This is our favorite small, locally owned Greek restaurant. The food is always very good and the service friendly and fast. I tried the Greek pizza most recently. Thin, crisp crust and plenty of toppings.

I really enjoy Athens Grill. You walk in and it feels very mom and pop, and the food is 🔥 💯. There never seems to be many people inside during certain hours which I think is a shame. If you haven't been here please consider it! 😊

Amazing authentic Greek cuisine and reasonably priced

Good Greek food....we like the hummus, baklava and their chicken. Their baklava is the best and so reasonabley priced. They also sell dates, olives, etc. Not a fancy place.

This is a family-run Greek restaurant. The atmosphere is nothing special, but the food is awesomely delicious, with generous portions. Everything is fresh, and well-made. Their shwarma dishes are excellent, and their sides of freshly made hummus and baba ganoush are some of the best in the metro Atlanta area.

The food is good, I have been a few times, I literally called in a order 15 minutes before they closed, not only did the make it with no problem the food was hot and fresh as well and you also get a decent portion for the price you pay. definitely will return

This little surprise of a gem served us up some of most delicious Mediterranean food we've ever had! The shish kebab was TO DIE FOR! Don't be turned off by the unusual interior or the distracted service. This food is legit!

We get takeout here once a week and it's always delicious! I especially love the Slovakia steak. The fries and Greek potatoes are well seasoned and delicious.

Great Greek food! Always look forward to eating here when traveling to Atlanta / Lawrenceville. Usually get the Greek calzone...which is always amazing. The place is always clean, and the service is great.

If I were to choose my last meal, it would be from here. Hearty, fresh, and always perfectly seasoned. The tsatziki sauce is liquid gold, and the baklava is dreamlike. A gyro for lunch makes any day a good day.

the prices are wrong on thier facebook, which is the only online menu they have. and the owner is aware of the up to 25% price increases are being lied about online without fixing it basic fast food gyro stuff.

Food was terrible today. Went in for lunch and got enough for dinner later. Lamb kabobs were tough as leather and the Chicago gyro was drowned in sauce enough to spread. Normally better than this. Very disappointing.And I'm convinced they treat each race differently. Some they are friendly toward others not. Spent a lot of money here but not sure I'll return after today's food.

This place is the real deal. Gave it a chance when I was just stopping by. The food is amazing here. Something to keep in mind though, the food is not sitting on a hot window waiting for you. It's all cooked order. So all of your food is made fresh. And you can tell when you bite into it. Wonderful experience. Wonderful people. Highly recommend this place.

No greeting when we entered. We had to walk all the way up to the register and stare at them before someone would come and acknowledge us. And the only thing she said was “yes?”. Ordered 2 gyros and Went to sit down and wait for our order and noticed a brown small house roach under the table. The tables were dirty there were used napkins on the floor. We informed them about the bug and one guy went and smashed it with his shoe and then picked it up in the used napkin that was already on the floor 🤢. The woman only said “we are cleaning” as an explanation for having roaches. No apology or anything and she didnt seem surprised about the roach which tells me she had already seen them in the restaurant. so because of the roach problem as well as the lack of friendly customer service, I will never eat at this restaurant again. I’m not trying to harm their business or anything but if someone saw a roach in a restaurant that I go to I would definitely want to be informed so you can make your own decision with that knowledge.

Great place to come for Mediterranean food. The gyro here is wonderful! Definitely worth the price!!

I used to eat at this place, probably three to four times a week when I lived in the area over 15 years ago. The fact that it is still in business is a testament to how delicious the food is. Have the prices gone up over the years for them to stay in business? You bet they have. But is it still worth it as far as value for the amount of food you get? You bet it is! By far my favorite Greek restaurant anywhere in the greater Atlanta area.

These people are rude to muslims and friendly towards a certain race. They have no patience and don't listen to your order properly and I tried to explain as simple and specific as possible. They make you feel like you're wrong, and they know what they're doing only to make your food the wrong way. Then when you say something about it, the chef ends up being mad at you for correcting her. You try to give feedback as a customer, the owner says she doesn't have time to listen and go write a review instead. Never eating here again. I would've gone to Adriatic grill but unfortunately they were closed so we resorted to Athens Grill.

