Banzai Sushi & Thai Restaurant is a great alternative for the usual sushi restaurants that you hear about quite often. The team of employees are super friendly, and provide very good service, and excellent quality Thai foods, always presented well. This particular trip I chose the Four Seasons Roll, and I highly recommend it. Give this establishment a try and I’m quite certain you will be very pleased and return again and again!

The new Thai Noodle Soup is IT! The tenderness in rice noodle, unagi in the soup, it has hit the mark, 5 out of 5 stars!

We used to dine in but only get takeout because A/C hasn’t worked for like a year. Restaurant is grimy! Needs refresh like new carpet, paint and upholstery. The stacking of boxes in plain sight looks shabby. Food good.Atmosphere bad.

I had the best meal of my life here today. The basil duck is beyond incredible. We also ordered a few sushi rolls that were very good and fresh. The waitstaff was very friendly and efficient. The sushi chef sent us over 4 pieces of a tempura roll while we waited. It was a great gesture and yummy. I think I found my new favorite restaurant... I can't wait to try more of their dishes.

Took my brother for dinner. We really enjoyed it. He had the sushi for one. My husband had the soft shell crab. I had the duck curry. We shared appetizers. Everything was great. They always remember our names when we come there. Is one of our favorite places to eat.

The employees were on the ball. The food was absolutely fantastic, I will be back very soon. Highly recommend the lunch special with teriyaki chicken/sashimi. Everything tasted fresh.

The food and service were wonderful! We tried a little of everything from Conch salad to Hamachi collar. All top quality. Thai dish was perfectly spiced. Sushi was great temperature. Not too cold. Generous pieces. portion size was very nice. Not too much, but not too little. we will definitely be making this a weekly trip. Both of our servers were very kind and attentive. I left my phone at the restaurant and when I tried to call it To figure out where it was And they actually answered it to let me know it was at the restaurant, it was busy, but not packed And none of the servers seemed frustrated or in a hurry. If you’re looking for something fancy, this is not the place, although the food is worthy of fancy. If you’re looking to have fun, conversation and have some sake or beers With a great dinner, this is the place.

To be honest, I expected better. It was just okay, your mileage may vary.

My first visit was a great time. Stopped in for dinner and had a wonderful experience. Our waitress Linny was very kind and answered all our questions. We were suprised with a small sample of the “crunchy roll” to try, which was delicious (I will order next time). Some items we had were warm sake, salmon skin roll, Thai spring rolls, miso soup and a shrimp tempura roll. All delicious. Definitely will be returning again. Seems like a nice neighborhood family restaurant.

We are in love with this place! Great food and owned by an even better family! Our go to place from now on. Just don't tell Aubrey we stopped by without her.

Friendly, fast and very fresh sushi!

Placed a to-go order for a California roll, krab Rangoon, mango sticky rice, and sushi sampler. Everything was amazing and the portion sizes are much bigger than expected for the price. Customer service was amazing will be back again!!

From the moment we walked in the door we were treated with warm smiles and friendly staff. The miso soup was our first order and it was great. We also ordered a bunch of sushi and while we waited they sent over a delicious tempura zucchini plate. The presentation of the sushi was on point and all of the rolls were tasty. 10/10 would recommend.

For a small little fusion restaurant, we were pleasantly surprised by the sashimi selection. Will definitely return. Prices were very reasonable, staff was friendly.

Portions are very very small , we had beef pod sey Yu and the beef was fatty and very chewy but the worst of our experience at this restaurant was the extremely small portions for the extremely high dollar price , if the portions were larger and the beef was better it would have been a good meal . Workers were very friendly and restaurant was fairly nice but it's a shame that they're so greedy on the portion size .

Excellent food at great prices. The Chef (owner?) Went above and beyond to make our experience excellent. The Dynamite mussels were amazing. As well as the spicy fried rice. Sushi was very fresh. Service was attentive. Highly recommend. Excellent value for your money.

Andy and his wife M are as kind so respectful of all their clients that it is so simple to just love them. Good old time values where you get treated with such high care that you feel they have known you forever. They remember your names, they remember your regular menu including drinks, and they are kind to tweak any dish to meet your needs and likes. Amazing local business. If I had a magic wand I would gift them a little bit of a renovation but I imagine working 7 days a week is almost impossible. Lunch or dinner in or take out. Fresh ingredients all the time. We eat there once or twice a week. We have busy working schedule and they make our days easier. Thank you 😊😇👍🌅💖

Banzai is one of those places in a strip mall that maybe you don’t even notice.. but you should. We were treated like royalty. They were very attentive and it showed that they knew their craft and cared about their customers and their reputation. Please give them a try!

