Our first time there and they we great.food service was awesome.

Not sure. Both of us got sick within 20 minutes of eating here.

For what food that came the we ordered it was really good just wish they'd taken responsibility for not providing everything we paid for. Before giving to Uber souls double check that everything was there since you don't do anything when you forget food, especially when the order is well over $100

I love eating at Bandana's. The food is always great. The staff is always very friendly, and if you are still hungry when you leave, it is your fault. Great portion sizes and the sides are always great.

We had got word over 9 years ago not to eat here because the food was horrible. But to our surprise 😮 the food was good we gave it a 7 compared to other places we go and our waitress Alisha H was GREAT 👍🏿. Thank you for not disappointed us

We usually dine in but twice I’ve ordered takeout, bad idea! I ordered smoked chicken which is normally very good, this didn’t appear that it was completely done & was ice cold. Talked to the manager who said he would refund the cost, that was 2 weeks ago & nothing yet. Second time we ordered takeout they gave us the wrong order, took it back & our order was incomplete, supposed to get 2 sides, got none! DON’T ORDER TAKEOUT!

We had the brisket, ribs, and turkey, they were all fair, not great, of the three I liked the ribs better. The smoke flavor was lacking. They have a good variety of sauces, I liked the KC style best. The coleslaw could have used more acidity or dill, something.

Mike the GM saved the day. The restaurant went above and beyond to accommodate a last minute catering/carryout order. Everyone at the party enjoyed the food.

Thank you to the wonderful staff at this location for restoring my faith in humanity. I left my purse here with a bunch of cash and gift cards in it. The entire purse was put in a safe place and returned to me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness! The food was amazing as well. Highly recommend this location.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE management is horrible, I miss the old manager that used to work here he was so nice and kind. the new layout is also horrible; it doesn’t feel homey anymore. The atmosphere is depressing + I feel like the management isn’t improving here. Staff is very kind however, cashiers and servers alike

Ordered carry out, and no one acknowledged me when I walked in. After standing at the counter a few minutes, a gentleman came up and got my order for me. The food was hot, minus the baked beans,but that was a quick fix once I got home. Unfortunately, their prices keep skyrocketing but overall good bbq chain.

I have been coming here for years but unfortunately this place has really went downhill. Last night we went with a party of 7 for my granddaughter’s birthday and it was terrible. We waited over an hour for food and kept being informed they were out of items we had ordered. Then when food finally came out it was for only 3 of our guests while the others waited. It was at least 25 minutes for the rest of our meals to come out and still missing 2 orders of fries. My grandson was completely done eating his hotdog whenever his French fries finally showed up. My son ordered a chicken sandwich that was supposed to come with cheese and it didn’t and chicken wasn’t totally cooked all the way. We kept asking for utensils and never received them. My husband actually went up front and picked up utensils for everyone. When all was said and done we spent over 2 hours there very sad. Definitely not same place it used to be 😞

Great place to eat, I highly recommend it!

I got 5 sides and 3 main courses took one bite of each of them and through everything in the trash. It was all 100% ineit was reasonably priced if it would have been edible not to expensive but I do not recommend this place.

If you plan on eating, I would not come here. The service itself was okay for take out, otherwise bad. Fries were incredibly bland and unsalted. Mac and cheese was incredibly bland (especially for being an extra $2), and the side portions were laughably minimal. I got burnt ends, safe to say they were no where near burnt, and oddly uniform in size. Felt like I was eating food for a dog. The $24 price tag was higher than anywhere else nearby, and for what you're getting is not even close to worth it. I would recommend anywhere else for bbq, this felt like a sick joke.

Not our first stop at a Bandanas BBQ, or even at this specific location. After traveling to St Louis we were looking forward to stopping in by Collinsville for a good barbecue lunch. Started off with no one up front to greet and seat us and went downhill from there. A third of the restaurant was empty but still had to wait for the waitress to wipe off a table up front. Not a big deal. We ordered two sandwiches the Burnt Ends Sandwich and the Southern Style Pork Sandwich along with a side ( Baked Potato) each. We had a good view of the kitchen and noticed a lot of standing around. We could over hear the manager confirming he did not bake any potatoes earlier. We watched as customer after customer who came in after us were served and our two sandwiches set up in the window getting cold as evidently they were baking potatoes? The evidently we’re just one short because at one point the manager took one potato out of one of our trays and packed it into a just ordered to go order? Finally after a long wait the manager noticed me watching all this take place and came over to our table and asked if we wanted a different side. I did not get into what I had witnessed but I did point out how long our sandwiches had been sitting in the window getting cold. Just wanting this terrible experience to be over we just changed our side order to fries. When the order finally came there was no coleslaw on my Southern Style Pork Sandwich as described. After pointing it out the waitress took my plate back once more to correct. I was so upset by this point that when the food did arrive I just took a couple of bites and requested the check. During our wait I also overheard another customer three booths away complaining about an extremely long wait for his order. The only positives from this visit was the wait staff who are going above and beyond in providing good service despite of having to take slack from the customers because of the performance or should I say lack of performance of the management and kitchen staff. What used to be a great place to stop has deteriorated into a BIG disappointment.