This place is garbage. This is happened to me second time today when I place an order like an hour ago and when I went there to pick that up the lady at the register said we don’t have your order in the system. Then she argued and told me that you might have called at wrong number so I showed her my phone 📱 and then she is like ohh my son might got the order I don’t know . She said let’s make it now . I mean someone ready to have the dinner and being told we don’t have your order in the system 😡. Very very disappointed ☹️ not recommending this place to anyone … very poor customer service 👎👎👎

The food here is always pretty good. I normally get a Gyro and Greek Salad combo. The food comes out really fast which is great for stopping by to get some food on the way home. The gyros are good, salad is good but nothing special, and the baklava is just ok (but baklava is good dessert so it is pretty good anyways).

I ordered Shish kabob for dine in. The meat is too dry. Plus the girl in front had attitude. That was the first time I visited so I have to ask more of their menu. And I waited the sauce that she told me already ncluded to my order but they didn’t gave me so I have to asked them. Bad services.

The restaurant was very dirty and the employees were not to happy see any customers. The Adana kebab was burned and it was extremely spicy. Don’t recommend this restaurant!

If you’re in the Atlanta area and you’re craving Greek food then look no further! This is THE place to go to. We just had two meals out of the menu, but I’m sure all of it is delicious. Made from scratch completely.

Food is bomb 💣 customer service is dry

Food was pretty good, and selection is impressive. However, it was counter serve only and the TV playing childrens tunes was a bit loud.

The Gyro and fries are good. The Baklava are amazing.

Needed to place a catering order for Tuesday, online it says they close at 10. Couldn’t order online so I tried to call. Apparently, they do not close at 10 and will hang up on you after picking up the phone and telling you that they are closed in a condescending manner. I would’ve rather them just not pick up the phone if they are closed.

Had many great meals here. The pizza was good. My fave is Souvlaki steak #3. The people that run the place are the best part by far! :)

Everything we had was terrific: baba ganoush, falafel, dolmas,, and combo platter. Oh, and bakhlava! Very reasonable prices.

This family is always so kind and pleasant 1st and foremost. I love the lentil soup in the winter, gyros, light and fluffy calzones, vegetables dish, cashew fingers! Still my favorite place to eat on my route.

We have had (and enjoyed) the Gyro Salad, Greek Salad, Kabobs, Souvlaki, Gyros, and Vegetable Pita. Customer service on the phone and at the counter can range from excellent to iffy dependent on who is working the counter.

Food is decent but dear God.. they are slow. I waited over 30 minutes for a kabob meal.

Absolutely amazing food that is made fresh to order. Fantastic customer service and very reasonable prices. I personally am a huge fan of the euro and feta pizza. This is a restaurant that I have been going to since it opened years ago. I have never had a bad experience with Athens grill. So in conclusion if you want authentic and delicious food served by kind caring and genuinely good people this is the restaurant for you.

They managed to burn my chicken and make it dry when I was the only one waiting for food didn’t show me the food or offer to remake it wouldn’t recommend!

I just moved 2 this area and blessed to live less than a mile away. The Greek food is authentic and awesome. Im Carribean and I approve of their rice! They actually use goat/lamb in their gyros. And they have pizza!!! This is definetly one of my favorite places to eat.

The food here is amazing. I came in between lunch and dinner and got a kabob combo. Every piece of meat was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The outside w the menus on the windows seems a little sketch, but I think it’s just a family owned joint. Great food and decent atmosphere either way.

This place is very dirty, the customer service is very poor. The lady at cashier is very very rude. I ordered the beef gyro over rice and sat down to eat it. Ate 2 spoonfuls and the rice tasted extremely bad like it sat out all day in heat. I am expecting and told the front desk. The rude cashier didn't want to give me my money back and blamed it on my pregnancy. Eventually she gave me half my money back not the full price after making a rude comment of how I will enjoy my food now that I got my money back (which I threw my food out as I mentioned it was bad). If I could rate lower than 1 star I would.

The last year had seen such a serious decline in the quality of food and service provided by local restaurants, that my family and I have all but stopped eating out all together. There's over 20 local restaurants I'll never visit again. Didn't feel like cooking dinner tonight, so stopped by for take out. It was delicious as always, and Fez was his normal friendly self. Hands down the best place in town.

Order the Adana Kababe tastes amazing will come back.