Amazing food and service! We love Japanese and Thai food and are so happy we found this place💪 We grabbed food to go and ate at home for our first visit. I’ll have to update this post with pics next time we go. The food looked and tasted so good that we dove right in and didn’t take pictures beforehand. Now the only things left are empty containers 😂 If you haven’t already, you need to give this place a try. 👍

During my visit from Texas, I had an intense craving for masaman curry, and I had often been enticed by the enticing aromas wafting from this place while frequenting Publix next door. One evening, my curiosity got the best of me, and I decided to give it a try for dinner. I was absolutely delighted with my choice. I opted for the Thai Hot masaman curry, and to my pleasant surprise, it lived up to its spicy promise. It's common for restaurants to hold back the heat to avoid having food sent back, but they nailed it here – they definitely understood the assignment! Just as good as back home! Definitely recommend.

Wow 🤩 Finally tried this place out because I kept smelling the food when leaving Publix. Food is as amazing as the smells. Highly satisfied!! We got Chicken Pad Thai, and Masaman Curry with veggies + steamed rice. Beautiful place, family oriented, friendly staff. 10/10 will come again and recommend to friends and family!!

OMG! What a wonderful meal. We've done take out several times but today we decided to dine in. Beauty & the Beast Roll was perfect. Volcano Pork was absolutely delicious. I've never had the dish with pork and I was amazed. The pork was fried just right and the sauce was so super spicy, it was fantastic. 🔥🔥

I'm not sure how I never stumbled across this place because it's a game changer! New weekly sushi joint, and we couldn't be happier! There's something magical about their sushi rice. The Krab angels had a delicate, velvety texture. The flavors popped because the ingredients were fresh and vibrant. The owner/operator is probably the nicest man I've met in the food industry and exceedingly generous with his food, time, and overall hospitality. It's easily the tastiest sushi I've had locally in memory. My only letdown was on my end....no pics to share, which I will rectify next week when we visit again.

First of all I think the ac was broken cause it was hot af in there! Staff didn’t even say anything about it at least out of acknowledgement. Had one fa blowing and only pointed at one table. The servers were horrible, moving my plate as I was grabbing a roll from the center of the table. She then came later and started taking my plate without even asking if I was done which still had food on it, then ask if I was done once she had it in her hands and off the table. I wasn’t but just went ahead and gave her the wave “just take it it’s on your hands already”. The food took forever to come out and the rolls would just fall apart before even lifting it out the plate. Had to ask for napkins, my ice water was hit by the time the food came out 45 minutes later. I do not recommend unless you’re the only one in there. I lost my appetite after waiting for 40 minutes. Should’ve just waited the 45 at Fujiyama. Never going back I repeat NEVER GOING BACK! Also one of the sushi chef looked to be about 9 years old. Chef was alright in my books cause he gave us a free sample although he was wasting time. What else, couldn’t give us a wait time on the food cause they was “busy”. Again DO NOT GO HERE!! If I’m able to get a refund I will gladly take it cause it was a waste of time and a waste of money. I’m never this disappointed in a restaurant but this place just made me think differently and need to leave a bad review! I didn’t even leave a tip cause it wasn’t worth it

I can't believe I've lived here for so many years and never tried this wonderful establishment!! Decided to stop in for some takeout tonight, and tried a few items off the menu to get a feel for the place. It will absolutely be a place I will not only be coming back to for lunch, but will bring my friends and family for dinner as well. Service was fast, and above the top friendly. They offered me a seat while I looked at the menu since I had never been there, brought me water, and did not act at all as if it was an obtrusion, or hastle me to hurry my decision. The restaurant is clean and spacious. Food prices were fair, and the portion sizes were much more than expected on all items. Great value! The chef took a moment to say goodbye as I left, it's the small things that matter like that, that make you feel like a valued customer, that really matter (besides food quality of course). Here are the following items I ordered and my review of them: Cooked baby octopus: nine pieces (more than other restaurants who serve 5-6) served on a bed of carrots and substantial amount of sauce for flavor. Spicy scallop temaki: out of everything I ordered, this was the one thing I did not really love. Absolutely nothing was wrong with it, I'm sure it was made in a much more authentic way than I'm used to. Lots of cucumber, scallop was fresh, lots of yummy fish eggs, but there didn't seem to be a whole lot of spicy mayo, or spice at all in it. Cooked JB roll: Wow!! Very delicious, packed with filling, the frying on this was perfect, not greasy at all. And much more than expected quantity-wise Ginger dinner stir fry: The portion size on this is enough to feed me for 3 days. I chose tofu for my protein, and was pleasantly surprised by the amount in the meal. Flavor was delicious, lots of ginger. This is my go-to for lunch, and I will absolutely be back on a regular basis to order it. Ultimately, the service was on point, the food was delicious, and the value for your money is far higher than most of the restaurants in Melbourne. Highly recommend trying this if you're looking for a good Thai restaurant, or delicious sushi.

