These guys catered my friends wedding, and omg. The best food I’ve ever had at a wedding and honestly best Asian fusion food I’ve ever had in general.

The food here is incredible! A great option if you're looking for takeout. The window at The Maine House took me a second to find - you can get there through the patio gate, or by going around the back of the building.

The bao buns were awesome. Good amount of heat and definitely hit the Korean fried chicken craving. Super nice staff and I’ll definitely be coming again.

Fresh and tasty, my daughter’s favorite will always be the Korean corndog !! It’s always served with a smile ! Can’t wait to see all the places you pop up this summer

This restaurant was delicious. Each of the dishes we tried had excellent flavor, fair prices and good portion sizes. Definitely worth a try if you're in the area. I especially liked the fried chicken Pad Thai!

Ordered takeout for dinner and all the dishes were delicious. The chicken baos were a favorite and the pad thai special was amazing. Really authentic flavors, definitely recommend!

Their food is amazing, the service is wonderful. And you can tell they love what they do and work incredibly hard. Their fried chicken bao is out of this world.

Had their fried chicken Baos at Absolem Cidery. Fantastic! Two dudes in line in front of me went out to the Cidery just for the Baos.

If you haven't tried Bao and Beyond yet, I strongly recommend you do. Very fresh and cooked to order, top notch. I've had everything on their menu a few times over, both from their food truck and also at The Maine House in Hallowell where they operate on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings and everything is to die for!!!

The spicy Korean Fried Chicken Bao must be ordered. It checks every taste box - sweet, spicy, savory, crunchy on a soft steamed bun with crunchy pickled veg. Even if you are tempted by other options, get one of these as well. Other highlights are the Japanese Sticky Ribs and the Korean Corn Dog. Weekly specials vary wildly from fried rice to croquettes and never disappoint. Do yourself a favor and add Bao & Beyond to your Don't Miss list.
