Great wine and food. Service was something to be desired and definitely not family friendly. No high chairs, (not notified of this when I called to reserve and stated there would be 2 under 2). Inside seating is SO much hotter than outside with the breeze. Dessert took over 30 min to come out and there were clearly folks waiting for our table-we offered to take it to go and still waited another 5 min. Overall disappointing service-would be better for a 2 person outing at an off peak time I’m sure.

Cozy place for a glass of wine and a bite to eat. Usually live music playing either inside or out on weekends. Also many fun events hosted by the winery - check out the snowshoe and fondue, fun!

We LOVED our experience at Aspen Cellars - great food, great wine, GREAT live music on Saturday. Haleigh was our waitress and she went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. 10/10 recommend

For our 16th Anniversary, my wife and I decided to stay local and have dinner at Aspen Peak Cellars. AMAZING STAFF! My wife has some very specific dietary needs and Chef Kevin was extremely accommodating. Chef took a few minutes to chat with her on the special order, ensuring it was to her liking. He also had some suggestions on other seafood and cheese selections that might compliment her diet. The hanger steak entree I ordered was delicious. Thank you all for making our Anniversary memorable.

Went here on a Sunday afternoon with friends and the wine and atmosphere were great. Haleigh was our server and was very friendly and helpful. Definitely looking forward to coming back here. Also the band was great!

7pm reservation and they close at 8. You get the feeling they want to get out of there. Made the wrong dinner then rushed out the meal i ordered in 5 minutes raw and inedible. It’s pricey enough that they should cook things correctly, or just close earlier.

I love this little winery! They have a stage for live music and performances, they have food, they have AMAZING wine, and they have plenty of seating options including by the river! It's beautiful and I highly recommend making a stop here. Tonight I watched a great performance by The Bailey Theater Company while I sampled a wine flight. Try the Pomegranate Rouge wine - its delicious! They also do an event called snowshoe and fondue that is so worth it!: you take a guided snowshoe hike, enjoy some mulled wine, and have a wine flight and fondue waiting for you when you get back! Bring your own gear or rent theirs.

We were so excited that we got a reservation to sit at Beach Bailey however, our waitress was rude the entire time from start to finish and she completely ruined it for us. I messaged the restaurant via Instagram. The message was read and I never received a response. Needless to say we will not be returning nor recommend to anyone.

Great place for amazing eats, interesting and well crafted wines and a wonderful river setting. We will definitely be back. Reservations recommended to sit by the river!

The staff were very nice and kind. I was supposed to be there for a hat making workshop but the organizer canceled it without noticing me ahead. I was quite disappointed because I drove from the city. The staff from the winery was super nice and helped me contact the organizer to get the refund. Poured me a drink to hangout a bit before their business opened. They even offered me lunch when the kitchen was ready, but I had other plan so had to go. Also, that was not their fault that the event was canceled. They were very nice so even I was disappointed with the hat workshop, but their kindness did make my day. I also peacefully read a book with their good wine by the beautiful river scenery, so the drive wasn’t wasted.

We went today & had the best time! The wines were tasty and our server was lovely. Thanks Paige :) The highlight was definitely sitting by the water though! Make sure you book a reservation for the table by the water. We will definitely be back!

Visiting friends in Bailey and they brought us here. Great atmosphere. The winery is right along the river and very pretty views. Loved the wine, got a flight to try a variety. The food was delicious. I got the burger and wowie wow wow. So good. My husband got the jerk chicken special and loved it.

What a perfect place to enjoy a Sunday evening. We called to make reservations on the patio and were sat immediately upon arrival. There was live music adding to the ambiance. (Their patio is very pet friendly is you’d like to bring a furry friend.) Our server took amazing care of us during our visit. We got 2 wine flights and a bottle of wine. All the wine was delicious, but the Pomegranate Rouge and Strawberry Rose were our top 2! We ordered a charcuterie board to start and thankfully they offer gluten free bread so our whole group could enjoy. The board was large and delicious, although some sort of jam or honey would’ve really tied it together. There was phenomenal cheese, meat, and heat- but no sweet. (This didn’t stop us from enjoying and demolish the board!) We were able to get dinner (service starts at 5pm) and they had some delicious options! We got a steak with chimichurri and the duck breast with rosemary bordelaise. Both were to die for! The entrees came with veggies and potatoes, but we were allowed to substitute a salad each for the salad of the day (caesar). We spent about $50 a person (split 3 ways); which was more than worth it for the experience. We left feeling full, happy, and ready for our next trip back! (There was an abundance of gluten free-options for anyone with celiac concerns.)

We were on 285 and hungry. We stopped in Bailey. My wife & I shared the charcuterie board. It was fantastic. My son had a flat bread pizza, which he enjoyed. The wind was picking up so we sat inside and listened to a great live dad rock band playing: Tom Petty, Neil Young, Lynyrd, Beatles… It was a wonderful Memorial Day afternoon. We will definitely go back and sit on the river.

Favorite place in Colorado! Always worth the drive down to 🤩 wonderful atmosphere and fantastic food!

Upscale dining with live music and a fabulous patio experience (in good weather) that seats you right on the river. Great place for a visit, a date, or a special occasion. The Mocha Zinsation, a chocolate mocha zin, was sooo damn good, I actually bought a bottle to take home... and hide it so guests don't try to take my precious. 2024 UPDATE: My precious calls to me, but the journey down the hill is long and arduous. The spirit is willing, but the flesh, not so much. Luckily, I've found Aspen Peak also sells their divine elixir at Delwood Square Liquor store. Finally, the waters of life, so easily replenished. Still, check out the restaurant, though.

