Great place to satisfy your Greek and Italian cuisine needs. The sandwiches are good. The pizza is very good and loaded with whatever toppings you want. Not just a little bit. A LOT. The mozzarella sticks are a little different because they use a flour and egg based coating instead of the traditional bread crumbs, but they are very good as well. The salads are good. Try the Greek dressing.

We have been going here since they opened many many years ago and this last time might be the last. The large sub had the equivalent of a grilled chicken tender in each side with a little cheese and sauce. The price has gone up to 13.50 for this sandwich. I mentioned this to the waitress who was a very good server and she said she would tell the kitchen. I normally don’t complain but we were kinda shocked how empty the subs were for the price. On checking out the guy asked how our food was and we told him the sandwiches were a bit of a disappointment as we had been coming here for years and never had a problem. He just ignored us and checked us out. No thank you, no nothing. Another restaurant going down the tubes in the new version of Asheville. Maybe this was an off day, but we left upset due to the cashier not acknowledging our issue and we were still hungry.

My hubby and myself were celebrating our anniversary and walked down to Bellagio Bistro. We were staying in a nearby hotel. We was seated soon as we walked in and our waitress came right over after taking care of our seated neighbors. She was really nice and pretty decent English speaking. The food came out fresh and delicious. We would go again and again. Very good Italian cuisine

Fried chicken salad is my favorite

We always enjoy this restaurant. My favorite, fried chicken salad, is always delicious. There are many choices of food on the menu to try. The sweet iced tea is very good!

Zara was our server. When I asked about a special dish not on the menu, she went and inquired of the chef and they provided it. This is our new best Greek place to eat in the Asheville area. The food is fantastic the customer service is outstanding! You will not be disappointed here!

We went here because of how well it was reviewed, what a mistake!!!! Worst experience, the hostess was very rude to every customer she seated. Couldn’t help but laugh while we watched the place unfold in drama! I would compare the cheese tortellini to a microwave dinner, not worth the time and patience we had to give up, though. Drinks took a long time to get, and the check was not a proper itemized recipe (it was hand written). If you still really want to eat here, get the side salad with ranch, best thing there.

To start off the hostess was rude and not very friendly, she would turn around and mumble have a good day to everyone she sat down. They took a very long time just to get the check out even after we asked for it. The food wasn’t very good either. Not very good.

We are out of towners and chose this restaurant due to the good reviews but were unfortunately quite disappointed in both the service and food. Between the 6 of us we had a couple pizzas, chicken parmesan, tortilini, lamb Gyro and a combo gyro platter. The pasta sauce was bland and the tzatziki was pretty much straight yogurt. Service was slow and it took an extremely long time to get our check. We had to ask for it 3 times. The hostess seemed irritable, slapping menus on tables without even making eye contact. I literally witnessed her roll her eyes after she turned away from folks she had just seated.

The food is decent, but expensive. The service today was slow and inattentive. If you want this kind of food, go across town to Apollo Flame. The portions, price, and service are all much better!

We love this place! The food is excellent and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Autumn, our waitress is super helpful...with that big smile on her face. She is patient, explaining the food offerings, and checking to see how everything was. ..all throughout our meal. She brought out check and said thank you for coming and I replied, "you are precious ". She said, "Thank you. That just means my mama and daddy raised me right " What a beautiful response from a beautiful young lady. She's a keeper!!

We eat here at least once a month with friends. Last Saturday we had lunch at around 12:30, I had spinach lasagna, a friend had a chicken tenders plate, another friend had a pizza and another the hummus plate. We all had salads and appetizers. Everything was fresh and delicious! Wait staff are always friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend with 5 Stars!

Been going to Bellagio for almost 20 years, and it has always been a dependable go-to dining location! Favorites are the Mediterranean Chicken Spaghetti and the Chicken Parmesan. They have the best homemade Greek house dressing that is also offered for purchase! Always quality, great service, and never a disappointment!

I was staying at a nearby hotel and ordered baked spaghetti to go. Staff was friendly and welcoming, the only reason for 2 instead of 1 stars. Large portions looked great, but the taste was very disappointing. Bland, flavorless, boring sauce. I've had better tasting sauce opening a jar. I was hoping for more.

This is the most delightful homey spot! Christi was our server and she has a beautiful disposition and catered to our every need! The portions were HUGE and we left with a whole other meal to eat to later. Every interaction with staff was very pleasant. Will definitely be back again if we are in the area!!

Great food ( Supreme Pizza recommended) - great prices 2023/01/14 Update - went there at 4:00 so there shouldn't have been any issue with service, but they seem to be shorthanded. waitress had to be reminded to bring us water and the restaurant was only 10% full. we will still go back since we have been huge fans of Bellagio since the opening. 05/23/2024 Update - we had a to-go order for a small Bellagio supreme pizza and a Greek chicken salad. Service was very good of course. Restaurant was 75% full on a Friday night around 6:00. Prices had inched upward again. Still one of our favorite restaurants in Asheville.

This used to be one of my favorite places to eat, but not anymore. About a year or so ago my wife and I dined in and I ordered a steak and cheese sub. When it came not only was it so greasy that the bread fell apart it was mostly hamburger meat. I brought this to the attention of the waitress and in turn was replaced with a totally steak sub. One day this week my wife brought home a Bellagio steak sub and same deal: mostly hamburger. I used 2 paper towels to try to collect the grease from the styrofoam container and again bread fell apart as I was eating it. What has happened? If this happens with other patrons eventually this restaurant will probably close. It used to be a good place to eat.

