Love this pizza. I always order pepperoni and mushrooms with sides of jalapeños. Pizza is perfect. Not too greasy like the other pizza places!!!

I ordered delivery so I will not include a review on the atmosphere. As far as the food, my pizza was made exactly how I ordered it, sooo yummy!!! My only complaint is that pizza establishments have taken on consistently making large crust which minimizing that actual pizza to be consumed when you don't eat crust. The only reason that I realized that this is intentional is that I saw pizza's being made and there is the intentional formation of the crust. Reduces the topings required, while reducing our eats. $40.00 for med pizza, 2ltr drink, $3.50 tip included on the bill + tax + delivery + $4.00 to deliverer. Next time I may need to take out a loan prior to my order.

Take out only. The thick crust is crunchy on the outside, soft and chewy inside. They use fresh ingredients. I usually order a medium pepperoni and sausage with extra sauce. It's the best pizza around! My order usually takes less than 20 minutes to make.

My wife and I ordered their meat lovers and were both very satisfied with our choice. This was also our first time and wish we would have tried them sooner. The dough, sauce, cheese, and toppings were of excellent quality, and you can tell the owner cares about his business. We will be returning! 😁

Pretty much hands down the best pizza in the area! Thicker quality crust, good amount of sauce, good amount of cheese, big fresh toppings. most of the seating has been closed off since covid, but pick up or delivery you cannot go wrong with their food. Friendly owner as well

Cant say how pizza was never received it. The 3rd party service they use never delivered it. Manager at location says once it leaves my place has nothing to do with him. Now thats just great service. Watch your orders guys

Best pizza in town. If you're looking for a quality ingredients pizza, this is hands down the best. 3 topping large will run you 24 dollars out the door get it with two turns in the oven at the very least 1 turn.

We have been Pizzamaina only family but today we were told that we needed to try this place So we took their advice & I will say the pizza 🍕 was awesome not greasy at all full of flavor... we got a medium pepperoni mushroom and sausage I added pineapple 🍍 on my side lol I also ordered pastrami sub and submarine sandwich absolutely delicious 😋 I didn't get a chance to take pictures FYI TAKE OUT ONLY!!!!! NO PLACE TO SIT we found a park nearby lol

I’ve been eating at this place for years for takeout . It delivers and pizza is not bad. People frequent the establishment in spite of an awfully rude owner. After Quoting a price of almost $60 for a delivery, the owner said that with the purchase of every pizza only 2 packets of crushed pepper and 2 of Parmesan cheese are included. Lol. Buddy, with all the great older and newer pizza joints in Whittier and La Habra your bad PR and chintzy condiments limits should be enough for folks to finally start trying other Pizza Restaurants. Not to mention his silly coupon restrictions. What a character. The drivers are always late. Orders take way too long to be placed, and as a business owner myself, I know when an owner is sloppy with customer appreciation. In this day and age, where folks are fed up and fighting against sloppy business, companies should be working harder to provide better service. This little shop needs a wake up call. If enough people stop using this place he might rethink his methods. I’ll take my $150 a month pizza money somewhere else from now on. At the end of the day, it always a tiny needle that breaks the camel’s back.

This place hands down has the best pizza I’ve ever had. God forbid I ever move out of the area because this place spoils me. The thick Sicilian crust is amazing and the pizza always tastes fresh! The wings are great.This place means business they crank out these pizzas fast and have never messed up on my order and the service is always fantastic.

Just moved to Whittier. New barber turned me on to Barro’s Pizza last night so we decided to give it a shot. We ordered a large 3 topping pizza with Pepperoni, Canadian Ham and Jalapeños. Ordered well done. Ordered through the slide app and had no issues We got the pizza in 30 plus min. Not bad for a Saturday I pop the box open and I notice that the pizza is definitely not well done. In fact the pizza looked undercooked. The pepperoni looked just cooked but the jalapeños and jam and cheese probably needed another 6 minutes to get to well done. Starving we both grabbed a slice. At my first sight of the pizza the pizza was not cooked as requested. We did not even finish a full slice and trashed the $25 pizza Terrible! Tasted like a frozen pizza from a grocery store. Slice all asked for a review and I advised the same. I was not looking for refund at all just wanted to make it known. Slice app advises they would not do anything for us as they made the pizza as Ordered . Too bad. They are literally next door to my house. Pizza Hut Dominoes and even little Caesar’s was on this pizza today by far. Too many options to have to get a half —- pizza!