My family and I love coming here. The food is so fresh and outstanding. My husband is a big sushi eater and says they have the best. I am not a sushi eater but love their volcano chicken. The family/owners are so welcoming and always greet their customers by first name and make everyone feel like family here.

Authentic Thai foods confirmed by Thai people. Real taste of Thai. Sushi also nice as well. Staffs were helpful and full of service kind. Thai fried rice is my favorite dish.

We’ve been here several times, and the food is good but service typically has issues. Tonight was the straw that broke the camels back. We called for takeout as we have done in the past, and they forgot part of our meal. Not a big deal normally. Just fix it. However, tonight, they told us that we would have to wait for all other orders to be sent out before they would correct ours. It’s unprofessional to make me wait another 30 minutes to correct an order that you’re screwed up. Very disappointing these guys. While waiting for food, two other people walked in with incorrect orders from takeout. If I were you, I would skip them for takeout and only eat in. Basic customer service will get you a lot farther than treating customers as you did tonight.

Banzai is the place to be. I have been coming here for about three-four years now, and Banzai is my favorite sushi place in Brevard. The employees are the kindest, sweetest, most respectful group, really making the experience top tier. The authenticity is beautiful; stunning. One of my boyfriend and I’s first dates was here almost two years ago, and I can truly say Banzai, Melbourne Fl, is the key to a happy relationship. I am begging you to take the family to Banzai. My favorite item on the menu is the Krab Angel(Crab Rangoon), the creaminess is UNMATCHED. I will shout from the rooftops my love and admiration for Banzai. This is hands down the best sushi spot in Melbourne! The service, amazing. The food, even better. Every little attention to detail and hospitality was perfect. We came with 4 adults and 2 kids, and sushi with kids is never easy but this spot and the staff made it amazing! No stone was left unturned and I can’t rave anymore about how great Banzai and the staff are. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great spot, worth the money, and great service.

The owners are so friendly and they give us great service. We feel like they really care. And it's some of the best food we've ever eaten!

Spectacular service and food. I have had many things from this returns and they are all phenomenal. The presentation and welcoming attitude of the staff is excellent. I have never had a bad meal here and I recommend it to anyone in town. My favorite is the last samurai roll, and make sure to ask the chef for his special sauce with it.

This place is amazing. Anytime I feel like sushi, I come here. Ask for their roll specials menu. The TGIF roll is out of this world. My kids love the chicken and pork katsu. Glad I found this place years ago.

All the different types of meats were absolutely delicious. Nothing more to say but make sure that you go hungry. A lot of really delicious food.

This may be a based review since my friend works here but I absolutely love the place. Mr and Mrs Treerattakool are both very kind and they serve very good food. I always enjoy coming here and every time I go out to eat I suggest Banzai.

This family-run place is usually moderately busy, even on weeknights, and the reason is clear: The food is consistently delicious, carefully prepared, and beautifully presented, whether it is Thai or Japanese. The atmosphere is comfortable and attractive. The service is attentive without being overbearing, and they are courteous, and friendly. Prices are surprisingly low for a busy Brevard restaurant in 2023.

Sushi was great. Gyozas were a tad too chewy. My Dragon sushi role was appealing and yummy to eat. My husband had the beef pad thai..Hot. beef was tender and noodles werea made right. Short staff; we sat ourselves which was good in a way as we got a booth. Busy place, soda came in a can with cup of ice ( not what I expected) but my dri k stayed cold. Good waiter.

This is my favorite restaurant in town! The service is always impeccable. The excellent food, fast service and kindness I experience ever time I go there is unparalleled. It’s a true Gem!
