We had a great experience. I believe the service associates name was Christine, she has a blonde braid and freckles. Anyway the food was about $50 for a family of four with sides and extras but honestly it felt worth it. The food was delicious. We’ve never been here as we’re driving through road tripping and thought we’d try it out for lunch; Christine was a delight. She walked us through our options and helped us decide, she even brought our food and float to us because she saw my hands full with my kids; who she offered suckers to (with my permission which I appreciated greatly) The food was ready really quickly and it was honestly very tasty. The chicken tasted better than I expected and the cheeseburger was very high quality, the lettuce was fresh and crisp. Overall enjoyable start to finish. The restaurant was clean as were the bathrooms and were happy with our experience. Would definitely recommend.

I went for the KFC part. My advice. Just close it. Do the people of owego a favor and let something else take it's place. The mgr there obviously doesn't care.

Food was dry and old. It was dirty.

Root beer should be served in a mug, not a paper cup. Chili dogs were good.

I enjoyed it. It's was so enjoyable. I recommend this place to the disenjoyed.

My overall rating would be 3.5 but hey it's not a four, what happen to fast food chains....

This place seems like it might be understaffed, but the food was great and everything was exactly as ordered. The wait time was reasonable considering the length of the line at the drive-through and the issues the employees were dealing with being that their one computer was down.

Bad customer service; didn’t say anything and looked upset that I was ordering. Lettuce ends in burger; nothing green all whites. Fries were cold. There wasn’t a wait. I had just arrived from CO and didn’t have the energy to address with staff.

When I first came in there was no one in site. I ordered a poppa burger lg cheese curd and a 20.00 dollar fill up ! 2 lg drinks . This was on Saturday between 3:45-3:55pm 9/16/2023 I specifically asked if there was butter for the biscuits and she said yes in the bottom of the bag . There was nothing in the bag no utensils butter just the burger and cheese curds. The very worse part is that everything wasn’t even vaguely warm !! This is second time I’ve been there and everything was terrible for almost $45.00 bucks. Cortland store is awesome but this one you might as well close … horrible !

Questionable at best. Cold chili fries, kids order was incorrect, ants in soda dispenser. Burgers were good. Regular fries were hot and tasty. Doubtful we'd try it again. AND the "manager" (after a complaint from another customer regarding the ants) informed her employee that he had to take the machine apart and clean it yet all she did was go to machine and wipe the dispenser off and allowed other customers to continue using it?????

Would give a 0 to if I could. The food was cold and instead of giving me a diet soda they gave me a regular and almost put me in the hospital for a high blood sugar

Traveling from Virginia and was craving A&W ice cream. Girl in drive thru said machine wasn’t working, it was “down” I tried to call the store and after the 20th or so attempt they answered. I asked if they had ice cream and they said “no, the machine is being cleaned.” I asked what time they close and they said 10pm. So I questioned why the machine was taken down on a SATURDAY two hours before close. She told me it took 2 hours to clean it. I repeated my question as to why they would do this on a SATURDAY night in the spring when they knew people would be coming in for ice cream. She said “that’s how it’s always been for the 2 years I have worked here” I guess they really want to get out by 10pm. Hurry if you want fries, they probably empty the fryer at 8:30 so it will be clean by close. VERY DISAPPOINTED A & W. At least the Vestal NY location was in full swing and welcomes all menu items until close.

Was greeted very unpleasantly. Dude sounded smoked up. My burger meat was cold to the touch. If I could give this review a 0 I would have!

KFC/A&W combo. Ample parking, great menu, and, best of all- fried cheese curds! Store is clean and neat, staff was very responsive, courteous and friendly.

Good service, order is frequently correct, food is hot and its fast. For a fast food restaurant these days I really have to applaud them at this location.

Most of the food was great but my brother in laws chicken strips was terrible and they gave him the wrong dipping sauce.

KFC. has newly formatted FF So delicious along side a A&W Freeze yum yum yummy

Not as good as the old A&W locations, but better than their fast food rivals. The staff there is also very friendly!

The food was ok. I ordered a burger which was cooked well but the bun was dry and crumbly. The floor felt a combination of sticky and greasy. The tables were not cleaned between guests.

We love it here.. my favorite is the footlong chili cheese dog with onions on top.

The root beer alone is worth it

It is a combination restaurant with KFC. They were out of what we were ordering and would be a 20 min wait for what we wanted, but had an alternative option. Seating area is a little cramped to try and fit as many people as possible. Not great but not bad either.

Fried Wisconsin cheese curds with a root beer float is the best lunch this girl could ask for.

Love the papa burgers, the coney dogs & of course the root beer!

great store combined with a KFC. Whatever the craving you cant go wrong.

Can't go wrong with A&W and KFC.On our visit they were severely understaffed but the 2 girls working the entire store kept things moving quickly.

The customer service there is outstanding. Not what I'm used to at a fast food restaurant. We had a great experience and the food was great also.

It's a combo fast food place. I ate at the KFC portion. Didn't see anything on the A&W menu that I wanted.