One of the best pizza places around great taste fresh ingredients and they top it right everything is great. And you can pick lite or heavy sauce. Well done if you like that crunch like me. Pepperoni sausage mushrooms and bell pepper is my go to.

Really great tasting pizza. Was able to order and pick up pizza and more within the last hour of them closing. Very friendly owner! Also parking is in front of restaurant with easy slanted parking. Ordered salad, wings and pizza!

Pizza still great. Just wish they had a sit down area. Drove from Fontana and had to wait 35 min for our pizza to be ready. Couldn't eat inside. By time I made it home pizza was a little soggy.

First time ordering pizza and wings. Our wings were over cooked extra extra crispy and the pizza was horrible. Probably the worst pizza I've had. I don't even think they use real cheese. Very disappointed. Will not go back.

Food: I ordered a large pizza with pepperoni, green bell peppers, and sausage. More importantly I got "twice over", the crust is toasted a little bit more. Dough itself is an amazing base, it really is good. The sauce is nice and zesty! And the toppings and cheese tasted fresh. Service: Pick up, order was done through a mobile delivery service. A red sticker was placed on the seam of the box, to indicate a unbroken seal. Pizza came intact and hot. Final thought: This place is solid for pizza! Their takeout is always perfect but there's also a dining area with a few game machines. I want to go back and try their wings

7 pm, who closes at 7 pm… this is Southern California, imagine getting off work at say 530 and you spend the next hour and half driving home which is totally normal, then you call to order dinner and the place is closed… amazing pizza but closing at 7, why even bother… might as well just be open Saturday and Sunday if you don’t want to work nights… three stars only because the pizza is amazing, that I can’t deny.

Went for the first time and the pizza is amazing and the crust is just the best.

2/26/22 Never coming back! So here we go. Ordered 4 toppings pizza for delivery, got a 1 topping pizza instead. Called to tell them what happened. Said would send correct pizza to me. I asked what about wrong pizza they sent? Guy on the phone said keep it. After a couple of minutes I call back and said I’d pick up my corrected pizza instead, he now says he wants wrong pizza back! I said we already ate some slices off it! He said, “it’s ok I want it back!”So I get there to pickup my corrected pizza. I said here’s the wrong the pizza back. That’s when he said it’s ok I can keep it?!?! So asked him, so you didn’t believe me? He admitted he didn’t believe me and to have a nice day! Please stay away from this place!

Owner of this business has been around for decades but he is always super friendly and has the best pizza in town.

Customer service by George & his crew was top notch! They were very accommodating for my last minute company luncheon (less than 24hr notice for a huge order!) It's the crust for me kind of sweet, very soft and chewy. The owner is always present and super friendly. I travel from Fullerton just to get a pie. And each time I'm never disappointed.

I live out in the high desert, and anytime I visit my Aunt in Whittier, we always get pizza from Barro's. I even order more so I can take some home. Excellent quality, prices are reasonable, absolutely delicious and best customer service around.

I rarely eat pizza mind you if someone gets pizza I only have a small slice and take 1 bite and I am done, but your pizza is the only one that I will actually have the whole slice!!! Thank you

I lived across the street from Barro's pizza. I moved to northern ca, then to Nevada. This restaurant is the best I have ever tasted!!

This man knows how to make pizza! He's very curt and to the point, but takes great pride in the pizza that his family has been making for generations now. It's absolutely worth the wait, but you should call ahead if you don't want to wait!

The owner is really friendly. I love the interior, takes me back. Interesting place to hangout. I also love that they have different sizes of pizzas making it easy for people like me that don’t have a large appetite to pick a size I’m comfortable with.

If you have not had Barros..you MUST! There is no pizza as delicious as Barros. The crust is just the right thickness with a tomato sauce that will not be beat by any pizza place ANYWHERE! The cheese is fresh and toppings are plentiful. The owner has been in business since 1980 and has kept the same delicious recipe for his pizza crust and sauce. He uses all fresh ingredients, nothing is ever frozen. The restaurant is just as I remember as a young girl. The classic video games kept us entertained during the wait for pizza. I had to smile to see he still has a pinball machine. I loved playing pinball with my dad! Our family has eaten here since they opened and although we have all moved hours away, we will go miles out of our way to get a Barros pizza if we are anywhere in the LA/OC area. I can not recommend Barros enough...if you haven't tried them, go ASAP! You won't be disappointed!

The pizza here is solid but THE WINGS are really the best thing about this place. They come with a tasty dry rub that is perfectly balanced yet still unique.
