Continues to be the best place for breakfast near the lake. Great food at great prices cooked with care by a wonderful family.

Closed DOWN we stopped by for breakfast in Aug 2023 and it is closed down..

I am from oakland but live in Clarkride now, and i just want to say, I've seen this place with several owners (my mom and i even ran it one time) and i have to say there food is the BEST I've seen that place ever be. It was even better than when we had it, lol. I am so glad to see this place in good hands. My family always forgets about this place when we go out to eat, we judt happen to be in oakland and it was open so we stopped in, i can say now though, we sure will remember it now and try to stop in more often and support them. SUPER GOOD FOOD, SUPER FRIENDLY, AND SUPER FAST. 5 STAR STELLAR.

Have eaten here often. Love the owners and food gas always been delicious. I also love the extended new hours!

Nice family type dinner. We went for breakfast, I had the ham and cheese omelette, IT WAS SOOO GOOD. The rest of the family has fried eggs potatoes, one had the hobo, He Loved it. Eggs were cooked perfectly. If you get near this place, you should stop and eat. They're friendly and will take good care of you.

Good eating. I had the mushroom Swiss burger it was very good

The Hobo breakfast is a must whenever we eat here. Best chocolate milkshakes around.

We love the Barn Cafe. Great place for breakfast, and lunch to grab a burger, and Friday and Saturday you want pizza! Good food, super friendly staff and prices are great.

Well what a pleasant surprise!! The Barn Cafe exceeded my expectations. Came in for a late breakfast on a Thursday morning and had the hobo. Wow, the biscuits and gravy were top notch. Ordered a pancake as well and it was perfect, fresh…you could taste the from scratch home style flavor. The young people serving were very attentive and kind as well. Will be back when in the area. 👏🏽

Hobo breakfast is everything you expect it to be. Delicious. I was not disappointed by any means. Great value for the money and would definitely recommend. If you want that Mayberry down home ,make you feel like family experience, the Barn is for you.

The restaurant was clean and our server Helena was polite and friendly. The food was made from scratch and delicious. I would highly recommend The Barn Cafe.

I was looking for an early breakfast location so I took a 30 minute drive to Oakland and had a great Omelet and great conversation. I'll go back in the morning. Tomorrow I'll add a few photos for you to decide.

A great Cafe in Oakland Arkansas! They have tasty breakfasts. We stopped in recently & even though the locals were seated nearby, we got great service. Did I say how wonderful their breakfast is? And reasonable prices. They also serve beer with lunch & dinner. We had a great experience at the Barn Cafe!
