heading to FLL - needed a quick stop other than fast food. The bar maid was Gabby. Instant at home feeling and warm atmosphere. I’ll def make it a point to make this a regular stop when I make the trip again.

Had a great dinner we’re regulars here and are never disappointed. Gabbie was our bartender and she was excellent! I highly recommend!

I used to work here a few years ago. I was 18/19 when working as a server. I was harassed by customers and staff the entire time. I had used the restroom once and the “assistant manager” (unofficial), Logan, came in and she looked under the stall to see what I was doing. They have mandatory meetings at 11pm- after close, that you’re not paid for. The manager would clock in and serve tables he knew were good tippers and take the tips on top of his salary. The horrible, rude, awful “head cook”, would come in with dirty clothes, serve food that was cooked wrong or just plain disgusting because he said he couldn’t care less about customers. He threw water at me as a “joke” while I was working, which made me look unkempt, and him and the manager just laughed. He was sexist and misogynistic, always talking terribly about women and the servers. A server I worked with stole tips all the time, and would talk poorly about staff to her tables so they’d request her and only her. If we had her section filled, but no other servers had a single table, she’d make them wait until she had a table ready since “they requested her.” I’ve only worked at one other restaurant after this and it was NOT this unprofessional and unacceptable to work at. I’m now a professional and looking back on this experience, it showed me how poorly some restaurant staff are treated. And for awful pay, too. This place was a terrible job to have. I was new to Florida, and this made me go back to my home state.

It varies every time we go. If they are not busy they are great! Glad they now have a gluten free menu to choose from!

It's very bright in there Could use some shades up front. The whole front is glass.

I made an order 20 mins before the kitchen closed I pick up my food right when the kitchen close cause I stay far. My orders was the 4 tenders combos and I chose double fries for my side add cheese so when I got my order everything was separate (the tender and fries which usually come together but I didn’t think nothing of it) 10 min into me being home I ate my tenders which was good and fresh (still didn’t touch my fries), 30 min before beef o Brady’s closed I decided to eat my fries so I open them to take some out to put on a plate I see a dead fly so I called nobody answered mind to tell yall they was open only the kitchen was closed. I called the next day just asking for a refund and I told them I got the picture to prove time I’m not lying with my receipt and all the man of the phone proceeded to tell me they don’t do refund unless they have the food so I told him it was in the trash but if he want me to get it and and bring it to them where they can see it’s a dead fly and nothing been touch but he told me he will have somebody call me back it’s been 24hrs later and nobody called me back

We saw an ad on on TV that advertised Beef O'Bradys 10 for $10, so we went to the one here in Labelle... We asked the waitress for that menu and she said they did not honor it..WHAT!!!! Well that was the first and now the only time we will go there... your loss!!

We were initially excited since it is the first time in over a year that we visit this particular O'Bradys in person. Our server was super nice and helpful, but the bartender was extremely rude. Our drinks were watered down (if you are paying over $10 for a drink, hey, take the time to make it good!). My husband's burger, which was supposed to be done medium, was well-done. We were so hungry and in a rush so we decided to ignore this and didn't return anything, but the bartender was really unpleasant and rude, which affected our whole experience. I thought it was just with us, but I read through reviews in different platforms, and others had the same awful experience. I hope management listens- unless he is management- then the place is screwed. You can't teach what you don't know. I gave them a 2-star in service but it's really because of our server, who was very attentive- otherwise it would've been a 1. Don't think we will go there in a while; maybe just for takeout and no drinks.

The service here was excellent, the waitress and hostess were quick and friendly and got the order right with no issues. The food came fairly quickly. The food itself was just OK, we had some fried bits (namely the fries) that were over done and very hard but overall it was decent if a bit over priced. The atmosphere is more reminiscent of a cafeteria than a cozy restaurant/bar; not the most comfortable but well lit and clean.

Thank goodness for Lorraine. Has totally changed the atmosphere here. Amazing management skills. Joslynn is also incredible. Best waitress I have had here by far. Thank you guys for a wonderful experience.

