Husband and I split a small ham and cheese sub. It was DELICIOUS!!! Even the pickle was crisp. Each of us got our own baked bbq chips. I personally don't eat bread much but will occasionally make an exception for Bellacino subs. Sat by the windows to watch the Beckley skyline... love those gorgeous huge white fluffy clouds.

Are there many times, this most recent was by far the worst yet. Had loaded fries, that was a mistake. Just quality has suffered

My daughter and I choose to eat here at least twice per week. It’s convenient, the food is good and the staff is always nice. That changed this evening, and I won’t be back. I ordered the same thing I always do. My sandwich was fine, but my daughter’s sandwich had nothing on it. When I took it up for them to fix, I was treated horribly. My daughter heard the man yelling at me. I realize people have bad days, but it is no excuse for the shoddy, unprofessional way I was treated. It is not good for business. He needs to be written up at the very least, and fired at best. What a disappointment.

A wonderful stop with fresh food. While traveling we spotted this little eatery. Delicious grinder! We had the Mountaineer and I added a garden salad. Both were fresh. This stop will no doubt be the highlight of our long drive while returning back home from a trip. Can’t wait to pass through again!

Steak grinder was dry and they cut back on the meat,15 bucks a sub,next time I will go to Jimmy John's,oh yeah,had no tomatoes on it either, very little mayonnaise,I'm done with them

Normally I have excellent experience with this place, but this time was not. I specifically ordered a salad with Italian dressing, got home and they put the wrong dressing in the bag. I called to let them know that next time they should pay a little more attention to the tickets and well they had the nerve to say I was rude to the employee when they turned and got an attitude with me. Like I said most of the time my experience is great, but I was pretty upset this time for being called rude and basically a Karen for complaining about something as mild as dressing. However when that was to be your dinner it's not something mild to complain about

I called to order large breadsticks with cheese got small because the girl taking the order told me I was wrong call to speak with manger and he tells me not everyone works there for 3 years the food was cold and hard as a rock

First time having Bellacino’s pizza and I must say hands down best pizza ever. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If you ever in West Virginia stop by Bellacino’s on Eisenhower

Stopped in for lunch with the team. The guy at the counter had a great attitude, tip worthy. This location is a little busy so food took a few minutes. Worth the wait, hot and fresh. Not a bad taste might I add. That Chicago steak be the business.

The manager Trent or whatever his name is rude. He likes to gas light his customers, over talk them, blantantly lie to them and refused to give his name when asked and likes to hang up on customers. I use to like eating here but management sucks for the money you're spending on their food. Edit: only reason i have his name is because i realized the worker who took my call initially before he got on the phone said his name before he took the phone and got on the call.

This is going to become our go to stop on our trips from NC to OH. We got the turkey/cheese grinder and the chicken/bacon/ranch grinder. Both were absolutely delicious! That bread was something else. I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone who needs to drive through Beckley. It's 100% worth the little detour off the feeway (15-20 tops). If you're in a rush, order online and pick it up.

It WOULD have been dine in, had they given me my food! My husband and I had to be somewhere before they closed at 7. We went in and ordered at 5:40, thinking we would have enough time to eat a salad and a calzone. It's 6:15 and we had to walk up to ask them to put it in a box and IT STILL WASNT READY. NEVER AGAIN.

Stopped by here on our way back to WY and this place is seriously incredible! I got the Italian grinder and a side salad and I have never had a better sandwich in my life! The staff was incredible, the food was perfect, everything was super clean, I just cannot rave on this place enough! I would give them a thousand stars if that was an option. I will be stopping here every time we travel through from now on !

Created a lunch order for 22 people in under 30 minutes and every item was correct and delicious.

I ordered on their website. I loved that there was an option to put allergies and intolerances. I ordered the chicken grinder. Also loved that it was customizable. The delivery was quick. The food was good. I will be ordering from here again while I’m in town.

