We are here for trivia night every Wednesday and Angela is by far the best server I have ever had. She is attentive and friendly.

We love going to Beef's. The service is fantastic. The portions are great. Good atmosphere for the entire family.

The place was dead which should have been the first sign to leave. Soda machines were down. Ovens were down so no subs or pizzas. Everything is fried in the same oil so if you’re allergic to seafood don’t order anything that’s fried. I feel terrible for the waitress as she was wonderful but we left before our order was even placed.

Here we are on a Friday night, it’s 8:30 place was not very busy. Seated right away. Hostess was nice and personable. Waited 15 minutes and no one came to take our order. A table 2 tables away was actively being served and attended to. Eye contact made with the server, no acknowledgment whatsoever. We probably would have waited a bit longer had someone told us they’d be right with us. Shame on you guys! I could understand if it was busy but the place was barely half full.

The best wings bt sometimes they give you tiny little wings . Almost as if they run out of the normal size ones . Over the years Only the beef o bradys has this issue.

The waitress was nice, but got the order wrong. Wings are tiny and in pieces . We ordered 2 types of fries straight were great curly seemed to be very old and greasy. I generally have a great time here this was my first time at this one, I am hoping for a better experience next time.

This is our normal location for Beefs and we ordered our normal wings, they were extremely over cooked. Service was great as always.

I usually get takeout, and I would have given service five stars, except I have been fighting the automated ordering - can’t seem to get it right.

Tried to order on the app. Error. Tried to order on the website... error. Tried to order on the phone, its automated and it was torture until I asked for help, finally got a real person to order to go and our boneless wings were missing. I should have double checked.

The food and price was good , our waitress sucked all she wanted to do was flirt with two guys at a nother table we didn't get silver ware till after I food came my husband had to get up and walk to the kitchen to get it cuz the waitress was ignoring us I know we were a party of 9 but still there should be no.reason we had to fetch our own drinks and silver wear !!!

We come to this location often and never have any issues. The other day was our first bad experience and it was only a issues with what i assumed was a under trained employee. We had Ginger who was very polite and nice but almost every aspect from our orders being wrong to not separating the bills properly. I wasn't asked if i wanted a refill once and a few items asked to be removed from the bill because we never received them. Food was great like always. This won't prevent me from returning. I just hope she gets a little more training before taking a table of 8 again.

Everything about this place was wonderful except for the steak garlic melt.The steak garlic melt was okay at best and the steak looked like cat food and I have had immense diarrhea and stomach problems since I’ve had this. I know for a fact that it wasn’t anything else I’ve eaten because the problems started as I was leaving. But I highly recommend eating here because the service is wonderful and every server is a joy to be around but do not get the steak garlic melt.

Food is your typical sports bar food,but the bartender Chelsea is absolutely a sweetheart and treats you like a million bucks. Thank goodness they have her

We ordered an appetizer which came out with our food. My wings were undercooked Jaynaa took our plate before we were done eating. Just a bad experience overall

We came here specifically because we like curly fries and they were out. They also only let u order ONE sauce per 10 wings. I should be able to divide them up. My service was great tho.

I like my wings extra extra extra wet I tell the person taking the order I like them swimming however I have yet ordered and got them the way I requested I keep ordering hoping they will get them right but I have been successful yet when I eat in the restaurant I have to ask the waitress to have the cook add more (a lot) more sauce but I can not send them back to get the order correct when I do take out and my husband picks up the ores and he does not want to dig thru the order to see if it is correct I know they are trying to save money but I do not feel like paying $15.00 + for 10 dry wings

We haven’t been to this location in years. We went on a Friday night, they were a bit busy but it is a smaller location. The hostess as well as our waitress were absolutely amazing! They were both very kind and attentive. We had Molly as our server and she was so sweet. We always had full drinks and she checked on us often even after the food arrived and never rushed us. She was very patient with our two younger kids too. We had 4 people, the food we ordered was the fish and chips, traditional wings, a caprese pizza and boneless wings. All the food was absolutely delicious. Not one issue or complaint from us. Big change from the years previous. Would absolutely return again just because of this experience!

Sat at our table for 20 minutes without even having someone offer us a drink. The table next to us was visited by a server 3 times without giving us a glance. We walked out. Thank you for wasting out time.

Food was great and everything was nice and hot and came out quickly after it was ordered put the game on that I wanted to watch which was great. Service was almost nonexistent during the visit ordered my first round of drinks and finished it was sitting with an empty glass for a good 20 to 25' minutes. Saw my waitress walk by several times and a manager no one interacted with me or anything. I will try to sit at the bar the next time to see if I can get some better service. Had to walk to my server to get my second drink.

