The food is usually good and I've been a fan for years, but I rarely go to Bellacinos anymore. The last three times, my order has been wrong. Today I just tried a pickup order again and got home to find that I only got half of my order. It's really gone downhill over the past several months.

Pizza and subs are good. I like the pride pizza, seafood grinder, and the club. I am sure others are good too.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. We ordered a sandwich and small pizza and after 36 minutes had to leave because our food had still not even gone in the oven. This was our first and last attempt at this joke of a ‘restaurant’.

Fast, delicious, reasonably priced..

We enjoy Bellacinos every time we go there. The grinders are great. Plenty of meat and fresh toppings. I don't know what they put on the fries but they crisp and good. Better than any other place. The bread is fantastic. The folks working there were friendly and did a good job.

We ordered a veggie pizza with pepperoni on half. When we got back to our hotel we realized they put pepperoni on the whole pizza. I went to bed hungry. Very disappointed.

Dirty, and from my understanding most the staff has a record.

Good place to eat. The pizza and grinders are delicious. And their brownies and cookies are good too. Plus and it's a big plus, they offer peanut better cookies. I have to shout them out for that, too many restaurants are canceling good peanut butter cookies (honey baked ham) without any good reasons.

The pizza was great! We ordered here twice while in West Virginia. The straff was nice and very helpful. The restaurant could use a deep cleaning. I didn't get that clean feeling when I was walking towards the restaurant entrance/exit and noticed flies around the trash can for the guests. Also, since you can see the employees in the kitchen, making your food. I pray the man that printed my receipt washed his hands before going back to what he was doing since the cashier didn't know how to print the double ticket. Overall, the pizza crust, meat lovers, and cheese pizzas were so good!!

Comfortable area, right off the exit. The pizza is a must, can't wait to try the wings

The grinders are the best. The bread is so fresh and tastes wonderful. The bellacino bayou is great. The baked fried are the best fries. Food is consistently great.

Food tasted good, but there was numerous errors. Asked for no onions on the pizza, it was loaded. Asked for toppings for the sandwich, not added, and pizza sauce left out of the cheesesticks. Will give another try, but was not satisfied with the quality.

The gentleman making the food had filithy fingernails . Dirty under nails and his teeth looked like they hadn't been brushed for several days. Atmosphere I rated poor due to the employees hygiene. The food was good but after thinking about his appearance/ hygiene I could not eat it. The manager on duty should be responsible for making sure the staff is clean and presentable to work.

Horrible customer service and if you order online it's never ready on time.

My wings were cold and my pick up order I had to wait 20 minutes for. Pretty sure they were just sitting on the counter (probably why they were cold)

My mother has advanced Alzheimer’s and I order a Full Turkey Grinder for her and I to share a couple times a months. She is super picky and doesn’t like much but always smiles and leans in when I order this. The grinder is so filling, always hot and is delivered to us in no time via DoorDash. Bellacino’s is always consistent and a go-to for grinders in the Bville and Huntington area.

We come here every time we come to Barboursville and the pizza is always on point! The crust is crisp, the sauce is great and the toppings and cheese ratio is perfect. This is by far the best pizza place I've tried so far. Also, we tried the chicken bacon ranch grinder and is was amazing as well

I work in the same shopping center, so I thought it would be a good place to grab lunch. I've been 5-6 times over the course of a year, hoping it would improve. I have never gotten a sandwich in less than 30 minutes. Today took over 45, I was about to cancel my order so I could rush back to work when it finally came out. It's dirty. Food is overpriced for what you get, especially since I've been eating it cold, hours after I intended to. Cannot recommend. (Gross, don't call me Mr. Kelley. An employee commented on how long I had been waiting. Nice political move, but don't try to shift the blame to me. I was sitting at the bar, there's no way I didn't hear them, or that they didn't know I was waiting. I'm not gonna call you, you don't have to make it right, I don't really think you can. I was waiting on a bus and they quickly made me a pizza bread. It was delicious a d they were so nice!

we were pleased with food here. sandwiches good, salad larger than I expected. steak salad had lots of meat and cheese.

Fantastic grinders! Have only eaten there twice, the first time about 5 years ago and then again this past Thursday (8 June 2023). Both times, I was on my way from Charleston WV to the Tri-State Airport in Huntington. Both times, I got the Italian sub to-go, so I'd have something to eat while waiting for my flight. Nice, crisp outer crust on the roll and good portion of fresh fillings, then toasted in the oven before they box it up so it stays warm and crunchy. Other passengers waiting for their flight were seriously jealous while I chowed down!

Phenomenal food. You order at the counter and they bring your order out to you. Atmosphere is average it's clean and quiet.

My first time here. The establishment is very casual and self serve. You order your food and then seat yourself. The pizza I ordered was very good. I had 4 toppings and the sauce was mild but not bland. The crust was perfect. The price is in line with most pizza establishments and I'd say it was worth the money. Twice I've called at 830 pm ( they close at 9pm) to order one pie, only to have them not pick up the phone. I was ordering from the drive thru at Starbucks.. .just above the restaurant. I can clearly see the employees are there (outside smoking) and the open sign is on...do your jobs answer the phone...serve paying customers during the your regular business hours! On another occasion, when they did answer to take an order, I arrived to pick it up and almost left without it, the staff seemed annoyed by my presence when 2 of them finally emerged from the rear of the building. They were awkward, nervous and jittery and the fella who I paid talked so fast and so mumbled I had to ask him 3 times what my total was before I could understand him. That was my last and final visit to the establishment. The food is pretty good, but the service ruins it for me. Nastiest food we have ever gotten around the area , the 16” pizza is the size of a small that you would get out of an Italian restaurant. Dough and cheese are over cooked and the pizza is cut for a child not the traditional cuts like their picture shows. The male staff at the counter are beyond rude on the phone and in person never ever again will we waste over $50 for food you can barely eat. 6 wings for $9 and they are tiny and over cooked as well. We wanted pizza and decided to give Bellacino’s a try. It was only a short drive over to the store but it was hot and ready when we arrived.
