Great spot with vintage cozy ambiance. Had the soft serve olive oil gelato and pear sorbet … both soooo good! And staff is so friendly!

Gahhhh this place is such a gem! From the service, to food and drinks. Felt like I was transported to a small European cafe right off St. Claude. It's small, quaint, and warm people. The cocktails were to die for, great wines, and the best foccacia and butter. We bought several imported canned seafood to go. Will definitely be back!

Not sure how I found this little gem but I’m Inlove. All ladies here not sure if that’s intentional but place literally gives me peace love and hippie vibes. Now sure what coffee I ordered but it was amazing and I can’t quite tell you why. Then the pastry of the day was a donut thingy which was heavenly, had the Turkish breakfast and also loved it!!!! Now found my fave little breakfast bar in the neighborhood. All thumbs up!! Loved it here

such a cute lil spot. only got one dish and it was very good (crudités) and wish i could go regularly to try more stuff because what i had was so promising! but the star of what i tried was the soft serve (chocolate with chili crisp), it was smooth and creamy and a nice level of chocolate. good vibes and folks. if i lived in new orleans would hit this spot up often!

72 degrees, sunny, special day to enjoy what I would call an unexpected meal that completely exceeded my expectations. The ladies running things were precision personified. Knowledgeable, accommodating, delightful. I ordered an unsweet, iced tea. The tea is superb. Not your general brand. House brewed from exceptional tea leaves. That was just the beginning. The Deluxe Niçoise was mind blowing. Fresh. Balanced. Sublime. Crisp green beans, perfectly blanched. Potatoes perfectly cooked, tuna that must have been caught this morning. That meal was absolute bliss to enjoy. The biscuits and house made jams, so satisfying. The venue, reminiscent of a French cafè with all the little touches. Vibrant. What joy this experience brought to a perfect day in New Orleans. Make reservations. They fill up quickly. One of the very best experiences we have encountered in this foodie city.

I went in not knowing what to expect. I was greeted so kindly and genuinely with care and humor as I saw the delectable food being crafted so delicately and with love right before my eyes. The blends of flavors were incredible and only could be put together by the finest of food engineers. I took myself out on a date and it was the most romantic date I've ever been on. Upon looking at the menu I assumed the portions would be for birds because the delicious ingredients were so classy. That was not the case at all. One portion filled me up perfectly. Never thought I could fall IN LOVE with a restaurant!!!!! Wow!!!!! My ONLY complaint is that I didn't try it sooner!!!!

Bottle prices are insane value. Mortadella plate is decadent and not to be missed. Friendly staff and chill vibes. They ran out of braised white beans and gave us the dregs for free hell yeah

Bar Pomona is what New Orleans and true community is all about! We are so happy to have such a gem in our neighborhood. We love their veggie lasagna, cheese plate, salade niçoise, homemade focaccia bread and soft serve! You also need to try their donuts on Sunday and their homemade jam! We love you Bar Pomona and we wish you the best!

This place is amazing! It has a great and affordable wine list and the food was great. Such a cute atmosphere and good service too. Overall a great value and would be a great date spot. It's on the smaller side and was mostly full when we went on a Monday so just be aware.

Newly discovered spot in the Marigny (even though they’ve been around for a bit!) and I cant wait to go back. Brunch and hh + dinner offerings all look incredible. They’ve also got a wide selection of jams and canned accoutrements for sale, as well as other goodies. Came here for brunch and had an egg+cheese biscuit with tomato jam…yum. Also couldn’t resist their chocolate and strawberry soft serve with chocolate tahini on top. Will definitely be back for hh + dinner!

We stayed in the Marigny on a recent visit to New Orleans and ended up frequenting this gem of a spot. Went for a glass of wine on Saturday night and ended up ordering a bunch of their generous small plates. The roasted broccoli with tonnato sauce was soooo good! Ordered one of their fig leaf martinis - honestly the best martini I’ve ever had. We also ended up checking out their brunch while we were in town and enjoyed great coffee, a bratwurst biscuit sandwich & turkish eggs, topped off with a passion fruit cream donut for dessert. Decided to visit one last time on their famous lasagna Mondays. Ordered both the vegetarian and meat lasagna, each is served with kale caesar salad and garlic bread - delicious. Soft serve for dessert this time. Almost everything in this restaurant is made in house which makes a huge difference in the quality - and it shows. The staff are super welcoming/knowledgeable and the place has a great vibe - so glad we discovered it!

Great location, love the weekend Jamboree menu offerings and excited to try the lasagna. Had the bratwurst biscuit sandwich that may have changed my life. Stay awesome Bar Pomona!

Pomona was such a discovery during our stay in the city, a cozy little restaurant with a great selection of wines and a great atmosphere. Plus staff was super friendly

Had a beautiful meal and drinks here with friends on Saturday. The wine list is one of the best in the cities and the staff are really knowledgable. Take their recommends! They have a number of small plates on the menu and we tried them all and they were all really yum. They've recently done up the space and it's a great vibe inside. I felt like I was in Lisbon rather then on St Claude. Looking forward to going back!

Great space with amazing wine and food.

Bar Pomona graciously agreed to work with us on food for a small event at Sunday Shop. Everyone raved about the food. It was the perfect light dinner for socializing and sipping on some delicious wines also provided by the bar. Sadly I did not get pictures because the food went fast. Don't snooze on the meatballs, cucumbers or carrot salad. In a town that can be hard to find light bites this was such a treat.

Easily the most quant and cozy joint for refined evening snacks in, honestly, the whole city. Seasonal, comfort food. Delicious, extensive and modern wine list makes it a regularly accessible drop-in. A respite from tourist-mania elsewhere with relaxed lightning and killer music, to boot.

Lovely little wine bar with a very unique selection of natural wines that you aren’t going to find everywhere. Plus the soft serve and tiramisu is delicious!

This place is so rad. The people are kind, super knowledgeable and really helpful with wine. The food is incredible and that blueberry gin smash is slamminggggg.

My girlfriend and I went to Lasagna Monday and loved it. I typically don’t leave reviews for restaurants, but I saw a very mean and unjust review of this place and totally don’t think this place deserves it. The owners are extremely friendly, care a lot about their establishment, and produce quality, homemade food. This place sucks s amazing, a gift to the community and to the city, and should be protected at all costs. Highly recommend the jams and the soft serve.

Bar Pomona is such a cute spot and we love lasagna Mondays!! It’s very quickly becoming a weekly tradition in our home, homemade noodle lasagna, a caesar, and a killer wine selection, you seriously can’t beat it. We love this place <3
