arby's. It's generally good that someone in that position is helping to run things at lunch hour, but when I watched him, he seemed to mess everything he did up and he was already doing very little to begin with. I literally saw him try and fail to use a sticker on a take out bag. He put it on wrong and carelessly, eventually slapping the bag until a unigormed employee had to fix it. Wealth disparigy is so real and unfair.

Drove and hour for Arbys to find they were not taking online orders through the app, had no onions, no fries, or any deep fried food. Mine as well close. Went to Five Guys, they had the full menu available and was taking orders through the app.

Had a good coupon so worth it. Food was good. Love curly fries.

very poor customer service watched a lady order a ruben with roast beef instead of corn beef........ they messed her order up twice assistant manager thru the sandwich when customer said it still wasnt made right and said we do not make them with roast beef............then when customer left assistant manager was going off on the same customer accusing her of taking pictures of her because the customer had her phone out assistant manager ran inside after yelling at customer and took her phone and started yelling at customer again then started video taping when customer said they was going to speaking to her boss very poor service an very unprofessional

They lock the doors 30 mins before they close and won't answer the phone to place an order for pick-up. Do better or hire less lazy people. Worst Arby's I've ever been to

A friend and I went through the drive-through. I’ve been to the Auburn Arby’s many times and the meals have always been good. This time we got 2 classic beef and cheddars and two Mac n cheese balls. The beef and cheddars were horrible. The meat was cut thicker instead of thinly shaved/sliced and was very tough. We couldn’t eat them.

They got da meats. If you likes dem meats, theyse got em.

I placed an order on door dash for delivery. I ordered a curly fries and a Chicken Bacon Swiss sandwich I received a sandwich with a chicken patty two buns and lettuce. No bacon No Swiss. the store can't do anything because I ordered on door dash and door dash won't help me. So I probably would not order on door dash for this store because your not going to get what you want

My partner got food poisoning from the fish sandwich. Never coming here again. The tarter sause tasted a bit funny and weird texture, ended up very sick about an hour later.

no point in ordering here. food is always cold. even when they ask you to wait for your sandwich and fries they still give them to you cold. Super sad and disappointing the quality just continues to drop and i used to really like arby’s. Not only is it cold, but my sandwich has nothing on it, two pieces of beef after pulling it apart. Arby’s has truly fell off.

It used to be o k. But I don't know what the heck there "roast beef" is anymore, but I don't think there was much beef in it.

Suppose to close at 10pm per the hours posted, instead they locked their doors at 9pm and my ambulance doesn’t fit through the drive through so it was a waste of time to stop.

I used the drive through. Food was very fresh and warm. Crinkle cut fries were very tasty and had nice fresh flavor. Friendly service too. I am from GA and this Arby's is yummy.

First time ordering the corned beef Reuben.

Great food - App was malfunctioning and wouldn't allow you to check out so the tempting competitive price points weren't available since the restaurant wouldn't honor the online deals. McDonalds honored the app coupons at the drive through the last time I had an issue with their app - shame Arby's doesn't have the same philosophy.

Love this place. Love the owner. We go just about every time we're in the area. Last visit, the customer service wasn't as great as usual, and the food was sort of slapped together. Maybe just an off day but it was noticed.

Order is always right, food is always good. They have excellent gyros, especially for fast food. Service is usually friendly. There's a reason this place is always busy!

Man, that meat was old, or had been sitting for a while in the warmer cause it was DRY, CRISPY in spots, just salty. However, the fries were hot and fresh, the hush puppy fish was good ( kids liked it ), and my husband loved his milkshake 😎.

Hadn't had arbys in a long time and was pretty disappointed. I used to love the classic beef and cheddar so I ordered that and it honestly grossed me out. The texture of the roast beef was not pleasant. The curly fries were good though.

I am originally from Massachusetts. In Massachusetts we have a veriety of roast beef places. Examples. Liberty bell of Stoneham and melrose, bill and bobs of winchester/woburn, kellys in revere beach ect...but up here in Maine Arbys has zero cometition. But is a good place to go.

Originally from New Jersey and absolutely love this place but unfortunately living in Northern New England you have to travel about a hundred miles just to get to Arby's. Good service good food good times glad we went we'll do it again next year.

I recently visited an Arby's location and I must say that the food was top-notch as always. The meat was cooked to perfection, the bread was well toasted, and the sauces and add-ons complemented the flavors really well. However, there was some chaos happening behind the counter with multiple staff members barking out orders, which created a somewhat chaotic environment. In spite of this, the service was good and the staff members were polite and helpful. Another plus point is that the restaurant has a lot of old-school charm, which is something I appreciate. I just wish that there were more Arby's locations in Maine.

Does anybody not know what you’re getting at Arby’s? Ok fine. The beef is reasonable, but the curly fries? Sneaky best in the fast food biz. Almost always piping hot and oh so delicious.

I drive tractor trailer they closed the dinning room early 7oclock due to lack of staffing, which is ok I walked around the drive thru and they refused to take my order even after I explained my truck doesn't fit. Thanks...