What happened to Beef o Brady’s? The food is subpar, brown salad, soggy wings, etc the prices are high, the beer is not as cold and the service is average at best. So sad.

Always a good restaurant for pub food, including wings. They have plenty of TV's to watch football.

automated ordering system is terrible, doesn't work

We're here almost every week during football season. They set us up with a great tv/ table for the game. Good game day foods. One of the few places in town with Amber Bach on tap. Go Hawks!

The servers are like having family take care of you. I love this place

Against my better judgment I went here on lunch break. They forgot to drop my order then after 25 minutes I get it to go. Drive to needed location, didn't order breaded and saturated in sauce over cooked fries

It feels silly, but they made me the best food I've had in forever. Burgers, fish, fries, wings, etc. I just stopped there because it's close, but now it's my favorite place.

While FunTampa Was out filming the awesome haunted house in Valrico called Finders Keepers House Of Weepers, We stopped in to grab a bite and a drink and it was fabulous. Got the grilled chicken wrap some curly fries and a Corona no lime 😉

A place that used to have great burgers... has gone by the way side. Do they have a new cook? Did they change their cooking methods? Boring dry burger, untoasted cold bun...yuck.

Good place for dinner or lunch. Very relaxed restaurant. Always great service.

Good chicken wings, sports forward, and of course beer. They had a new menu that was very nice. We went on the busiest night and had a reasonable wait time.

Kimberly and her team are amazing! I was having uber eats issues with it being sent to the location. I called the store and was transferred to Ms. Kimberly, immediately she picked up the phone and asked for my information so when I submitted it again she could give me a call to let me know if it came through! And sure enough she gave me a call and it had not come through. So I cancelled the order and placed the order with her. When I got to the location they had it ready already! Thank you so much for your patience and time!!

To be totally honest it wasn't for "the cooks" and our waitresses Skyler and Catherine... We would probably find a new place to eat and only for these reasons... Whose bright idea was it to remove the paper towel dispensers from the tables?... What you have done is added more work to the waitresses. When I go to any other restaurant there's paper towel dispensers on the table. I cannot imagine you saving a whole lot of money on paper napkins. The other thing is you decided to do is give very small portions of things like fries... a fry that was made from a potato that cost very little. You've also change the batter for your fish fillets.. I get the big catch salad a lot. The deep fried fish was absolutely awesome before you changed the batter, now it's just... eh it's okay. For the corporate manager whom may have decided to remove and discard the napkin dispensers, you sir should be looking for a new job. That was the silliest thing you could do to save a buck. Maybe you should remove the restrooms as well. I mean who swaps paper towel dispensers for small portion paper trays to put on ones plate? The last thing I want to see on my plate is a paper tray, that is poor taste. If it wasn't for your waitresses and cooks, I would have left store 074 a 1 star a short time ago when corporate decided Run a muck and change thing... You should be patting these employees on the back and kicking whomever that thought this was a great idea to the curb. You raise the prices... Then made portions smaller... You should have kept the same quality and quantity of product coming out of the kitchen. Just thoughts from a long time customer.

The food is top notch. You can feel the love with your tast buds dancing on your tongue. The people are amazing . Very family oriented. 10 out of 10 I will choose beefs in Valrico every time.

A very disappointing dining experience. I dine here most Sundays. All in all I have had relatively few complaints. Lately however, the experience has been less than satisfactory. And this is geared toward food and not the service for the most part. The past visits wings ordered required asking for additional sauce to add as they came out with very little on them. The curly fries have now been portioned out. The explanation is either past fry orders were served with less or more than they should. They now come out in a boat tray which if a basket means two boats. These it seems are even less than the past basket orders but still the same price. Todays experience was more of the same. Ordered a chip and cueso appetizer. Chips stale and cueso cold. Had to send back for heating. My sons wings required a side order of sauce once again, my daughters fried pickle order was soggy, and my 5 cheese melt was brought without the accompanying mozzarella stick. Our waitress did her best to accommodate but she had a large table that came in after us. Maybe next time, if there is one available, sit parties of 2 or 3 away from two table parties, so the waitress has time to address problems when they arise and not towards the end of the visit as happened with us with the exception of the appetizer.

