Best coffee in dawsonville hands down! Very affordable prices compared to other places. And really nice people that work there!

I love this place! Everyone is so friendly, the coffee and pastries are fabulous, and the tables are perfect for getting some work done.

I've sat in Because Coffee dozens of times at this point, sometimes for hours, to drink coffee and do a variety of others things—meet for chats, bible studies, or research and writing for school. They have amazing coffee, kind people who clearly have great camaraderie among themselves and with their customers, and a kind atmosphere that does not feel demanding. On the coffee, they roast their own beans, and you can smell it (smells amazing) while sipping your own coffee. Because they are regularly roasting their own beans, you can absolutely tell in the taste of the coffee. I usually get an Oatmilk Latte with no flavoring in it, just so I can enjoy the espresso's flavor. My all-time favorite is the Cortado, served in a small 8oz glass (real glass!). But, they also have creative seasonal flavoring combos that are amazing flavors that make it fun to get a flavor of the season latte as well. The staff are always incredibly kind, whether I'm ordering, asking questions about a product, or just checking in. So, I never feel pressure like I'm hanging around too long or need to move along. It's a great coffee shop and a great space to be.

To be completely honest, I wasn’t sure if this coffee was gonna be excellent coming from the city and being a pretentious, barista myself. I’m not even lying right now this is some of the best coffee I have ever had!!!! It was outstanding. The coffee was well balanced perfectly steamed and good looking employees. I want because coffee in the freaking city.. Also, my tea was fabulous.

My wife and I met my daughter there and were delighted as to the atmosphere and attitude of the store. Doug (owner) was very cool and introduced himself to us… talked church, coffee and life. Wish it was closer to Canton—/ would be a great fit here, we need another place with such high standards!

Doug is great dude and the coffee is phenomenal! We had it to-go style at a basketball game and it was the perfect timing for great cup!

The highlight of my visit was the kindness and personability of the baristas. Sarah, the manager, made me feel so welcomed, helping me choose the perfect drink to get me through my morning work. Her latte art was exceptional, and her service made me feel like family. When I spilled my drink, Regan helped me clean quickly and replaced my drink immediately. I was so thankful! I will most definitely return!

As a barista, I needed to find a good coffee place while on vacation, and i found it! Not on is the place clean and adorable, the staff is helpful and friendly. The coffee itself is delicious, I ordered the Thing 2. It’s not super sweet, which I love, and the espresso itself is super smooth. Will definitely be coming again!

I'm hesitant to ever give out a solid 5 star review. But Because Coffee deserves one. Why? BECAUSE COFFEE! The service is second to none and always done with a pleasant attitude and a smile. The atmosphere is simplistic, relaxing and nestled in an aroma so inviting the minute you walk in. And the coffee? Top tier. As an adult that not only lives on the stuff, but also has worked at a coffee shop before, believe me when I say their selection of roasts, syrups, and milks do not miss. Every drink is crafted near perfectly, and the flavors are just what you want, nothing too sweet or strong unless that's what you're after. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Because... it's the best coffee shop in town. I've been going here since college (and they'd set me up with a french press all to myself and a mug), and now I bring all of my friends and clients here. The seasonal drinks and house-made syrups are always really unique, and never overly sweet. The coffee is smooooth and they roast it right there so it always smells divine, even from the parking lot. They also do fun events on occasion, like pop-up shops and live music. Just the best, I highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about this coffee shop. When pulling up in the parking lot, you may not expect much out of this shopping center coffee shop please I beg you do not overlook it. The staff, including the owner at this restaurant were absolutely amazing some of the kindest people you will meet. We got three coffees to go, and each one of them were unique and delicious. I love the fact that they make all of their own syrups and house and they also have a delicious oatmilk latte. I wish there were a location closer to me!

The coffee here is phenomenal. The staff is extremely inviting and welcoming. Be sure to ask Doug about how he got started with roasting coffee! Definitely worth the trip!

I just moved here and the first thing I had to look for was a great coffee shop. The 4.9 star review did not disappoint! Reagan (hope I spelled that right) was super sweet and welcoming. I highly recommend the Free Hugs coffee (vanilla and cinnamon). I did mine with oatmilk and it didn't make it through the 13 min. ride home. Atmosphere was peaceful and a few people were on their laptops working. There's also a guitar by the front door that guitarists can pick and play. They also book live shows occasionally which is cool!

Update 07 17 2023 this maybe the best Coffee Shop in the southeast. Glad I found it by chance while traveling through Georgia. The Barristers are friendly and helpful. Had a large coldbrew that was as smooth as coffee can get. Stop in and get your "Jolt" on. 05 29 2023 Best coffee ☕️ shop in the greater Atlanta area. Had an "OH Brother" honey 🍯 mocha iced coffee and it was refreshing and a REAL pick me up.

Finally found somewhere they make their own syrups…. I had blackberry lavender and it was delicious! Very smooth coffee

Such a cute place to study and work! Customer service was lovely but the reason why I left three starts is because the coffee is okay. The milk tasted burnt, and espresso was a little sour in my cappuccino. On the other hand, the employees were very kind!

What a great local spot! I was pleasantly surprised to find this coffee shop during my brief stay in Dawsonville. The baristas are always kind and make great recommendations. There's a variety of indoor and outdoor seating, and several tables with access to outlets. There's even a drive-through too! I was able to get some good work done in such a positive environment. You may not see it from the road, but it's a great hidden gem.

This place is really what you want in a coffee shop, great coffee, friendly service and a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy your coffee and amazing warm Cinnamon Roll with icing! If you're in a hurry, they also have a drive thru window.

Best coffee in town. It has a great atmosphere to relax in or chat it up. I especially love the fun little "this or that jars" and the home made seasonal syrups. Everyone knows my name and just makes me feel really special every visit. The drive through is fast and the app makes it even easier to grab on the go. Top notch place, you definitely should try it out.

Visiting from out of town, but I came in twice today because the coffee and lattes are great, the prices are very reasonable, and the employees (both morning and afternoon shift) are so friendly. Definitely recommend.

I left a review 2 years ago but I wanted to update it. This is my favorite coffee shop ever, and one of my favorite places ever to go. I've been coming here since they opened and it's incredible to see the progress they've made by adding espresso drinks and inviting in community artists. It's the most welcoming environment and the most relaxing place. I really miss Ty who was super friendly when I would always come in the past, but everyone who works there now is also just as incredible. They also do so much for the community. Doug has always been awesome to me. I used to come in on this weekly to do school work and now whenever I'm home I make sure to stop by and get some work done here. I even wrote part of my research paper here. I asked for oat milk a long time ago and now it's a regular part of their menu. I cannot speak more highly of the quality and everything. I love my oat milk lattes. The best place ever.

Better than any chain coffee place in the area. House roasted coffee beans too! Great coffee, and great baristas. Always feel very welcome. They also gave my husband (a sheriff’s deputy) free coffee, and then the man behind us paid for mine. What lovely people, thank you.