You are not going to believe what just happened to me. As you know I love Arby's and according to the plaque I was Arby's number one customer of the year for 1984. So I walk into this Arby's in Auburn, Maine where I'm warmly greeted by Paula who not only welcomed me warmly but inquired as to how she might help me. I appreciated her hospitality and proceeded to order two Arby's roast beef doubles. I'm still shaking from what happened next.... Whilst chatting with Paula as there was no one else at the counter (The 300 other customers were out in the drive-thru but anyway), in my usual bragging way I mentioned my plaque and my love of Arby's. My story is starting to take on the form of Arlo Guthrie's Alice's restaurant in every telling but be that as it may I told Paula about my experience at the Topsham Arby's where they didn't even seem to care that one of the founding brothers of the Arby's empire had died just a couple of weeks before. Paula says " yeah, Tony's son is right there." I swear to God it felt like that time I touched the moon rock or even when I hefted Mijolnar that time at the Comic-Con even though I knew it wasn't real. Oh, and the birth of my daughter yeah, it felt just like that. Tony could be seen wiping down the counter, putting things away in his humble way. Our paths crossed as I waited for my order. I asked Mr Tony " May I shake your hand. " He extended his meaty paw towards me and he shook my hand which I know I will wash again but I just washed them so I won't wash them again for a while. I'm still shaking from the experience. I swear not a word of this was sarcastic but if I ever run for public office I will deny it all. In the meantime the only Arby's I'm going to and I urge all of my followers to go to the Arby's in Auburn Maine. Tell 'em Dex sent you.

A little better than typical fast food, still fast food though. I got the chicken swiss and bacon sandwich and it was decent.

Waited in Drive thru for 10 minutes @ 8:00 half hour before they close, no response from drive thru, had to call to find out they closed half hour early due to short staff, was really rude about it stating there was a sign saying they were closed but there wasn’t. Rudest employee ever will never go back hope they go out of business

Ordered the new Garlic Ribeye steak sandwich and it was nothing but fat on every bite I took. Meat was gray. I would not recommend this sandwich to anyone.

Good is always amazing. Unfortunately the service is horrible. The CSRs have bad attitudes their more worried about their drive thru service time then acuity taking an order. And whoa if you order multiple sandwiches...the ot huffs and puffs so badly you can literally hear them rolling their eyes. I myself have only been to arbys 3 times ever and this specific location. Ever time has been horrible service. I only return because the food is good. If there were a closer location other than this one I'd go there.

Ordering was quick and time to meal was also decent. The location was clean and the condiments were well stocked. The beef and cheddar was good as normal and the fries were also delicious. My shake however had a hair on top of the whip cream which turned me off completely from eating.

I ordered my food and the worker taking my order was soo nice! Lile what the heck did I do to deserve that? Then I finished ordering, and my food comes out I KID YOU NOT less than A MINUTE LATER! Holy cow! The other workers were so nice, and the restaraunt, dining area was so clean, and the food was incredible! This place FREAKING ROCKS!!

Good is always amazing.but service is horrible. I proceeded to order through the drive thru where my order was placed. I only have been to arbys a total of three times. With this being said I always feel rushed!!!! This last visit the car taking my order greeted me wonderfully sweet inviting. I told her I was unsure as I'm not a frequent customer. Where she responded as expected sincerely and positive telling me to take my time. What felt like a second later another voice came over the speaker saying are you ready? I ordered sliders and curly fries. I was deciding on another item when this person said I have a line of customers is there anything else I can get you not cool....did burgerking 14 yrs never would iever yuck

Today my coworker ordered me a gyro and when they asked what meat she didnt know they lady at the cash told her to hurry up and pick a meat because there ate people behind. Even the woman behind my coworker commented on haw NASTY the cashier was. Wow Arbys! We work two buildings away Guess we wont be going there anymore what a bunch of jerks. I went to the manager got my money back and told her how Paula treated my manager--- unreal. If you hate your job quit Paula. Dont be rude to paying guests.

I absolutely love Arby's. It's one of the few fast food places I can go where I dont feel bad about what I'm putting in my body. It's quick and affordable. I usually get the beef and cheddar or the French onion dip sandwich combo. The shakes aren't outrageously priced and have a good variety of flavors. Service is wonderful. They've never messed up my food, not even once. Recommend this as a healthier on the go option.

One of my favorite fast food places around l/a. Fries were hot and portioned well. Brisket sandwich was great. Update 11/28/22 for a place that doesn't do burgers you guys have the best fast food burger around!

Got the best Buffalo Chicken sandwich 🥪 around in my opinion not to spicy but but just enough Heat to make you mouth smack and tummy tickle 😉🤗 !!!

My entire family has eaten there at different times and each member got food poisoning. One from chicken, 2 from beef and 4 from just jalapeño poppers. They are either unclean or serving expired food. Do not eat here, it is unsafe.

Great roast beef sandwich. New girl on register but another employee was being very patient helping her.

First the girl told us they didn't have the chicken cheddar ranch and gave me a chicken sandwich with bacon and Swiss cheese and really gross honey mustard. I asked for a slice of cheddar on my sandwich instead of Swiss and they put the cheese sauce, which unfortunately I didn't find out until we were home. Also, they didn't give me the ketchup that I repetitively asked for and my chocolate shake was loaded with chocolate syrup and was too sweet to drink. We spent 22 dollars to get this gross meal plus my bfs stuff which was made right. This is like the 5th time in a row they have gotten stuff wrong. Last time they charged is for turnovers even though they said they were out of them and we paid for them and got nothing. I usually don't complain, but this is getting ridiculous.

There was a woman there, 10:15am on 07062022 who 2as absolutely upbeat and made my day. Nothing to do with attraction, purely customer service. Higher more like her. That being said, food was perfect. Whatever team you have at this time, is a well oiled machine. Thank you for your awesome attitude to whoever that was 🇺🇲

It's unfortunate that your website says you're open until 11pm, but we're sitting in the drive thru at 9:30 pm while staff is screaming from the backdoor that you're closed. Things that make you go hmm...

Good food fairly priced great location

Usually I love Arbys Beef and Cheddar. There was about a dime size of cheese and even less mustard that I paid extra for. This new generation has zero work ethic and it shows.

Our meal was quickly prepared and was delicious.

I came in and got one of the new burgers and it was the most disgusting thing I have ever had and I really like Arbys disappointed
