They don't have a meat ball sub on the menubut we asked if they would make one and they said yes they gave us a grilled cheese we called and told they said they would make a meat ball sub. The ceaser salad is brown and we didn't get dressing.

We decided to stop here for breakfast before we left town despite the other reviews...they weren't wrong. The service was okay, but it took three times asking for coffee for it to be brought out. We waited almost an hour for our food, which tasted okay. I wish they would put some energy into deep cleaning the restaurant as it felt pretty grimy with stale crumbs and spills on the windowsill by our table. The servers were nice enough, but a little timid and shy and unorganized. I would not recommend this place - you're better off getting fast food.

Stopped for breakfast while in town visiting and the place was pretty much as all the reviews posted. There was plenty of wait staff - at least 6 wait staff, however I think the kitchen holds them up. It seems they only cook one order at a time, and breakfast should be fast. All should be pre-cooked except for eggs and maybe pancakes. It took an hour to get our breakfast and there were only 5 tables with customers (our table included). The staff were very awkward and they would only mumble at the lowest volume, like they were scared to take an order or ask if all was ok. When the food finally came, it was pretty good. Typical country breakfast. The dining area could use a good cleaning, lots of debris and food scraps around tables and window ledges. Not much open for breakfast on a Sunday, so glad they were there.

This worst service I’ve ever had in my life. We sat there for 3 hours!!!!! We ordered salads. We had to ask for silverware, drinks (and all refills), literally anything. Actually the worst service ever. Will NEVER return. The 12 year old boy (not sure that’s even legal - child labor laws??) that was running around did a better job at service than any of the servers. This restaurant is ran by a bunch of dummy’s.

Ate lunch here. They were short staffed, but we were told that ahead of time. The wait wasn't overly long, staff was nice. Food was good.

We waited over an hour to receive our breakfast. Food arrived at table cold. Tried to speak with manager and waitress about it but it was a waste of breath. It was evident they could care less. Service and food were horrible!!! Don’t waste your money or time patronizing this excuse for a restaurant.

My experience was horrible when i got there the waitress was acting scared then it took forever for them to take my order i went through two drinks while waiting then i finally ordered my food but then they started bringing out everyone’s food but mine and everyone finished they food then i finally got mine then i cut in to the potato and it was nothing but butter i will not be coming any time soon Thank You.

I couldn't eat my steak it was too tough

Italian food is awful, I got ravioli and it was terrible dough was hard almost impossible to cut with a fork and hard !

The food has been great every time we have been here. This time was no exception! I had the Bel Piatto Pasta, and it was amazing. My wife and I always get the artichoke dip as well, and it was excellent again! Our waiter was great

They really need to work on service. One trip the manager said he was to busy. The waitress came to the table a few times but forgot what we asked for each time. One trip I think it was the bus boy, gave us better service. Ended up giving him 30$ tip.

Breakfast Thursday thru Sunday always good. Pizza the best in Kosciusko.

Despite being shorthanded the staff did a wonderful job at keeping the food coming and drinks full. The rolls and honey butter were surprisingly tasty. We all enjoyed our meals and portion sizes were just right. Absolutely recommend and will be back.

This little town does not offer much in the way of fine cuisine but this place offers a wide selection of good food. The fish tacos stand out for me but there are many other choices of basic American, Italian and Hispanic. Maybe some Asian but I don’t specifically recall. In this food desert, Bel Piatto might be considered a decent oasis.

I got the Croce Steak (Ribeye Steak) with vegetables and mashed potatoes and roll. The steak was tender, juicy and seasoned just right. The vegetables & potatoes were great as well. The servers were friendly & attentive. I will be eating there again.

Really good food, but the atmosphere does not match.

Comfortable booths and attentive service. Extensive menu and everything I've tried has been tasty. I recently ate the catfish plate which comes with several catfish filets (fried or grilled), fries and house salad. I got the fried catfish which was lightly fried and delicious.

Believe they might have been shot staffed. Had to continually call someone over for assistance and the food was not tasty, especially the Lasagna

This place is definitely confused on it's identity. Mexican and Italian do not mesh well. They should stick to the Mexican because the Italian was horrible. The spaghetti and meatballs was not good at all. The sauce was almost too salty and too sweet at the same time.... not sure how that even happened. The ravioli was just as bad. I have paid less for better food.

I ate here two nights in a row while out of town on business. At first I was overwhelmed by the menu and it's many items however I decided to ask the waiter for his recommendation. I wish I would have remembered his name as he was super helpful on all items on the menu. I will definitely be back if I'm in the neck of the woods

The food was good. Short of help, but service was good. The drinks were expensive. It was the only dine-in restaurant that was open. Most were fast food.

They offer a lot of good food selections; which is very good food; with good service, in a clean facility! We'll go there again!

It isn't that the food is bad or that the quality isn't good. The last three times that I bought burgers they have been saturated with salt. So today my cousin and I bought a carry out pattymelt, this time they were too salty as well. My cousin bit hers first and said this is too salty, I bit mine and it was the same. We drove back too the restaurant and my cousin took them in told them they were too salty and asked for a refund. The manager told her that she had bitten off of each sandwich. She came back to the car to get me, I told him that we each bit our sandwich at they were to salty. He said "yall bought a hamburger steak plate too, and it's all the same meat". I had to explain "mine was too salty for me, and hers was too salty for her" and "we can't eat them and we would like our money back". Then he said "you people don't like to pay ", and opened the register and threw each of us our money back, and said "don't come back". As if he had to tell us not to come back. He just lost good customers, I will never go back.

