Very fresh, very tasty! I had the Tom Kha soup with chicken and the Eggplant Dinner with chicken. Amazing, as always. Food has always been consistently on point. I have always eaten at the restraunt, I have never had take-away, so I don't know how that is. My husband had the Spicy Catfish, and I got to sample a bite. The flavor and texture was amazing. Very large portions.

Ate there for dinner last night. As usual, the food and service were great. What made this last visit disappointing is the constant clatter of noise going on all the time. A fellow had to move a large, plastic trash can on wheels from the back of the restaurant to the kitchen and kicked it along all the way through the dining area. The TV played soothing "massage parlor" type music but every few minutes, a commercial came on about, e.g., buying service from Verizon. A compressor near the front desk was making loud, non-stop mechanical noises. From the kitchen a lot of clattering and music that competed with the music from the TV.

The best Pad Thai ever!! We recently relocated to Greenville from Clemson and it is well worth making the drive back for a fantastic dining experience.

This restaurant is amazing! As a local, I can’t believe I haven’t been sooner but I will be a regular now. The orange chicken was the best I have ever had and the prices were stellar for the quality of the food. Spring rolls were also fantastic! I highly recommend!

Very good food. My wife got the chicken Pad Thai and I ordered the Yellow Curry with pork. Very flavorful and good portions. My son got the pad Thai fried rice and loved it. Definitely recommend stopping here if you are in the area!

I came in on Sunday for a nice meal with family. Overheard what appeared to be management yelling/ belittling a server about something, ruined the whole mood. food was okay but the atmosphere was hostile.

Very delicious Thai food! If you like spicy food, I recommend the Spicy Basil Noodles. They also have extra spice to add to your food if you need.

Our first Tia dinning experience…the waiter offered suggestions and when he realized we had no idea what we were ordering he had the owner come to our table to educate us on the cuisine. Best Crab Rangoon I’ve ever had in my life and the yellow curry was perfectly sweet with a subtle kick. Will definitely be back!

I love this little place. The pad Thai is great and comes with lots of bean sprouts. The massam curry is also very good. Staff is also attentive and polite.

I’ve been here a few times and ordered the same dish each time. There was a bit of inconsistency and looked almost like completely different dishes. That said the foot was still fantastic and I’ve enjoyed each visit. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I’ll be coming back again.

Had a lovely time with my girlfriend at bake and cook. I ordered the ginger fresh with chicken and a hot level of spiciness. We both enjoyed it and will be back for another tasty Thai meal!

Spring rolls are perfect, but even better with their homemade dipping sauce. The crab rangoons are made with rice paper instead of your typical wonton wrappers, which makes them delightfully crispy. I had the pineapple fried rice w/ shrimp entree. It was very good, but I definitely played it safe since I am new to the world of Thai food. Next time I'll be more adventurous 🙌

I had the garlic pepper with chicken on the spicy side and it was excellent. The wife had chicken fried rice and it also was excellent. Add pot stickers for an appetizer they also were good soy sauce was a little sweet for my taste but it was good. Definitely recommend

I have been eating here for years, and the excellent food and service stays consistent. The mussamun curry is out of this world fantastic. Best Thai food I’ve had. Definitely the best place in the area for eating. Great prices and portions.

I love Thai food, and I have been very happy that we have an excellent Thai restaurant close to home. We would be regulars here just to save us from having to drive to Greenville. However, the food is delicious, and the service is really good!

I have never left a review before but the takeout from bake and cook was excellent. Definitely the best asian food in the entire Clemson area. From the basil noodles to the curry and even the sauce served with the pot stickers, all was amazing.

A really tasty Thai restaurant. We had great appetizers (spring roll and fried tofu, both with interesting spicy sauces) and great spicy basil noodles, and pad see ew. I wish they had prik nam pla instead siracha sauce. But will definitely go back.

A hidden gem of the upstate. Contrary to the name bake and cook it's not a meat and three but rather an excellent Thai restaurant. Although I've recently just found this restaurant and have not tried everything on the menu I can testify that the quality of the mango fried rice is exceptional. Do yourself a favor and give this place a try.

Saw great reviews and went there for lunch today. We got Spicy Catfish, Pad Thai, Crab Ragoon, and Thai Fried Rice. Everything was good. I love thai food so I go to Thai restaurants often, but this restaurant had the Best pad thai I’ve ever had. ———————— 4 years later, we went there today for lunch. Everything tasted good, but rice was bad. It was cold and had some mushy clumps which tasted a little sour. That wasn’t good. Made me think that they used the rice from yesterday because we went there right when they opened. Broccoli also looked old, all yellow.

The food is always freshly prepared and they try to prepare it exactly as you like. We typically do call out and although the restaurant is very small, service is always good and restaurant clean.

Always a pleasure to eat here. Had lunch and ordered the egg noodle dish with lots of veggies (can't remember the name for the life of me), and the lunch portion is perfect for one person. It comes with a spring roll or steamed rice, and I always get the spring roll because they are delicious every time. The food always comes out hot and fresh, and is always seasoned to perfection. Our server was great, quick, and kind. A great restaurant for those who love Thai food and those looking to explore more cuisines.

Bake and Cook is my go-to restaurant when I have friends or family visiting. Their food is great, and I especially like the Pad See Ew.

I had the red curry with tofu with jasmine rice on the side and Thai tea. It was awesome!

Good food. Good value. Unfortunate layout means most tables are awkwardly placed and drafty.

The restaurant itself is very quaint and cute. It's cozy and inviting, with plenty of tables. When I went, it was very empty, but I went during off hours for take out. Pay attention to their service hours; they're divided by lunch and dinner. I was very excited to try out this spot, but I wasn't very impressed. Their Pad Thai was a little too sweet for me. Their Tom Ka Soup was amazing though, and so I might be coming back for that dish alone. I want to give this place another try; everyone else has been very pleased.