I wouldn't waste my time nor $$$ in this place. Since J"mara has left the quality of the service and the food has also left. I tipped $7 for a Togo order of $25 . They didn't put All the toppings on my pizza and not only did the manager refuse to remake it, he literally threw a temper tantrum. Left word with the other store for the owner to get back to me but no call so far. You still owe me my $7 tip I asked to get back but of course that was refused as well

Good tasting food is nothing without a proficient management team. The customer who pays for the food is RIGHT. Teach YOUR workers verbiage. Educate them on the way that others use terminology. Saying “I want a specialty pizza I guess is what it’s called because I ONLY want these 2 toppings” it isn’t a complicated process to type in the system said toppings, and instead received a supreme with olives! I wouldn’t waste your $ when they won’t remake your food because it’s 20 min til close, and they just want to go home. Refund was the only option granted and the time noted. Also cursed at AFTER “manager” locked himself inside behind a door. I love how my family wasn’t supposed to be upset, but we waited 40 min and received something we didn’t order. Anyone can pick through toppings but that’s not what we pay $32 for. Management should have remade the pizza instead of hurrying to get home and an argument of NEVER insued. Manager says he’s not worried about losing business 🫡 hope corporate sees things the same way tommorrow.

$18 for a 3 topping medium pizza is robbery. It wasn't even that filling. Flavor was good, but they cut it really stupidly.

Their pizza's are the best in Beckley actually anywhere that I've eat. Their personality are never very friendly but I didn't go there to make friends with them.

Trying to find a place we haven't been to yet and stumbled across Bellacinos. Staff were friendly and the place smelled amazing. The stained glass lights are also a really neat touch with the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine. Ordered cheese garlic bread, pepperoni pizza, and a Chicago Steak Grinder. Took a little longer than fast food (if you're in a crunch, order ahead) but definitely worth the wait. The pizza was nice and hot. The cheese garlic bread was FREAKIN delicious and if it didn't make my doctor sad I would eat it on the regular, hah. The grinder was cooked to perfection. Not greasy and slimy. Was firm and meaty. Recommend this place for some dang good pizza, grinders, and cheese garlic bread.

Consistency is key and Bellacino's delivers that every time. When I'm passing through the Beckley, WV area they are my go to pizza place. Good stuff at great prices. Big fan!

I had hip surgery and it’s hard for me to walk, I ordered takeout and called and asked if they could bring the food to the door for me and the lady refused!! The worst customer service ever!! I will never never never order from them again!! Pure laziness!!!!

3/10/23 we got take out steak and cheese and a Stromboli. Ate at the one in Beaver a couple weeks back was hoping the one In Beckley would be better and it wasn’t. Steak and cheese was fully loaded when I got home and was only supposed to have meat cheese and mayo, it was slimy and probably the nastiest sub I’ve ever eaten. Wife did take off everything I didn’t want on it but it was gross 🤮 Wife’s food wasn’t good much better Bellacinos used to great I don’t know what’s happened but I’m done eating there! Kids won’t even eat there pizza.

Ate there first time last week got a steak griner, it was AWESOME!!!

The couch buffalo at the cash register wouldnt accept a 100$ bill as tender on a 30$ order. I didnt have smaller bills the place was packed and clearly had change. Couldnt tell you how the food was because they dont accept money.

The most dry, the most bland turkey Reuben I have ever had. Not enough sour kraut to taste or see, hardly no dressing, in fact my sandwich was so dry it was hard to swallow. Spent 39 dollars for two people for a sour feeling about wasting money. I did give it two stars for the awesome bread.

Lots of parking, easy access, lots of seating. You order at the counter and they bring the food to you. French fries were very good, crunchy and firm inside, pizza was also very good, a must try if you are in the area. Friendly staff and easy ordering

If you are in mood for a sandwich let me recommend there grinders they make subway look bad in every way. The pizza is ok calzons are really good. Loaded frys are actually really good and crispy.

It is a shame when a steak sub is dry, to much lettuce. Also they did not take the time to saute peppers and onions. Oh wait, 3 pieces of green pepper and 4piecesnof onion. Fries we're still raw when we got them as well. I would not recommend going there.

