This restaurant is horrible, I ordered Beef Fajitas and didn’t cut the fajita shells to make the fajitas, then I ordered arroz con pollo and got yellow rice with 1 skinny drumstick, no bread, no salad dressing for my salad, this was an order for 5 people and we were all so so disappointed. This is not your typical Cuban Restaurant, I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Food was good. I had the Classic Cuban, and my wife had a Chicken Sandwich. We also had the fried Yucca with the Mojo sauce....The Mojo sauce and the Yucca was 12 out of 10 Stars!!! I could eat that fried Yucca EVERY DAY! And that Mojo sauce??? It was SOOO GOOD!!! We had a good experience, and we will be back.

Best Cuban food at lehigh acres

This place used to be good. We used to be regulars. The menu has shrunk considerably. You better ask for everything up front because waiterres won't return and practicly hide out behind the bar. Won't be returning unless in a pinch. Sorry for the bad review. Just being truthful.

One of the best Cuban food restaurants in Southwest Florida, I definitely enjoy coming for lunch with friends and family. Wide menu for everyone I like that I can find all the food I like in one place. (The churrasco is spectacular) Definitely one of my favorite places

If you are looking for the best seafood bisque you have ever had, this is the place to eat. Every bite had chuncks of seafood, lobster, shrimp, and fish. Wow, just amazing!

Sometimes I call and no one answer during regular business hours. Then passed by and it was closed when it’s supposed to be opened for the public as their hours indicates.

The waitress was nice, polite and attentive. My husband and I got the roast pork with 2 sides (fried plantains and a salad) The roast pork was bland and had little to no seasoning and was cut thick. The plantains were hard (probably over fried). The salad was ok. The Malta India I ordered to drink was nice and cold and helped wash down the food…a second Malta would have helped more. I was offered dessert but I passed on it. I honestly expected more than 2 fried plantains and a bit more roast pork for the $40 we paid but considering the quality of the food we got maybe I should count my blessings. It was our first time there at the recommendation of a friend who ranted and raved about the food. Sadly, we won’t be back.

They were out of two of the main items on their menu: mofongo and ropa vieja, and didn’t even think of mentioning it until we ordered it (after a very long wait that seemed odd since there was only one other table occupied), there was no explanation, simply: “we don’t have that” Ended up ordering a Cuban that was mediocre at best. The chicken empanada was good, but I’m not sure it was good enough for us to consider returning. We stoped by at 2pm, everything on the menu should be available, if it isn’t, proactively tell customers when taking the order for drinks, not 20 minutes later after they made up their mind.

El lugar tiene una comida espectacular riquísima !!! Pero lamentablemente la atención es muy mala hay dos muchachas jóvenes y no se preocupan ni por preguntar si necesitamos algo, al parecer atender sus teléfonos era más importante .. después de servir la comida rectifique que a mi plato le faltaba algo pedí una orden especial cuando una de las muchachas me dijo k el plato era así sin molestarse en mirar la orden .. en ningún momento vinieron ala mesa a preguntar si se necesitaba algo , nuestros vasos estaban vacíos nunca se molestaron el preguntar si necesitábamos mas … no es la primera vez que voy a este lugar anteriormente me atendió una joven eapañola y su trato fue 100 de 100 pero lamentablemente pusieron un personal poco cualificado y repito la comida es espectacular pero la atención de dichas meseras deja mucho k desear de volver a ver que atención brindan ….

So my friends and I choose a random place to eat once a month, decided to check this place out and we were pleasantly surprised ! The server was very pleasant and helped with our selection, the food was excellent 👍! Although I don't usually do reviews I have to say I will definitely visit again ☺️ And to the person who picked up our tab we are Extremely greatfull, you have no idea how humbled and grateful we are THANK YOU 💝❤️

Uno de los mejores restaurantes cubanos de Lehigh Acres! Lugar tranquilo, amplio parqueo, buen servicio al cliente, dueños dedicados al cuidado de su negocio. Excelente comida, sazon unico!. Elaborada por el propio dueño de Azucar, German, siempre contando con el apoyo de su mano derecha Olguita. Recomiendo todos los platos pero si deseas algo bien sencillo y sabroso, pide los tamales con carne. Cuando quieras disfrutar de una buena comida cubana y un servicio excepcional ve a Azucar!😉😉😉🙃🤗

Love love love the food! However take out is tricky.

