$16 and change for a cheesteak, fries, and fountain soda is a bit too much to pay for lunch for only 1 person. The cheesteak was bland and did not promise the flavor and praise of calling it the best cheesteak in Orlando. I have had better elsewhere locally. The fries were cooked to order but extremely soggy and bland. I can't believe I paid an extra $0.30 to add seasoning to the fries, which is something that should not be charged. The fountain soda also disappointing tasted terrible, I think Art's needs to clean their soda lines. Atmosphere is old, outdated, and gross. I guess that is just the "charm" of this place, but you can tell it is definitely not clean and not cleaned on a regular basis. The service is probably the only saving grace here. Very friendly and courteous staff. For a sandwich shop I would go elsewhere for better quality and price. I had high hopes for this place and left very disappointed.

I genuinely love this place. My only wish is that it was open on weekends! It’s so old school, everything is made in house and fresh. I love the egg salad and the fry seasoning is out of this world.

Great food. I got a cheesesteak with extra onions and mushrooms. I wish the mushrooms weren’t canned, fresh would have been so much better. Excellent steak and I love the fries. Hot, crisp and delicious. The people working here are so nice.

This used to be the greatest sub shop in Orlando. Me and my grandparents have been going here for over 15 years. I Through drive-through or two subs, never got to touch them due to an car accident so I decided to call them up the next day to see if I can get them remade being a Loyal customer I think sure but I was refused and I honestly felt like as a 15 year loyal customer that I would’ve been granite a remake for 50 years of business, you would think they would appreciate their customers things change I won’t be returning

This place is a throw back to what all sandwich shops were before Subway. Good food, fair prices and quick service. I'd like to know what's up with all the Jack Black photos, if anyone knows. Does he own the place?

my husband and i stopped in for a late lunch when we came to orlando to see the rolling stones. great service where they treat you like they’ve known you forever, a warm welcome and told us a bit about the shop’s history! i got an italian sub and my husband got the cheesesteak and they were both great. we love supporting local business and art’s is one of our favorite places we’ve eaten in orlando. good food, good people!

Can't go wrong with Art's! Whenever we are in Florida, this is a must stop for us! Really nice owners and staff, the place is a staple for the neighborhood. Always a line around lunch time and well worth it! We have yet to have a bad item on the menu and always served with a smile. Everything can be customized to taste and amazingly they remember us year after year when we come in. Highly recommend the place if you are in the neighborhood and want to have a good sandwich.

Ok so this is a great little place, family owned 50 yrs!!! great history, when you walk inside you will see many pictures of actors thats because one of the family members is a stunt double!! How awesome is that!? So the food is great and the prices are amazing! So if your in the area definitely stop in!!!

I was rushed to order my food. My chicken for my sub was burnt, the Pepsi taste like dirt, I do not recommend buying the grilled chicken sub 🤮 Also the prices was to high for 2 people.

I had a grilled chicken Hot Sub with season fries. That was the most delicious grilled chicken sandwich I ever had, and the fries were spot-on. I appreciate the customer service. I might come back next time.

Best sandwiches in Orlando! They have become a weekly stop for us. Working our way through the menu. My favorite so far is the Pressed Cuban with the Cheese Steak coming a close second. And make sure to try the Cole Slaw. Some of the best I’ve ever had!

Last 2 times of being there ordered same thing the Cuban sandwich normally is really good. However past 2 experiences have been subpar. Actually last visit upset my stomach had to leave work

8.95 for a tuba sub with literally no tomatoes or lettuce. Even when that was requested. Publix blows his place away or just about the same price

This is the poster child of an old-style Florida sandwich shop. It's been around for decades, family owned/operated, huge menu, and just all around great food. Is it healthy? Probably not. But I challenge you to find a better Meatball Sub within 100 miles. Have the sweet tea. And try the Art's Fries - so good.....

I am from Philadelphia. Hats off to Art's Sandwich shop for a making a phenomenal Cheesesteak bursting with flavor. I enjoyed every bite. I ALWAYS put S,P,K (salt,pepper,ketchup) on my cheesesteak but I forgot to tell them that when I ordered. Guess what? The cheesesteak tasted so good 👍 😋 without any of that. WOW. Will definitely be back every chance l get.

3 Nov is National Sandwich day, I was listening to WDBO they had open mic about your favorite local sandwich places. Arts kept coming up from the callers. I decided to drive the 30 mins. I was not disappointed, reminded me of a hometown dinner. Great customer service. The moment i walked in I got the impression this is a place of repeat business is the norm. Cheese Steak was cooked perfect and well seasoned. I added the mushrooms and mayo to my order. Will definitely go back !!!

Found Art’s on google and had to try it based on other reviews. It did not disappoint! My husband and i did the famous cheese steaks and they were fabulous. Everything is made in house and fresh. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. Will definitely be back when we are in town next!

This Food was Terrible 😢 had Red Meat still in it not Cooked Well at All… Call up there about my sub with the red meat in it …The Mrg Was Slow at answering me back really didn’t have nothing to Say he gave me another sub for replacement….But at this point I’m Scared 😱 to EAT THE SUB…He took my cheese cake they I bought back and put It back in the cooler for someone else to Buy Not Clean Ugh …Art’s Sandwiches I WANT BE Coming BACK NEVER 👎

This place is amazing. Family owned and operated, tried them Monday and got the famous cheese steak which was phenomenal. Went back today for the stinger sub which was also amazing. Definitely recommend checking them out.

First time and will be back to try more can't wait. Update 7/1/22 I went back with a few coworkers and they were all pleased with what they got. All the staff that we spoke to were very nice and pleasant. I had a cheese steak with everything on it and it was really good the best I've had so far in Orlando.

My review comes with mixed emotions. While the food IS tasty the portions are disappointing. The ordered cheese steaks, for example, were on rolls slightly bigger than the hot dog buns. Perhaps being a Philadelphia native, I'm spoiled where authentic steak sandwiches are concerned. Does portion size matter? Only when Art's cheese steaks are compared to either Publix subs or real Philadelphia cheese steaks; in this case it's unfortunately no contest. Order extra if you have an appetite!

Came in today close to closing time and and theybsaid they were almost out of beef for the cheesesteak subs. But they scraped one to gether for me and ii was a happy camper. Its a good sandwich shop and you need to comenin and get a taste of olde Orlando. Dont for get to ask for triple pepperchinis.

Amazing! Genuine people! Amazingly fresh homemade food at a great price! The memorabilia you are surrounded with inside is definitely one of a kind! Katrina and Rose are the sweetest of the sweetest. The prices are great and in my opinion underpriced for what you receive! Only downside is that they are not open 24 hours!!

I been going here for years and the sandwiches have been getting smaller and smaller and quality isn't what it used to be. Prices gone up and have been adding a fee to pay with a card. All signs of a troubled business. Nothing like paying $12 for a meal and walking away hungry.

First time being here. I'm in Orlando alot for work and I've never noticed this place driving by but decided to give it a try. Quick service and great food but I have a truck with a longer wheel base so parking was a bit hard.

This was our 1st time here and it was delicious. I had the cold Italian combo. And my boyfriend had the Cuban and potato salad. The food was excellent and the bread was so fresh. I recommend everyone stop by if ever in Orlando.

Fast, friendly, tasty, easy, and reasonably priced cheesesteaks and sandwiches. Something about the potato salad was really scrumptious, and everybody seems to be really happy to be there working. I liked it!