Grinder is always good, but the service is ran by kids the don’t understand urgency, customer service, and professionalism. I ordered bone-in wings and got home it was boneless; not enough for a family order. Drove all the way back for replacement. Another visit, called ahead and was on hold 10 mins, drove there and input order in person. Told them, I’ve been on hold and they just said oh ok and hung up phone. They were not busy at all. If it weren’t for the fact this place is a home must-have when I visit town, I’d not eat here period. Beaver-Ritter Drive might have to be my only choice! Terrible Service!!

I had a terrible experience at Bellacino's in Beckley today (June 14, 2022). I was reading the menu waiting in line to place my order, the man in front of me left, I stepped to counter, employee said "your not next". She was rude. The manager called me a mean old lady. Just a bad experience. I'll never go there again. I had to give 1 star in order to write a review otherwise zero stars. The food wasn't any good either. Sausage chunks with raw vegetable called a Bellacino Stomboli.

I normally get salads, which are pretty good. This time I opted for an 8" veggie pizza... the veg was good but the crust was so doughy and underdone I could only pull off the veg and cheese and eat that. Worst pizza I have EVER had in my life!

My wife really likes the pizza Haven't eaten here in a few months because the last time we ordered there were new kids working or being trained and out pizza was relatively under baked, fast forward to yesterday, our pizza was soggy on the bottom and what ever cheese they used is extremely chewy.

This place is on it's way out.. paid for extra cheese, not extra.. burned cheese again.. sad dominoes has better pizza and i don't like them

Great find! The small calzone was the perfect size for one, and dough was delicious. Meatball sub was delish but too much for one! Also had pepperoni and cheese and the new chicken BBQ pizzas, both were fantastic. Great place to stop!

Great food. All the local ones shut down over 5 years ago, so I have to make a road trip to get my fix. You certainly don't go home hungry with the portion sizes. I always get the stromboli grinder, what I think is the best sandwich on the menu.

We ordered a pepperoni, mushroom, extra cheese pizza for delivery to our hotel room. I certainly have no complaints about the service (although a couple of paper or plastics would have been nice). The pizza was mediocre, at best. It was hot, but toppings were difficult to find and identify. Definitely not a good value for the money.

We live in Florida now but whenever we come home to visit family, Bellacino's is a must stop! 18 inches of steak grinder please (but I miss the Chicago)

I had read the reviews and was sold on the idea of dinner here. My son had read the Yelp reviews which were not as stellar as TripAdvisors. We decided to give it a chance and the the pizza and side salads were delicious. Nothing fancy but tasty and reasonably priced for a road trip. Great experience.

Well it's been about a year since I've been there. but I called, place my order no problem picked it up about 15 minutes later I got the steak grinder fries and a drink and it was as delicious as the last time I remember. So yes I'll keep going back.. Because the food is always wonderful and the pizza is always delicious

This location has nice workers and I usually call in to order. Pick up time is usually never more than 15 minutes and they are efficient. Haven't messed up an order yet. I do miss the ice cream in store though!

Delicious pizza! There is lots of other stuff to try, but we love the pizza.

Me and my friends ended up going to the one in Beckley and we bought two calzones and waited for the food . around 10 or so minutes later one of the workers bought soda drinks for the three of us, but what was even more amazing was when the calzones were done they gave us the food and said there was one for each of us. We were confused as we only ordered 2, so we opened it up to find 3 calzones and marinara sause for the three of us. We ordered 2 calzones but got 3 sodas, 3 calzones, and 3 sauses and one of the ladys payed for all but the original 2. 15/10 Would eat again

Like many trip advisors, we stop in Beckley en route to southern vacations. We liked the convenience of ordering online as we approached Beckley, then brought it back to the hotel. Portions are large - subs are 18"! Google had a hard time directing me there, but otherwise no complaints! We have been to 3 pizzerias over the years in Beckley and we will come back to this one!

The store is combined with a Bella's creamery where you can get ice cream with mix ins. There is plenty of room to sit for done in. In hindsight I probably should have ordered online to reduce my wait time. The staff was pretty friendly. I will say they did a great job getting my order correct with the ingredient substitutions.
