Reina of "Balloons by Reina" did an amazing job on my birthday party. I spoke with several balloon companies and found them not accommodating. I knew exactly what I wanted and she made it come to life. She had all the balloons in stock, and told me exactly how the decoration was going to be presented. Prior to the event, she made a special trip to check out the space since I had never been there. Reina went over and beyond and works amazing. Truly a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Reina!..

Reina took my request in a last minute attempt to get balloons! Loved her service very knowledgeable and her balloons lasted the whole party! None popped I easily moved them to different location it was a great addition, thank you!

I worked with Reina for my daughter's birthday party recently and she did a PHENOMENAL job! Reina understood exactly what I needed for the party theme and colors for four balloon trees and table centerpieces. The balloons exceeded my expectations! They were perfect and helped make the party look extra special. Reina was professional and was on time! I usually don’t write reviews, but I was beyond impressed by the arrangement Reina Balloons did for my baby’s dedication. Reina was so responsive and asked the right questions to make sure she understood my vision and delivered exactly what I wanted. No matter what time it was, she always responded to my messages (even close to midnight!), as I was getting a bit anxious as my event got closer. Her customer service is excellent! My only regret was that I didn’t call her sooner. She even tried to help me when another vendor I was working with wasn’t getting back to me. I liked that Reina also tried to work with my budget though I found her prices to be very reasonable. I will definitely use her for all my future events! Thanks a million to Reina and her team.

I did my baby shower with this company and I have to say it was the best choice I made. They had great communication with us, suggested ideas stemming from the ones we provided, and were super fast installing everything! My baby shower turned out beautifully . At the end of the night they came back and took things down in about 30 min they offered me some of the decor which was really nice and they left the place spotless, I have to say I was very impressed on how easy, professional and efficient they made the process because planning for baby showers can be very stressful. I highly recommend anyone to book them!

After having another balloon company cancel on me last minute, I reached out to Reina and she was able to execute our vision seamlessly! She was extremely responsive, collaborative and so helpful. We only had a short amount of time in the space before our event and she was able to come in and get everything done quickly and efficiently. She was amazing and we’d absolutely work with her again!

Excellent service! Reina is amazing she decorated my engagement party. I had a vision and she brought it to life. She was patient with me and and gave me her best advice. Had not been for her. My party would’ve looked a hot mess. Lol! I originally wanted flowers, centerpieces, and the flower shop canceled last minute.