Probably one of the best Thai food you can have in the Clemson area. But delicacy comes with prices, the prices here mean time. I suggest becoming one of the first customer when they open if you want to dine in. Otherwise, you may consider an average 30-90 mins waiting time AFTER you ordered.

Food was delicious. The shrimp in the mango fried rice were overcooked, but otherwise everything was tasty. Didn't particularly care for the order in which the food came out, which is very minor, and our to go order and check were brought out before we asked for them, otherwise, service was good. I recommend the fresh rolls and massaman Curry

Recently discovered this hidden gem, and I've had it twice once for delivery via (doordash) and another time for dine-in and both times the food was 10/10 perfection. When it comes to dining in the restaurant is a cute quaint little place hidden on side of main road in Central, the staff was super friendly and helped when came to questions about the menu. The food was cooked to perfection and I recommend everyone try their red curry at least once! Definitely found another favorite spot for my addiction to Asian cuisine!

I order from here a couple times a month and I love it! The Pad Thai is so delicious and never disappoints. This place is one of my favorites in the area! If you’re looking for good Thai food, this is the place to visit.

1st time eating here. They were really busy. Most people were picking up their take-out. Not very well organized. We walked in and it was chaotic. We weren't sure if we were supposed to seat ourselves or wait to be seated. There were only two tables in the front. There were several lined up with junk on them and chairs piled around them. I ordered the spring rolls and pot stickers. The spring rolls were good. The wonton part of the pot stickers was dry and chewy on top. It made them difficult to cut and eat. My husband got the Spicey Catfish.

AC seemed not to be working well. Sweating at my table. Lighting not good. Service slow. As a man passed me to go to the restroom, another customer yelled, "Grab some paper napkins, there are no paper towels in there." Menu was nearly unreadable, I think the printer was out of some colors. AC filter cover was dirty. The decor was so The food finally came, and looked fresh, but was not very flavorful.

We usually drive over 30 minutes to eat at Siam Thai Cuisine in Central. We have discovered that they have moved to the Walmart shopping center in Central SC. We went ahead and tried Bake & Cook Thai restaurant. When we walked in there was only three other tables that had seated customers. We noticed that two tables had no food in front of them and one table was complaining about how long they had been waiting for food. The waitress took our drink order and we went ahead and ordered our food. After about 25 to 30 minutes the other tables got their food and the only food coming out of the kitchen was to go orders. Another couple that had came in after us had already got their food and we were still waiting for a cashew nut chicken , and pad Thai plate. We waited for a total of 48 minutes after we had ordered to receive our food. Then the waitress asked if we wanted it to go since we inquired about how long it was taking to get food. I would expect to wait 30 to 40 minutes for food in Anderson or Greenville at a high end restaurant, but not at a hole in the wall restaurant with only 4 tables that had customers. The waitress apologized but said they were busy with to go orders. No apology from the owner or management. Would definitely be a one and done restaurant for us. I will definitely stick to Siam Thai Cuisine in Central.

Tasty food which was filling as well. It was graduation day in Clemson and had lot of people families who gathered for dinner. So, we had to wait a little for our food. Had Thai tea which was refreshingly good. Had pad Thai and curry. Was worth the food. Highly recommend to visit this local Thai restaurant.

Not bad. Food was tasty, service was fast and friendly. Get Som Tum on the menu for 5 stars :)

Some vegan options. Make sure to specify no fish sauce even on the vegetarian options. The soups are pre-made and can't be customized to be made vegan. Don't get crunchy items to go, they got soggy during the 6 minute car ride home.

great chicken satay! I wasn’t feeling a large portion that day, so the satay with a side of steamed rice was perfect. my other friends enjoyed their food as well, multiple people said the noodles in their pad thai were fantastic.

I got takeout pad Thai and Tom kha Gia. It was all yummy but it wasn’t as flavorful as other Thai places. The pad Thai was honestly way sweeter than I expected even tho I got the medium. It could’ve had more ooomf to the flavor than just the sweetness. The soup was refreshing but still could’ve used that extra step of flavor. Portion sizes were large! I saw a review talking about portion sizes being small for take out but that definitely wasn’t the case for me. It satisfied my craving but will probably save my Thai cravings for Greenville next time.

Okay place, nothing special. Food is overpriced and not worth it

Food is good but far too expensive for the portion you get. The Thai hot selection is far from hot. I enjoy the food, I just wish they made it hotter and gave you more food for the money you are spending.

I really enjoyed my dinner this evening at the Bake & Cook Thai restaurant in Central. The menu was substantial and varied. Nicole helped me with some questions and took my order, she was very knowledgeable and friendly. They also do take-out. I’ll be back!

Such a delicious dining experience! The service is fast and friendly. We had curries and several types of noodles and were extremely pleased with everything. Our only complaint is that the rice portions with the curries are too small. We always have to get take-out so that we can make extra rice at home.

I’ve moved away from Clemson and am eating thai food from my new city. Every bite I take I think about how much I miss Bake and Cook. The pad see ew here has raised my standards incredibly high, and no other place can ever compare. I curse this place, for having the best thai food I’ve ever had. How dare you.

Our first Thai food experience. My wife, son, and I enjoyed it very much. Dishes were unique, beautiful, and delicious. It appeared to be family-owned, and the staff was very friendly.

It was ok . I ordered the pad Thai, orange chicken , green curry and spring rolls. It was ready on time And hot when I got it home. The curry was a let down and a little bit in the flavorless side . The pad Thai was decent and the orange chicken was ok. I have been there when they were on point but maybe tonight just wasn’t that night .