Waitress was horrible unattentive didnt listen got orders wrong was rude when corrected never apologized for her rudeness or mistakes and failed to even keep our drinks filled. Very dissapointed we usually have a good time here but not today

The wait staff were really great actually. The food was good. What totally sucked is having the food delivered to the table over the course of 10 minures!! What the heck? This phenomenon is now becoming run of the mill, standard operating procedure at WAY too many restaurants. Serve the table together... it's fricken restaurant basics 101. I get the staffing shortage has greatly damaged the service industry. Deal with. Raise your wages and hire/train short order cooks. Hire an expeditor or get your dang manager to step up. Ridiculous. No tip. Sorry cooks and wait staff. can't reward you for poor management.

Danielle is my FAVORITE bar tender!!! At Beef’s, the service is great and the food is awesome!… Did I mention Danielle? She’s OUTSTANDING and worth a $50+ tip!!! Just sayin’!! ☺️

First of all i lost ALL of my rewards points when you changed to the new app and I'm not happy about that. It says i have 28 points and i had 170-180, can't remember the exact number. I ordered the shrimp/rice bowl with teriayke sauce. I asked specifically if it was spicy and was told NO. It did not say on the menu so i took the server's word. It was pretty spicy and too spicy for me. I want my points back please!

Our server Frankie was awesome, he was very attentive and was very good at coming to check on us. Definitely recommend!!

The dinner was very good, no fault there, but where were the condiments hiding? We were given a fork with which to eat our meal....no knife although I had no trouble eating my chopped steak which as I mentioned was very good. The server told us it was his third day on the job, but I expected a bit more attention. He stopped by once, quickly to ask if all was well and then without asking if we wanted anything else he brought the check. The bill came to $50 and change. When he returned with the change we were shorted nine cents. Not a lot of money, but someone needs to be educated on how to count out change. Yes, I would go again, for the food, not the service!!

Eleven of our club members came for lunch we arrived a little after 11am. Our waitress Karin Z took our oders.we then had to ask for refills etc. She then came with the bill and had put all of them together. Any good waitress knows to ask are they together or seperate?. She then got upset with us and said Well it will take awhile. Proceeded then to get some wrong and got angry at the ladies. One lady went to bathroom and heard her yelling in the kitchen about us!! Many of us eat many times at your restaurant in a week's time. For the first time ever I left a three dollar tip, for She was extremely rude. Think she needs to be retrained. Plus could never smile. I know I will never want her again as my waitress

A few of the waitresses are very nice but the manager and her daughter are very disrespectful and unprofessional your kitchen cook is very disrespectful and very unprofessional

Service is very different it's very strict when we go in there servers don't smile or make u feel like your welcomed.... Amber is amazing in making us laugh her and Liz brought so much life to that place. Now I will only go when amber works or alondra and Frankie the rest of them are horrible family owned since manager and daughter work there u would think communicating with customer to make us feel welcomed would be priority such a military vibe

Not only does the food suck but management does also. I work there for 8 months and put up with a lot of nonsense from the alcoholic owner Todd. They kept my last paycheck because I found another job. If you plan to work here the owner is a evil person. Because you didn't give me my paycheck I can't go to my uncle's funeral in Orlando this weekend. That's what type of person he is. The kitchen manager was asking staff to hire to beat up her daughter because she was out of control. It's all true!

We come at least once a week, today we had a server, and a manager we haven't met yet. One drink in, we're laughing and celebrating our anniversary. You may not laugh at this establishment (at least when this waitress and manager is there) or else you'll be interrogated on how much they've served you... yaknow, by the waitress that served you??? Then they loudly screamed over the resturaunt that we were not too drunk to be cut off (obvi, we only had one drink) put a bad taste in my mouth, and they messed my food up

Very,very good service (Marcie was a delight). Food was very good. THEY deemed the first chicken in my wifes salad unacceptable ( the waitress said it was all bread an little chicken) and quickly recooked different chicken before bringing it to the table. They actually looked before serving it !!!!. And the other young lady behind the bar was helpful when she could be too. A very good experience .

The food is decent. I personally would like a difference in menu more often as there is not many sit down restruants in our area.

Compared to my visit at this location and the visit to one we had today. The only thing we weren't given at this location was the option of regular fries or curly.