HORRIBLE. I arrived at 12:50, finally seated, I understand they're short staffed, I finally get my order taken & the kids acts like he don't understand. 25 minutes later I get my side salad, he had to bring the dressing back, I ordered wings for my appetizers, never received them, he brings my lasagna 1:33pm I inquire about my wings, their still cooking. I used to like this place, its went downhill. I WON'T BE BACK

Out of all martini ingredients and some of the ingredients changed- the spinach dip was literally cheese and chopped spinach. It's clean and good service but feel like the food kinda went downhill and how come put in a bar if I can't order any martinis?

Chicken florentine and now the chicken Alfredo also was awesome

Egg plant parm was good fried crisp under pasta and sauce. My date enjoyed her meal, the rolls are soft just to sweet for my taste (I like them more in the buttery side. Friendly staff. Will be back. Appreciated it being an Italian restaurant, the core menu was Italian. They even have a bar .

My son and I ate here while traveling. Our waiter was our first impression. The young man just seemed clueless when I would ask him something. The question was not complicated as I asked him what kind of lettuce was served in the salad. It took way too long for them to be served. I had to remind him about them. I thought maybe they made each one to order but the bowls and the lettuce were both chilled which tells me all he had to do was pick them up and bring them out. They were good and fresh when we did finally get them. They served homemade rolls too which were delicious. When we got our main course my eggplant was a bit greasy but I realize it is a fried item. Pasta sauce was pretty good. My son liked his chicken dish. This restaurant was okay. I might go back if the opportunity arises but hopefully with a server who knows what to do. I realize he was young and maybe it was his first time to have a job. One of the best things was that they have cats in the back of the parking lot. I took my leftovers to them and enjoying petting the ones that would come near enough. ❤️

Staying next door at hotel.Should have left when i walked in and saw Indians owned the place! I just threw away 19.50 for Lasagna and garlic bread! The food is terrible, worst Imitation Italian i have ever seen! One layer,melted cheese on top,very little meat,lasagna noodles on bottom! No taste,no meat,garbage food! Do yourself a favor,go to Walmart, buy frozen Stouffers,heat i and eat! 5 stars compared to this CRAP! DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! The pics tell it all! A 10 yr old could serve better food than this!

The food was great and the service was quick! We ordered takeout around 430pm and took it home to eat with family! It was great even after a 40 minute drive! I have also had great experience eating in here too!

Food was hot and a lot of it but tasted over cooked. Service was excellent. Nice waiters. Respectful. Restaurant wasn’t clean. Floor needs sweeping after folks leave a table. Restrooms definitely need to be attended too.

FRESH FROZEN ITALIAN FOOD, THAWED OUT AND COOKED BY MEXICANS. NOT GOOD AT ALL!!! We gave our order, wanted Spinish Dip. Was never brought to the table. I ordered Lazana, was served cold, that's how I know it was FROZEN. Not made fresh!!

Has a nice atmosphere. The waitstaff was friendly and attentive. The menu has quite a variety of items on it. The portions were generous. The grilled chicken, french fries, and mixed vegetables were perfectly prepared. The house salad was better than average with a nice mix of lettuce, tomato, cucumber, bacon bits, cheese, and croutons. The Italian dressing was thick but had a good flavor. The Mediterranean pasta with chicken, spinach, artichoke, and sundried tomatoes was flavorful but would have been better with less sauce on it. The bread was perfectly toasted. My main complaint would be the women's restroom. They installed a really nice floor but stopped short of replacing the damaged mirror, hand towel dispenser that isn't working, old toilet seat, and rusted shelf unit in the corner...not to mention the bucket under the sink catching dripping water.

Had the alfredo pasta with chicken. Sauce kinda watery chicken kinda tough. Caesar salad was pretty good. Waiter hovered over us till we ordered

I ordered the Roma calzone along with a ceased salad. This thing is awesome. I work for ups and I am from out of town. The guys at the local terminal recommended. Glad they did. The calzone is humongous

We were driving down the Natchez Trace Parkway and decided to stay spend the night in Kosciusko, MS. We ate dinner at the Bel Piatto Restaurant and the food was really good. I recommend this restaurant to anyone in the Kosciusko area. My wife had the grilled chicken and I had the shrimp tacos, both were really good.

Handily located next to our hotel so we went there for dinner. I had the Mediterranean Chicken dish and thought it was tasty. Staff was friendly and helpful. Place was clean and is very casual.

Cob wrap was awesome! Sweet potatoe fries are fantastic! Waiters dressed great and super professional!!! Atmosphere needs better design, but food made up for it.

We ate at Bel Piatto's our last evening in town. It was recommended to us.... an now we know why. VERY FRIENDLY and helpful staff and delicious food. We were told the chef makes his sauces and dishes from scratch... and we could taste it. The portions look small, but they are FILLING!!!! The menu has many selections so there's plenty to choose from. When we return to see our family.... we WILL stop in again.

They have a great breakfast menu and you get more food than you can eat! Very friendly staff and nice atmosphere. We go there at least once a month on the weekends for breakfast.

I just had a delicious ribeye steak with grilled vegetables and a side salad here. I am very impressed. The restaurant has an attractive interior and the service from my waiter, Edgar, was outstanding. In addition to comfort foods the menu has seafood, chicken, pork and pasta entrees. Many restaurants around here seem to not have much besides hamburgers, wings and maybe catfish so I appreciated the broad menu offerings. Bel Piatto will definitely be on my radar whenever I'm visiting Kosciusko.

Large restaurant next to motel , clean a selection of what they call Italian food not what we know as Italian food, no licence so no drinks available. But thats ok we would not go back the waiter said no licence because the owners did...

Wide variety of food. Even our picky niece and nephew were pleased. Mark was extremely attentive. Food was perfect. We had 3 pizzas, spaghetti & meatballs, and an appetizer. Enough food to take home. Will be back and will recommend. Fun atmosphere. Love this place....