A lot of tvs Provided so you can watch different Sports. Food was good, but coleslaw was difficult to eat out of a little cup . Cabbage was too big. Waitress had too many tables. Therefore, we had to flag anyone close for the Items we originally requested. There was a misunderstanding of how many Pieces of fish We were told 4 pieces but Only received 3 and we were sharing the meal. Didn't even receive an explanation when the meal was delivered. All in all the prices were a little high based on the ambience and the lack of attention. Probably will not go back

We came here for dinner tonight and our delight found an excellent server.We're not the easiest of people to take care of but our server's name is Molly and she was fantesting.Great attitude very friendly and took care of our order to perfection. Period more restaurant need servers like her.

Substandard slow service, small quantities, booth seats that should have been recovered 10 years ago. We had to pay at the bar, server lost interest.

A big shout out to Skylar at the Valrico location. We had a group of 22 in the party room last week and she was superb! She was our dedicated waitress for the night. She kept a calm and positive attitude in taking care of our group, and was very attentive, with a smile on her face. The food was great and the service was outstanding. Also a big thank you to Beef O'Brady Valrico for giving us a dedicated waitress; it made all the difference in the world. Thanks Skylar for a good well done from the First Presbyterian Church of Brandon Bible Study group.

I went here with my Girlfriend to eat dinner. We we’re greeted promptly and seated as soon as we walked in. The Restaurant was not busy at 5pm. Apparently we we’re seated in a section that the server either didn’t care or just didn’t want to be there. I’ve worked in Restaurants long enough to know that if a table is sat you are to greet that table in under 1 minute even if it’s not your table greet the table let them know that someone will be with them shortly and at least get their drink order. Did any of that happen? Nope. We sat at the table just over 10 minutes before we were greeting. The servers were all standing in the kitchen doorway looking at their cell phones. Finally a server came over and asked if someone got our drinks? I replied no. The server took our drink order and also took our dinner order since we had been waiting knew what we wanted. Then another 10 minutes go by and no drinks. So I got up and went to find my server and I asked , “ Just Curious if you are bringing our drinks soon?” She replied, “ Oh, “ and then just completely walked away. 5 minutes after that the drinks showed up and so did the meal. The meal was good food was great. After our meal we waited about 15 minutes, yes I timed it. Until the server brought out our bill. Then I noticed another mistake. I ordered a meal that was on the $10 menu. I was charged $ 11.99 . I showed the server and she took my bill, no apology or anything. Then she comes back a few minutes later and very sarcastically says, “ Its fixed”. No I’m so sorry or anything. I find that very rude. It will be a long time before I return

My boyfriend and I went tonight and the food was awesome as always. We ended up with a server, though, who either didn't know what she was doing or is easily distracted. Took way too long to get her attention and then took much longer to get our drinks. She kept disappearing throughout, so, to get our drinks, I had to go to the register and let her know we still didn't have them. When the bill came, it was wrong. When she brought it back, she put it on the table and said, "it's fixed" and turned to go to another table. No apology. Not sure she should be serving.

This restaurant used to be pretty good. In the last year or so it’s been hit-or-miss. Tonight was a fail. The service sucked, the food sucked and there is nothing worse than listening to arrogant workers complaining about customers (in the dining room!) when the problem was actually their fault. This idea that customers aren’t allowed to speak up for ourselves without being labeled/bashed is insane. If you treated your customers with respect, they wouldn’t need to tell you that you’re wrong. There are certain expectations that we have when we go to a restaurant. One of them is to not be ignored. I know that it’s very difficult to find people willing to work but I don’t want to be insulted and treated badly just to get a meal. I can go to Burger King for that.

Really easy going and a fun place for chicken wings

Place is falling apart, the booth seats are like all broken, the place hasn’t changed in a very very long time. Service was great though, but I don’t know why, the curly fries tasted weird. I been here many many times and I loved it, but it’s starting to fall.

Beef O Brady’s is a sports bar restaurant chain around the country. This location is in Valrico, FL and is near the intersection of Brandon and Miller Road. The decor of the restaurant is typical of a sports bar: jerseys on the wall, photographs of players and venues, and many TVs mounted on the walls. However, the feature that this location has is a party room. You can reserve them for free! Good for large parties and meetups. The service was attentive and quick; only took a couple minutes to bring out appetizers. Our server was also very good. The food at this place is alright. I thought the queso and Curly Fries were great, and the buffalo ranch fries were alright. I didn’t like my five cheese burger; tasted bland. Overall, this is a good location for large parties and gatherings.

Actually, I got a bad batch of signature wings (bone-in). This was surprising but can happen at any point in time. The manager and server were quick to remedy the situation. The boneless wings were phenomenal and tasted very fresh.