Amazing. I have enjoyed the wine for years, but I recently had the burger, and wow. Do not let the price deter you, it was hands down the absolute best burger I have ever eaten. If this burger was my last meal, I would die happy. I can not express just how good it is. I would 10/10 recommend it. From what I have heard, all of the food is outstanding, but it would be hard for me to go there and not order the burger.

We love this place and come as often as we can. Today we had the rudest server who didn’t bring out our drinks. We were ready to leave after we ate and told him before we got the check we didn’t want them anymore. He came out with them as we were paying and said the owner said we had to pay for them anyway. He would not give us his name (Jeremy) and told us it was the “busiest month ever” and “Welcome to Denver”. First of all, I live here and we were so nice to him. The owner or manager was passing by and apologized, said he did not say that, and took the drinks off of our bill. Rudest server I have ever had.

Aspen Peak Cellars is nestled in the mountains west of Denver. My wife came across the 4.9 star rating, and we decided to have an adventure. They are located right on a river, making the back deck the place to be. The soothing sound of the river was amazing. We order flights of their wine, fresh baked French bread, and brie cheese to start. The bread was to die for! The brie was a perfect complement to the bread. We found wines that we liked and a few we loved. The Flatbread pizza had a crisp crust and was flavorful. The hamburger baked in pastry dough was amazing! The desserts are handmade and we look forward to tasting them all over time. We will be coming back soon and plan on being regulars. A pleasant surprise was a band began playing live music halfway through our meal. The back patio has a stage, and they have live music regularly. Check their website to verify when. We left with 4 white wines and 2 red to enjoy at home.

I'm local but family is not. Every time they come to visit they ask to come here because we all love it so much. The wine, food, and service is fantastic! There's nothing better than enjoying a nice glass of wine next to the river in the mountains.

Aspen Peak is in a wonderful location right on the river. They often have live music on the weekends. The wines are made in house and are great quality… the same goes for the food. They have great events regularly and are always welcoming.

If you pass through Bailey, you must stop here! Absolutely amazing. It's very apparent that someone in the kitchen cares a lot, and has excellent attention to detail. I got the burger, which Is kind of a play on a beef Wellington. It came with a salad, which honestly I loved. It has a zesty homemade dressing that paired perfectly with the toasted almonds and blueberries that topped the salad. Every flavor was perfect. The burger itself was very tasty. The puff pastry was flakey and delicious, the meat was done to my liking (a nice medium, leaning medium/rare). I also had strawberry shortcake for dessert. The shortcake was done perfectly, not too dry, with I think a touch of cinnamon which went very well with everything. Of course the wine was good too, I loved the cab and the dry rosé. The atmosphere was also magical. It was right by the river, which was lovely, and they had a band playing, who were great and provided great ambiance.

My wife and I had dinner at Aspen Creek Cellars last Friday during a weekend trip to Bailey and it was so good we returned Sunday for lunch! The atmosphere is great, we sat right on the river, looking out into a pine forest and listening to the relaxing sounds of the water. The service was great both times; very friendly and the waitresses were knowledgeable about the wines and the menu. I highly recommend the roasted duck, the gourmet sausage platter, and the ground beef in a puff pastry w/ brie. We also had the peach cobbler for dessert which was excellent. This restaurant is a hidden gem; very high quality and thoughtful dishes with great service in a serene atmosphere. I would definitely check it out if you are in the area.

One of my favorite spots - sitting along the river under the cabana...it is so relaxing and romantic for a date date or a fun charcuterie + wine day w/ friends! Live music on Saturday+Sundays.

Outstanging! The wine tastings are unique and reasonably priced. The food was some of the best I've had in a very long time and the dessert was exquisite! Staff is friendly and the location inside is much cuter than the outside would make you think. Their patio is indoor/outdoor and the have fully outdoor seating that sits on the edge of a river with a great view. Worth every penny! I would recommend this place to anyone. We were told the two owners are trained chefs and designed the food around the wine so they make for the best pairings. We were so impressed!

Loved our experience at Aspen Peak Cellars! What a gorgeous venue, right on the river, with the awesome tiki huts and sparkly sand. We enjoyed brunch outside and loved the live music, food and excellent service. Definitely recommend if in the area.

We love this place! It is a must when traveling through Bailey. Their wine is fantastic but so is their food and service and regardless of the time of year you go, it’s always a great experience. In the summer you can sit outside along the river and even bring your four legged family member with you. The people are warm and friendly and the atmosphere is great! Don’t miss this little gem!

We live in Denver and come out here a couple times a year. We found it doing the snowshoe + fondue, and they hooked us! The food, wine, and service is always great with a very “local family” vibe. Dogs are allowed outside which is nice when we visit post hike. Also they regularly have music and special dinner events.

First time there, had the fondue & cider. It was good. The live music was good just a little too loud but I'll be back to try something else

Normally one of my favorite places to eat and grab a glass of wine in Bailey, but majority of our meal was spent with dirty looks from one of the waitresses. We did bring our sons who we ensured stayed quite or we brought outside. Our serves was good as well as the food. We most likely won’t return. No problem with child free places we’d rather be told before we sit than glared at our whole meal.

Our party of five started off with a six flight of wine which was delicious we also had the Baja shrimp which was very generous and also tasty. The pizza flatbread was outstanding as well as each of the other entrées highly recommended!