We ordered the usual Chicken Parmesan we get but this time not quite satisfied. I think for the price it's too much. Sauce was watery can barely find the chicken. First time to order their cheese pizza, it was really good. We wished we just ordered this and not the pasta . As to service, there were few customers that day it was 7pm but our order took 30 min. and getting a not so good pasta is really disappointing.

My family and I had a really wonderful meal here everyone was super happy with what they had. The prime rib sandwich was amazing! The staff is super nice too!

We had such great service and food! Our waitress, Kristi (sp?) was very patient with all of our first-timer questions. Their salad dressings are all made in-house and are so fresh and delicious. I bought a bottle of the Greek dressing to take home. Highly recommend this restaurant. My only complaint is that it's 3 hours away from my house! 😭

This place is the best! Made fresh to order and the staff is super friendly and always ask if you need anything. Portion size is more than enough to fill your tummy.

I ate here on a business trip, so normally you won't hit up the same place twice, but this place is awesome. The variety is unreal, and the menu is genuinely delicious. I can't wait to go back to that area.

Their menu has so many great options, and the prices are all very reasonable! Plus the service is great and the fountains inside make for a lovely atmosphere.

This place is great! Gyro was good and what a gyro should be :) and the service is excellent. I avoided this place at first because it felt like a tourist trap but it is the opposite! I have not been disappointed and prices are fair.

February 2025: Tried their Bellagio Supreme Pizza for the first time, it was good but not great (needed more seasoning and baked longer, due to all of the toppings). They have so many items to choose from that we love. July 2023: Chicken Francesco (white wine sauce over pasta and chicken with plenty of cheese). Included a generous salad and garlic bread. Had leftovers. Excellent. We enjoyed the atmosphere, friendly fast service and the food was great. I had the smaller portion meat lasagna which came with a good size side salad & garlic bread (great tasting bread but not crispy). My husband had one of the newer sub sandwiches (turkey bacon) which came with fries. We will be back. This time we had a Greek salad with Greek Marinated Chicken on top and Spaghetti with meat sauce that came with a small salad & garlic bread. Plus a cup of coffee with cream. This is one of our go to places for comfort food. Love it.

First time here but not the last. I had the Chicken Francesco with salad and mushroom appetizer. The wife and I split the Fried Mushrooms. They were delicious and my SO said she could eat the whole thing, and is of ample size to share. The garden salad side was fresh and generous. My main dish over pasta was creamy and delicious. It was covered in cheese and the chicken was flavorful. Took home half for another meal. Our waitress was pleasant and friendly. She kept us satisfied and we never had to look for her. I’ve got the Lamb Gyro on my mind for next visit as it looked quite tasty. Maybe I’ll take time for pics on my return.

Always are go to for good pizza. When dinning in we always try something new. Food and people are amazing!

Okay, let’s talk about Bellagio Bistro. I went for the first time today, and let me just start with the customer service. Chris, the manager, was SO friendly and attentive. He greeted and said goodbye to every passing guest as he cracked jokes with me. Even though I was only ordering To Go, he went back into the kitchen to check on my order, and it was ready in less than 10 minutes. He even threw in a free baklava dessert ❤️ I got the roasted chicken w/ veggies and rice special, with a “small” Greek salad. (But this side salad was huge) The chicken was so juicy and straight up delicious, the wild rice was PERFECT, and the greens were so fresh and crunchy. Seriously, the texture of everything was impressive. It was very obvious they are family-oriented and genuinely care about their patrons. If you’re an Italian or Greek food lover, you need to RUN, not walk here.

Love their food. I ordered the lasagna, which came with a delicious salad. My husband ordered an italian sub, which also came with a salad. We both had half of our meal left over, so we ordered two more salads to go and had a complete meal the next day!!!! Delicious!!!!!!

Pleasantly surprised. Ordered a large half bacon half pepperoni. They are generous with the toppings and we thoroughly enjoyed every slice. Would def recommend for pizza lovers.

My family and I have ordered take out here for years. Tonight we placed a to go order and when we got home, part of the order was missing. My husband drove all the way back only to be called a liar by the manager and treated poorly by the teenage waitress that did not take our order correctly. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN the way this situation was handled. We will NEVER go back.

9/26/2023: We ate in tonight and we were served quickly. Greek Chicken Salad was great, again. 7/27/2023: Still a great place to pick up a great and filling Greek chicken salad. The Greek dressing is delicious. If you want a quick meal for carryout, Bellagio is the answer. We often call en route to the restaurant and only wait a few minutes in the parking lot before going inside to the prepared order. Very friendly and professional staff. Great food with good portion sizes for sharing and leftovers.

We were visiting Asheville and asked, "Where do the locals eat?" Several suggested Bellagio Bistro. The referrals were accurate. We were seated immediately. Our server, Peyton was personable, fun , and professional. We ordered the Fish & Chips special. Noting that we don't eat as much as we used to--and generally only get one entree between the two of us--and Peyton said the meal should satisfy our appetites. She was correct. Our meal arrived quickly--hot and delicious. Peyton checked on us several times, and kept our beverage filled; Peyton said she made the sweet tea. Perfect Southern tea. We had a terrific experience. Definitely going back.

Excellent everything... I love deep fried pickles and if they're on the menu I've gotta try them. The ones here are one of the top two I've had and that's saying alot because I've tried alot!
