The women who work there are rude, they do not provide the service or information correctly, I went to request information and they treated me very badly, they were disrespectful and did not help me at all, simply by requesting information, by politely saying that it was not With them it was enough, it was not necessary for ALL of them to treat me badly and be so disrespectful, they respond badly and aggressively. They should train the staff to deal with the public because it is the image of the company that they are representing or the manager should be more aware of the staff, because the ones who were charging were ruder than the others. The location is located in the hospital of the Jackson in Miami, in front of the pharmacy.

I patronize this business often being that it is close to my job! However today I went there and upon purchasing my lunch I asked for a cup of water, they offered me a cup of water as if I did not just spend $15 on my lunch there. When I inquired about why I was being offered a different size water than before, I was then asked do I want a top. I would think being that I patronize this business often and let me add they aren’t cheap, the least I could be given was an actual au bon pain cup with water and a top!

I tried very hard not to look at the prices so I may enjoy my meal; a little expensive but worth the treat & taste wonderful🤪and the AMERICAN Coffee is awesome🇺🇸. Thank you all for great food & coffee!WOW!

Don't go here - it's a waste of your time and money. I used to go every morning for breakfast and the service and quantity and quality is going down the hill, yesterday I asked for a banana milkshake large $5.45 and the employee peeled a banana and just put a quarter of if in the milk shaker lots of ice and milk I inquired her if for a shake of almost 6.00 bucks they do not put the entire banana and she said to me that is the norm so for every banana they are making almost 18 bucks 3 milkshakes that is a rip off ,for a whole hand of ripe bananas in any market would be like $1.80.To tell the history short I also asked for a butter toast the size is not the same as 3 months ago ,now the new norm would fit in your hand ,disrespectful.

Night Shift is never on time. We waste our brake time waiting for them to start.

I am an employee at Jackson health and Every night I find myself waiting in line waiting for the Night Shift to start wasting my break time. The schedule is supposed to be 24 hours. The switching of the shifts never turn out right they’re always approximately 30 to 45 minutes late or always closed at 10 o’clock up until the next employee gets to work That’s when they reopen. It’s not fair to the employees that’s on lunch break they really need to do better. Or change the schedule and tell people that you will reopen back at 11 PM.

I used to love butter toasts in this place, but lately every time I order one it’s soaked in butter and even dripping. That is disgusting and a shame for customers. Moreover, in my opinion it is a waste of money for the business because the person that prepares the butter toast is unnecessarily misspending this product.

Super convenient location as it's open 24/7. I had the tuna salad sandwich. It was one of the best tuna sandwich I ever had. The French bread was soft. The tuna salad had a delicate balance of green onion and salt. I added cheddar cheese and avocado. The sandwich not big like a subway sandwich was 10.00 pricey but worth it. The sandwich without the add ons is 7.99. Ps. Of course this location has alot of panhandling proceed with caution.

So I don’t usually have this problem at Au bon pain but tonight I had an extremely horrible experience. Apparently during shift change, they close the store and no one wanted to come to the window to explain that to many us waiting outside. Finally the big guy came to the window yelling what didn’t we understand that they were changing shifts. I told him I’ve never experienced this and he just shut the window without given any info. And he said that he was busy doing other things and didn’t have time to come to the window to explain. Very very RUDE. I was choked and I have a picture of him not caring for their customers.

Don't go here - it's a waste of your time and money. Just had the worst caprese sandwich ever - hardly any tomato slices, they were hard and green and the bread was dry (seemed unfresh). took 5 full minutes for them to take my order and I was the first in line. Threw my lunch away and went to another vendor nearby.

Amazing service!!! My husband and I stopped for a quick bite but I was going to order my coffee next door at Starbucks when Scott (very nice man that attended us) asked what coffee I like, I tell him Caramel Macchiato to which he replied that they make it just as good and better price. I said no while my husband ordered and espresso. To my surprise Steve ordered me a Caramel Macchiato on the house so that I would try it and compare. That was a very nice gesture and to my surprise the coffee was delicious. Highly recommend!

Love it here, I used to work at Jackson Memorial and this would be my go to, the food are well made, fresh and delicious. The staff is very helpful and nice to you. I love it, 10/10 recommend.

Always open and nicer employees than Starbucks. However security payroll is needed outside at night! Mentally ill people litter, pee, and sleep outside more and more lately. Surprised to see lack of security on hospital property

I’m a regular at this ABP. I normally place online orders through the app. Noel, I think he’s the manager, always takes care of me and is very friendly. Excellent service and the food is always fresh!

Ok. Prices aren't bad. Selection is ok. Considering how close all the other restaurants are I imagine everyone fights for selection at their annual meetings lol. However. All the seating in this area in outdoors. Au bon pair, Starbucks etc. Mcd is currently closed. So you can't count them. Nothing like being outdoors in 90° great with a high humidity index. This whole area is on par with the uselessness of Long Island. Pay for parking. Poor choice. Oversaturated cellular connections and no ac.

Are a lot here during the hospital stay. Good place.

Very limited baked goods, mostly a sandwich shop for hospital employees. Best option since McDonald's is closed.

This is my first time ever going to Au Bon Pain. l went there on November 30 at 8:05pm. They are located in the Jackson Health System complex. l downloaded the app and saw a wide array of items on there. l ordered the smoked salmon avocado sandwich on an Asiago bagel. l wanted the plain bagel but they ran out of it. l wanted something different that l never had before. The sandwich was alright, but not to a point l will order again. They are open Monday to Friday 24 hours. Saturday and Sunday they are open 6:15am to 9:45pm. Nearby you have a McDonald's (closed since the pandemic hit), 24-hr Starbucks, and a 24-hr Subway.

Convenient hours, absolutely great sandwiches, world famous smoothies and a friendly staff

Clean. Friendly staff. No long lines. Great food. Delicious corn muffin with kernels of corn inside. Delicious split pea soup, delicious asiago cheese bagel.

I have been buying coffee at Au Bon Pain for many years. I rush in, rush out and then drink it up slowly all morning. Last week for the first time, I sat down here with a co-worker. What a nice surprise. I really enjoyed my toasted chicken and avocado, very flavorful and a nice experience.

Great selection of pastries sandwiches and coffee! The service is fast and will perk you up instantaneously during your JMH visit. There is also the nifty options of inside service or traditional Latin outdoor window service with tables outside and inside to accommodate your liking.

There mocha brownies are very good

My first time tried this fast food restaurant, The foods taste great, I know the food is already prepared, the person has to just put it on the grill. They have good foods.

A little on the expensive side. But delicious healthy eatery.

My absolute favorite soup, 1st, the Chicken Florentine. 2nd, the Pasta Fagioli. 3rd, which I ended up getting because the other 2 weren't there was the Beef Stew. Very hearty soups all in all. I love this place!

I'm usually here on the regular. Overall a good place for a tasty sandwich or coffee. My only gripe is that in the last week, I've noticed certain employees don't change their gloves... So they'll prep sandwiches, move them to the over, then go clean, then go back and finish the sandwich. 😑 Not bueno.
