Aaliyah did amazing with my eyebrows. She was very thorough and took her time to make sure she got them right. I’m particular about who touches my eyebrows but I am definitely coming back. Highly recommend.

My daughter’s brow specialist was Aaliyah, and she was so gentle, and kind. My daughter had terrible last experiences and Aaliyah made her experience this time so enjoyable! She talked her through every step, and my daughter’s eyebrows look beautiful.

It’s a great way to facilitate open communication so that everybody is on the same page and it empowers the client to have a say in what they are looking for. Highly recommend Aaliyah.

Today I attended a Benefit event at Ulta where I had my brows tinted and waxed by Arch Expert Vanessa (she was fabulous at her craft) and had tinsel put into my hair. The management team is so positive and really gives off a warm and fuzzy feel to both their team and customers. Vanessa really knew what she was doing, and educated me on how to maintain my brows going forward. I’m def going to book a future appointment with her! Overall, I absolutely love this Ulta location. The staff is wonderful! I’m so incredibly pleased. :)

Vanessa is the BEST. I came to her 1 1/2 years ago in desperate need of someone fixing a job that someone else had done horribly. She fixed them as best as she could that time.
