The only place that has coconut syrup. The coconut chai is AMAZING and life changing. The staff is so pleasant, knowledgeable, and just over all lovely. Love it here. 10 stars. Would recommend and will be returning.

Coffee is really good! Also, their prpfits are for a good cause (cancer treatment research). Muffin was not good though mushy and cold).

This coffee shop is tucked away inside a church, and not a stand alone cafe. So, it’s possible to wonder why you end up at Alive Church and where exactly is the cafe. The coffee store is inside in a corner within the wide open church area. Coffee and tea selections are very standard and customer service is nice. They do have different flavors and add ons to your tea of coffee that can make it pretty good. The WiFi was so bad after trying hard to convince myself it’ll work sooner or later, after 30 minutes, I gave up and left. Guessed that is why lot of people weren’t really hanging out here. With all due respect to the church, I think it’s a great place. I’m all in respect of the church. Coffee store isn’t like the most hangout’s or snacking places.

Love, love, love the community, the coffee, the culture and the atmosphere! The concept and creativity gives all the feels. I enjoyed the atmosphere the most the customer service was so patient and friendly. Anytime I’m in the area I will make it my mission to always grab something from here. I was able to get some writing done and enjoy my Matcha.

One of my favorite coffee shops in Orlando. My ice lattes are always perfection and baristas are super friendly and inviting. They have a delicious turkey and cheese croissant, full variety of pastries and baked empanadas. If you are a pumpkin fan like me they make the sauce in house a must try. I recommend a pumpkin white mocha with a banana cold foam is just scrumptious!!!

If you are visiting and not local, a few things to keep in mind: (1) this establishment is owned and operated by a church; (2) it is very difficult to find as they are inside the church, and the sign of the coffee shop is not easily visible. Everything else was good.

Enjoyed a mocha & a Coco Mocha. Both very good. Excellent service (& microfoam on coffee)! Very large, cool room. Soothing music. Proceeds benefit church.

This place may be a bit difficult to find as it is located in Alive Church but once inside its a nice little coffee shop. I ordered an iced latte and was pleased. Definitely recommend for the coffee and church scene if you are into that.

Deandre crafted an on-point Lavender Latte with lots of foam and Angie’s servant’s heart was the light to my morning. I thought I was just going to check out a new coffee place but I was blessed by the staff here. Note that Siri dumps you out in the wrong parking lot. So drive past where Siri says and take the next right.

Really amazing place and relaxing

Located inside of Alive church, this coffee shop was better than I'd imagined. I ordered a hot Latte which was average. The barista was very kind and quick. They have a larger menu than you'd think considering it's a small corner of a church. They also have some seasonal drinks that I will be trying soon.

this place is absolutely amazing! the coffee and food here is delicious, and the church it’s in is homey and welcome. i didn’t catch the employee’s name, but she is a beautiful puerto rican woman. she is one of the most kindest and sweetest people i have ever met! she wasn’t busy and i was waiting on a phone call to go pick up my pup from the vet, so we sat and talked for an hour! we swapped stories about moving to orlando, dogs, and how she came to find alive church! she is truly what a “Godly” woman is! i will absolutely be back and will be bringing all of my friends! blessed be!

The ambiance is very relaxing, and the manager and staff very friendly and welcoming. It’s definitely a great place to work remote. My only complaint is the food options are high calorie, sugar or carb-based pastries, breads, and absolutely no salads or healthier options. This really puts a damper on my returning as I don’t want to consume carb-centric comfort foods. If this is not an issue for you, then this is a FANTASTIC little gem.

I love this place and I love the person who works there. She was kind and friendly. Also, the coffee she made was awesome!!!And good prices, actually. I felt so comfortable there and I started the wonderful day with the awesome coffee and hot Turkey sandwich ❤︎ I am sure I will go there next trip to have a wonderful time.

Looking for a low key chill spot to do work, quick meeting, have peace, quiet, yet drink coffee? Barbs Coffee is fresh on the block off OBT and Sandlake in such a great environment. No offense to the other spots like Star Books or Dunkin Go Nuts, but Barbs Coffee House isn't going to get it wrong for your drinking needs and won't disappoint. Trust!

The coffee is high quality. I’m more of a tea person and Barbs has the best Iced Chai Tea that I’ve ever had! I highly recommend it and the staff is always kind and customer focused.

Some of the best tea and coffee I’ve ever had! And I love that their staff is so committed about making sure your taste buds are satisfied! There’s so sweet and thoughtful. And I love that some of the proceeds go towards cancer research!
