Their food was nice and hot, the papa burger was great and The waffle fries were delicious!

What is summer without a root beer float?

The food was good except for the orders being misplaced on the plates. I asked for cole slaw, while my wife asked for fries. Both were on the other's plate

The burgers are too salty to eat. It's been like this for years. It's not just my imagination. My whole family has the same complaint. Please just stop salting the burgers let people put salt on themselves if they want. Otherwise the restaurant is great. The employees have always been really nice.

Stopped for lunch while traveling through the area. This is how fast food is supposed to be fixed. Fish, chili dog, hush puppies and fries, Crispy, hot and tasty.

Got food poisoning here. All the feglets work here and touch each other boots and dont wash hands then they make your food.

Just went there for fish and chips. The fish was very tasty and lightly breaded 👍👍. They no longer serve root beer in mugs☹️ but it was still extremely satisfying.

Delicious hot burgers made fast (drive-thru)

I actually ate on the Long John Silver's side. There is an A&W and Long John Silver's together. Normally very good . Tonight my chicken tasted like it had been sitting a bit to long.

I have dietary restrictions and this restaurant gets my order correct everytime. The staff is always polite and professional and the dining room is always clean.

Forgotten side order of fries and left out 2 shrimp. But was replaced with no problems

The freshest root beer I have ever tasted.

Can't say much. My daughter and I just went through the drive thru. I can tell you that the cheese curds I got for my daughter must have been really good cause she ate em all and she ate em fast!

The employees were above excellent. The girls were so above nice. The brought our food to our table and their smiles 😊 were contagious. The food was very fresh and really good. The amount was excellent too. The one we visited was on Hwy. 27 in Somerset, Ky.

Long John's was great I came thru DT the food was what I ordered and hot. Plus the girl that waited on me was very nice and fast.

I grew up with long John silver's being a big deal in our house. We didn't go out much as kids. This was special treat place. I must say that the employee at the register was exceptional. The fried food was freshly fried and hot. The sides were equally fresh. I do love the diet A&W root beer. So if you are in the mood for fried fish and chicken this is the place to go.

My daughter's and I loved it. Even if a member of your family doesn't like root beer there are alot of delicious choices. It's a great place to go for lunch

Let's face it, if you've seen one Long John's........... But we felt this one deserved to be reviewed for a couple of reasons. The first is service. We were greeted immediately. After we placed our order we were told to go ahead and sit down and get comfortable - she'd be glad to bring our food out to us. While we were waiting we noticed the other reason we wanted to comment. The place was spotless! Absolutely spotless. A hospital would be impressed, not just another fast food place. On the way out, every staff member shouted "thank you" and wished us a good day. Food was good and reasonably price. But whoever manages this location is doing a superb job. We won't hesitate to return and/or recommend to others.

Unfortunately they no longer have the barrel dispenser. Fish is great, grilled chicken is really good, double bacon cheeseburger is good; very clean.

This place is a good fast food option. On Friday they have a special on crab cakes and they were very tasty. My husband had the fish meal. We would return if we were in the area.

I personally have not gotten anything from the A&W side of the business so I can not speak to it's quality. I have as of recently switched to liking this "fish place" better now days because I have found that you can get a really good baked fish, etc. platter with several extras at a decent price and calorie count.

Seafood or burgers or salad. My wife loved their cranberry chicken salad (although they forgot the cranberries). I had the shrimp and fish combo meal. We have not been here for years. We decided to stop and try their coney dogs... don't bother! We followed that with the above meals. And 2 root beer floats. Root beer floats that are better than Red Robin's. Overall the prices were very reasonable, and I could get seafood, which my wife detests (that's why we haven't been here for 5 years or more), but she was able to get a delicious salad!

Eaten here several times and the food just didn't taste good. Too greasy. Either in warmer too long or oil needs to be changed. Not as good as other Long John's I've been to.

I stopped by to pick up lunch for my husband and I while running errands. I ordered the lobster bites and my husband had fish and chicken. It took more than 30 minutes, although there were few customers in the restaurant. The "bites" were few, and we couldn't determine which was the chicken, and which was the fish. The flavor was okay.