First of all this place is a joke and I will never go back there again! We placed our order and finally got our drinks. 40 minutes later still have not received my salad which the waitress kept saying she would bring it and never did. We watched people that just came in and received there food as we were still waiting. Then i heard the a different waitress ask the cook how much pork they had left and he said enough for four servings. Well i ordered pork 40 minutes ago guess next the would tell me they were out of it. Between the bad service and waiting (waitress forgetting about us)not worth eating there. SAVE YOUR MONEY IT'S NOT WORTH IT! I was charged $7 for 2 teas the only thing we had there! There is better bbq restaurants with better service!

My baked potato is always HOT so are the chicken tenders in my sandwich...... the ribs are also very tender according 2 my dinner guest..... there is a nice selection of barbecue sauces 2 choose from 4 dipping ur tenders in..... the wait staff are always friendly and a special mention 4 Rayanna who has been our outstanding waitress the majority of our visits ...... the wait staff are also well versed about the menu if any questions arise........ our meals are served promptly also.....thanx Bandanas 4 another enjoyable meal 😊🤗🙂🙃🤟✋🏼🤙🤘✌️👊🌈🐬🦋

Love the food. The BBQ sauces are fantastic. The service is always great. One of my favorite places to eat.

Best place for good BBQ in the area. Their meats are smoked with a dry-rub which means you get to choose your sauce or can have it without. Service is normally very good and you can usually get your food pretty quickly - even at busy times. The pulled pork is usually very good. The ribs are very good but sometimes not as meaty as others. I really like their smoked chicken and turkey too. Their green beans are excellent! I also enjoy the barbecue beans. My favorite sandwich is the pulled pork and brisket sandwich. A very good balance of meat and flavor. If you like desert, you must try their fried doughnut holes! They are coated in funnel cake batter, fried, and then coated with some powdered sugar.

A local favorite for BBQ. We love the ribs and fresh applesauce. You can get a point card free too for $$ off on the next order. This always makes my wife happy no matter what lol

I had the brisket dinner with Cole slaw and a dinner salad with barbecue ranch dressing and two garlic bread. I had the sweet and smokey barbecue sauce with the brisket which was delicious. The Cole slaw was good along with the dinner salad but the garlic bread was a little dry and bland. Price was reasonable at $ 19.99 plus tax. Overall everything was good. Will be back

the salad was frozen, the smoked sausage was polish sausage from a bag and they forgot to bring our appetizer. Ive had more authentic bbq at Golden Corral. For being a hometown number 1 bbq it was awful. out of 10 I give it a 2. Should have known to leave when the comment was made by another table, nothing like microwaved bbq. The bathroom was dirty (womens) and the men's was out of paper towels.

Lately this location has been messing up my order. Been coming here for years never had this issue. Also the green beans tonight are not seasoned. Hate to see it. Hope things get better soon.

Got carry out. Portions were small, chicken strips were either over cooked or previously cooked and reheated because they were dried out, the okra was bland. The brisket was dry also. Overall, I won’t be doing carry out from Bandana’s again.

We have been going to the Collinsville location for at least 19 years now. Every time it’s high quality barbecue. We bring out-of-town guests and friends here when they ask for St. Louis barbecue. It’s our go-to.

Really enjoyed lunch. Food and service were great and we had a larger party with us.

We aren't from the area but stopped by after attending a convention at the convention center down the road and we were very pleased with our visit! The food was wonderful, very tasty with perfect portions. Sweet tea was perfect amount of sweet. Quick service and our waitress was phenomenal! She was so friendly and went out of her way to help us and made our visit memorable. Will definitely be coming back.

With help from our server Molly we choose the brisket for dinner. It was delicious. Molly was also one of the best servers we've had in quite some time. I highly recommend a visit to Bandana's Bar-B-Que and I wish we were closer than a 7 hr car ride!

This is a great family friendly restaurant with amazing food and even better staff. I had the southern BBQ sandwich is it was amazing along with the mac n cheese.

One of my all time favorites, Kristina has been here for years and is always mindful and kind and thorough with our service, even paying attention (noticing) that my mother was visually impaired and took the time to help explain where she placed items on the table. We try to go here when we are in the area. It is a pleasant family type of place. The food is very good. The variety of choices is great. The prices are very low for the delicious food they serve. I order the budget meal. It comes with 3 oz. of meat with two sides. I ordered brisket, with a baked potato and baked beans. It was more than I could eat. The service is friendly. Lot of choices of barbeque sauce. The kids love it too. This is a great place for families or couples. The food is so, so good!

In the past I would rave about Bandanas ribs and give 5 stars. They were the only place I would order ribs because they were always fall off the bone tender. I’d probably give them one more shot in hopes my bad experience was an isolated incident. When I picked the order up I said did you put the bbq sauces in there and was told yes they are in a brown bag. They were not. My wife and I were staying at the Comfort Inn next door and decided to eat dinner here one evening. The ribs were good but not the best we have ever had. The bbq is very dry so I got catfish. Should have went with the dry pork , the fish was frozen fillets dropped into grease with very bad tarter sauce. Service was great, restaurant was clean and the best thing was the bread will go back because older relatives like it, it's convenient for them.
