Tried to order a beef and cheddar minus beef add turkey and person said they could not make it that way I have been ordering this sandwich this way for years all around the US and only been told at this Arby's that they could not make it. Weird!! Disappointing!!

Service was very friendly and fast. I got the gyro and curly fries. Both were good. The curly fries were crispy, as I like. The dining area is very pleasant and clean. The staff and manager are doing a great job here.

We have a kid that loves Arby's so we are sure to stop at them often. This one had the usual great food and a great friendly vibe!

Absolutely love this place. I frequent very often as a customer and even more as a Dasher. Michelle and the Rest of the management and staff set a standard and provide service and hospitality that is truly rare nowadays. Thank you all So so much for all that you do!🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼😃

Shake was melted fries over cooked and my lettuce in my wrap was wilted waited for 30min for my bad order

Great food!! Roast beef, chicken sandwich, mozzarella sticks, fries, milkshakes...delicious. Service is usually quick, but they do get rather busy. I've never had any problems with customer service or waiting...this place has a clean atmosphere and friendly employees. Definitely some of the better fast food you can get!

Couple of tables needed to be wiped down but otherwise fantastic.

Really nice Arby's! Very clean and bright fast food restaurant. Really one of the best drive thru type places in Dickinson. Food is always quick and prepared as expected. Never really seems packed here and they have ample parking.

Clean, friendly ,and quick with food

I ordered 2 Beef Gyros, no red onions. Looks like they forgot about the lettuce, too. Also, when did you stop handing out napkins with to go orders?

Drive thru could be up kept better. the bushes needed trimmed 2 yrs ago. Always taste your dr pepper b4 leaving they dont check their syrup enough. Prices are b4 tax on order board but not noted.

Hungry for roast beef sandwiches, haven't been to an Arby's for quite a while. They tasted just like I remembered. Should have had a second one...

They don’t give you Arby’s sauce so you have to ask, also they don’t allow you to buy extra bronco berry sauces and someone told my husband you can only have 2. Seems like all fast food establishments around here have really gone downhill, customers come first.

I love this place especially with the remodel. Good food, timely service, and decent prices for the area. Only downfall is trying to go through the drive-thru during lunch or dinner hours for it gets really busy.

It's a little pricey. But well worth it. Staff are always friendly. Food is always on point

The wait was incredibly long for just a sandwich and a Gyro. 35 min wait but the quality of the food was good at least.

We actually ate at 2 Arby's stores, Dickensen ND and Riverton WY on our way to Cody WY. Chicken sandwich was hot and delicious, hit the spot nicely on our trip.

How wonderful to actually enjoy eating fast food. Everything was surprisingly great. We are from Chicago, where everything has come to suck.

We stopped by since the wife loves coming here and I think this is my new favorite spot. I’m not much of an Arby’s guy but she had told me about the wagyu burger with a side of jalapeño poppers with some bronco sauce. I loved the burger it was juicy and delicious especially with that burger sauce. The poppers were on point and the staff here is amazing. They should all get a promotion!

Seemed like the prices were a bit high ($12.67 for a chicken sandwich combo), but the great service made up for it. I got my food quickly and it was good.

The employees here were all so friendly and sweet. It was genuinely really nice talking with them and they were doing their job of course, but also just small conversation was nice.

I’m going say it was the best arbys I’ve ever ate at.

They were out of EVERYTHING! No fries, no cheese, except cheddar sauce, no meat, except roast beef... my options were beef dip or the Arby's roast beef. No club, no wraps... I don't know why they were even open.

I walked over here in a snow storm to get food just to find out they didn't have the product. Said truck never showed up which isn't necessarily their fault but walking there and leaving hungry doesn't set well with me. Will not try again.

This place is always clean and food comes out fast. A well managed fast food restaurant.

Don't order Reubens they have forgotten my sandwich a least twice

The kid who took my order was great, same with the guy who bagged my order. Where the problem was, the Management. I don't know if she was angry because she was working in the kitchen or what it was but I've never had a issue at any of the other fast food places. The guy bagging was more then happy to give me a handful of packets of mayo, but with curly fries I enjoy dipping them in mayo. With two large orders a good amount of mayo is needed, the amount that packets wouldn't work for. So I asked for a small soup cup full of mayo from the kitchen, the manager did a Blige with a small squirt in the cup and the told her employee to tell me that's all your getting, "deal with it". Now I'm not above paying for the cup of mayo. But instead of saying that, she was discoutious and not very service oriented. Oh well, I won't return there.

Arby's is always hot and fresh you may have to wait a couple minutes but it's fresh and hot. I love their curly fries and their crinkle cut fries.

Was a good crispy chicken sandwich...and I was glad to get crinkle fries instead of the spicy curly. The root beer was fresh/carbonated...clean and fast...thumbs up!

How awesome that this Arby's made sure to fresh fry their 3pc fish! The drive up guy and the manager, who brought out my order, both had great demeanor and were friendly! I APPRECIATE THIS!!! To many places have employees who are crabby and practically throw your order at you, especially if they have to walk it out!🤬

Food good, but they can't get an order correct to save their souls. Last three visits MULTIPLE items missing. It's getting pretty old. Like they are not even trying.

Got only a drop of cheese on our beef and cheddar sandwiches. Showed this to them and the lady seriously told us that they can only give one squeeze of cheese per sandwich and if it’s not enough, oh well. We got charged for extra cheese to make it right. Not impressed

Decent food and can fit within a healthier diet if you do it right. Not perfect but better than most fast food

My wife and I and another couple at lunch at this Arby's while visiting Dickinson. As usual and as expected, the service was quick and efficient, and the food was just what we had experienced in the past.

I ordered a beef and Swiss like I have for years. I got a beef sandwich on wheat bread with lettuce and tomato. We went back through the drive through said it was the wrong sandwich they then gave me the exact sandwich again. They were not very nice about it. Very disappointed. Didn’t have time to go through again.

One of the best Arby's I have tried yet. Not only was my sandwich hot and delicious, it was very nice looking and well put together. Not just slapped on the bun.

Was pretty fast and the drive thru personal was knowledgeable about the menu. Was very pleased.

We rolled in late in the evening and wanted to just grab it and head back to our hotel. The staff warned us that the chicken tenders take a few extra minutes and we agreed and waited out front. The chicken tenders are one of a group of foods were you can order 2/$6. The guy taking the orders nailed it; everything hot and perfect. Thanks for great eats to travelers who just did 700 miles in the heat and rain.

We didnt get 1 sandwich and it took forever so when they missed a sandwich there was no way we were going to order another one if it was going to take 15 to 20 minutes to get it. Like it did our food. I thought it was a fast food restaurant.

Ok food. Super slow drive thru lines. Make sure you check for your dipping sauce before you pull away.

Orange dream shakes are so delicious.

Who could go wrong with Arby's , hands down better than McD's or Bking , ALWAYS!

We went through the drive thru and most items we eat off the menu weren't available so we did not order. They no longer serve anything with ham and according to the person I spoke with it is state wide. They were also out of chicken strips and pizza sliders. I will gladly pay a little more at hardee's to get a meal we all can enjoy.

Another great visit at Arby's. While still under some small CoVid limitations it was still a warm and welcoming place. The staff was welcoming and courteous and was able to make substitutions on the fly without any problems.