Love this place, super fast, great environment, great prices and everything they cook is super fast.

It's a nice little place for locals or last minute stop for a bite to eat or get a cool drink.

I am writing to complain about my dinner tonight at your restaurant. My husband and I have been coming to your restaurant for almost 2 years straight now just about every Friday night. We'll tonight we were there and our son was with and we ordered his wife a dinner to go, and we sat for almost an hour waiting to get our check to pay. We were finally told that there was a computer problem but no one and I mean no one bother to day anything and then expected us to pay for our to go order that was cold. It finally was removed but your general manager did not handle anything with customers the proper way. I am very very disappointed on how things were handled and we are rethinking our where to go now on Friday nights.

Food wasn't very good. The chicken tenders came out hard and had a weird smell to them. The kids said the whole place had a smell to it. Unfortunately, it was unsuccessful here and would not return. My chicken wrap wasn't very good, I ate only a few bites. The bathrooms were not very clean either. 😕

We LOVE beefs in Labelle but after tonight will not go back when Frankie is working he treated us TERRIBLE for no reason (and we ALWAYS him VERY WELL I'm sure he was trying to show off for the group he was catering to) ignored us when we asked for shots 4 different times and got another group of people shots. When I asked him directly for the shots thinking maybe he didn't hear he said "go to Labelle tiki and get charged $20 a shot" so that's exactly what I did cause even though the people are young and the place is new the service for me has been GREAT

Great place to eat and enjoy conversation with family

We thoroughly enjoyed our Sunday lunch. The chicken tenders were good but the fries were not the best. Our friend enjoyed her chicken quesidella.

Inexperienced staff and bartender. Sent food back because it was overcooked and burnt. Sent margarita back because I watched them make it....full ( and I mean over the top of the glass) with ice, a 2 count of tequila and a lot of bar mix. I sure wasn't going to pay for that.

The food there is always delicious and the staff have terrific service good vibes!

We have given this restaurant so many chances within the 2 years of moving here and we are just always unsatisfied. This time was the last time we were giving them a try….and what do you know? They let us down, AGAIN!!!! We ordered online and we pulled up to the store at 5:54pm and walked in. The manager said to us that we were lucky that he let us order the food and that he didn’t call to cancel the order. We said, oh…why? And he said because he had a sign on the front door for 2 weeks to tell people they were closing at 6 on that night for the employee Christmas party. We said well we aren’t regulars so how were we supposed to know that? He said “well you should have called”. Which made me even more mad because they have online ordering for a reason and the hours weren’t updated on the ordering app. He was extremely rude and always is. We will never go back just because we never feel welcomed there and the restaurant is always chaos!!

Nice location in a small town. Was in early so not crowded but picked up. Service was personal and friendly. Lots of tvs set up to sports networks as well as local news. Will return

Frankie is the best bartender. If you don't have a sense of humor or don't like laughing, don't sit anywhere near him. If you want to laugh until your sides hurt, belly up to the bar. You'll be glad you did!

I had a fantastic Reuben sandwich with fries and sweet tea. The staff was very friendly and quick.

They're clearly open but the site says they're closed and not taking online orders. It's been said they're closed for over a month now.

It's usually nice to eat there during the day the night time is not that great the music is to loud can't even hear ourselves speak couldn't even order the waiter was ok but not the greatest service I definitely won't be coming back to this place at night at all...

The service was very good, but the cook was not. Had 15 in our party myself and others had finished eating before all the food came out of the kitchen. Need to hire a person that can cook more than 2 orders at a time. I can not rate the restaurant at this time, as I have a bad taste in my mouth so my rating would not be fair.

I went there on a Friday night to eat dinner with my family the The nasty music they were playing was so loud we could not even hear our waitress there was a bunch of drinking and foul mouth music and there was children in there not a very good place to go if you have Children I will never go back there I have lived in Labelle all my life and I have never been in a restaurant that was so disappointing

The best restaurant I've been to so far in Labelle. The cooks and waitresses were friendly and helpful with questions about the town. Great experience, will probably be one of my main spots when I'm out in Labelle.