I hate that the food is so good but the service and the price sucks. Also one time i was ordering take out and my son , 4 at the time had his personal pizza from next door. He was so hungry and wanted to eat while we waited but they didn't let him eat inside. So bizarre. Even when i crave their food i think twice cause they are so rude there. I think take out and phone service customers get crummy service while they prioritize dine in customers. I'm guessing due to tips

Good authentic Cuban food. Reasonable prices, friendly service. Coffee machine was out of order on my last visit. They have the best yuca with mojo of any place around. Portion sizes could be a little bigger but it was lunch so it was fine.

I live 20mins away from this place, i called was told to hold made it to the restaurant while still on hold hung up went to the window to order and was still put on hold but in person all while the wait staff hid in the back. Second attempt told to hold hung up tried calling back phone left off the hook. I give up on this place

Good food but super hard to order over the phone. You'll get a busy signal over and over until you give up and order in store or go somewhere else. My husband has been in the restaurant and seen them just leave the phone on the counter off the hook.

I've had their mofongo many times over the last several years. In the last two years their mofongo has been served drier and rubberier than the last. Yesterday when I had it, it was very bad!

Okay my rating is on the Cuban Sandwich only. The worst Cuban Sandwich I have EVER had. EVER!!! No salami, massive amounts of chipped ham and a very thinly sliced piece of pork, so thin it was almost one sided. So it was basically it the Cuban sandwich was chipped him, a very little swiss cheese, mustard and pickle. That was almost tolerable but the bread was soggy. UGH! I just don't know about those 5 star reviews...but take them with a grain of salt or wonder how much they were paid or are they family because this was not even eatable, I ended up throwing the soggy mess away. BTW I’m from Tampa and I KNOW what a good Cuban sandwich is all about. This place didn’t even come close. I read a review from someone who said it was best Cuban, he needs to come to Tampa to get a real Cuban sandwich. This is horrid. I do have to say that my service was pretty good, but wasn't busy a couple of tables were full, I was the only person sitting at the bar. Also the trashy, disgusting videos really need to go...not nice for families to see almost bare woman twerking on music videos. I guess its okay if you like to watch women degrade themselves.

Stopped in to pick up some sandwiches. A cuban, lechon sandwich, and a ham and cheese. The portions are huge. I only ate half of mine. The sandwiches were all good. Definitely recommend calling in your order so you don't have to wait for it to be made. A hidden gem in the heart of Lehigh.

The BEST Cuban food in Lehigh Acres! Friendly staff! (They speak English and Spanish) the menu is also in English and Spanish, so it's easy to understand what you are ordering. The cuisine is authentically prepared. (I'm Cuban so take it from me!) I love the MOJO! So delicious!!!! The fried pork is delicious and they usually have Cuban bread available to take home too!

The congri or morro rice it's the best for me, together with the pork chops and maduros, and the chicken soup, delicious. Nice atmosphere and staff awesome aswell. I do recommend this place.

The food here is always outstanding and excellent. I get the “around the island” combination and have extra to take home. For the appetizer the shrimp fried plantains they are out of this world.

Have always had a great experience here. Food is on point and served up super hot.

The food is very delicious. If you haven't been here, I strongly recommend "All around the island' dish. That dish will have rice(yellow rice, white rice, or black bean rice), 2-3 big chunks of fried tender pork, 2 chunks of chicken thighs, a thin big slice of steak, and optional sides. The restaurant only serves mojo sauce for all dishes but the sauce is amazing.
