It's ok for a small town in north dakota. For the price it's ok 13. Not a big selection on the buffet. For a quick meal it's ok. But really it's just ok nothing special Tried it again shame on me. Very low selection of food on the buffet. Not worth it to me food is basic nothing special.

Definitely had better buffet. And wasn’t much of options here.

They brought back pepper shrimp. Love it.

They make small batches so it's always fresh! I like the coconut shrimp!

Chinese is always a hot with me and the carry out order was convenient but a bit small for the price, definitely not cat meat which was good

I love this place! They have great food and an awesome atmosphere. Great for the whole gang and perfect for just 1 or a couple. The staff are nice and courteous.

The food was so gross. I come here often but today made me feel sick. The food was cold and soggy with a few things being good like the egg rolls and doughnuts. Other than those two things everything I tried made me feel sick and not want to come back.

Food was so cold and just nasty. . barely any choices...shrimp were over cooked and dried out..over cooked rice..chicken...soup...garbage and cleaning area right by buffet this place should be shut down...bathroom had poop on wall and everything in the place was dirty and very unclean...pictures were filthy with fingerprints and dust..so gross!!

If you’re after non American authentic Chinese food you won’t find it here, but I’d you’re after that type of food I don’t really know why you’d look here anyway. In terms of your standard fare Americanized Chinese cuisine, they do really well. Honestly you can come to this place for consistently good comfort food. It’s a good price, with good portions, and is a nice break from bar food. I always recommend it to people and they’ll have me as a customer as long as I love in the area!

Unfortunately our food was quite bland. I have found many Chinese restaurants tone down on the spices, garlic, and heat in this northern area. If you like it mellow then this would work for you.

We've been going to this restaurant since it opened. I have noticed that the quality of the food has been lacking since it reopened after covid19. I wonder if it is under new owners or management?

Still the best hot and sour soup in North Dakota! And I love the staff, friendly people.

Beyonds has always been my go to place when visiting Wahpeton. The food was hot and most of the time, fresh. The last couple of times, not so much. Deep fried items had obviously been sitting and some of the main dishes lacked any real flavor. They used to serve your drinks right to your table and silverware already wrapped in a napkin. The last visit I made, I had to fill my own drink and take my own silverware out of a communal container sitting next to the drink station and bussing area which didnt seem very sanitary to me at least. The place must of gone through different management and it seems to be showing.

Food not bad. Small place but good choices for all you can eat Chinese food

Food there is great. Wish I could afford to eat there more often. Favorite dishes are the snow shrimp the Italian chicken and most definitely the mushrooms and the Mei fun

Authentic Chinese style buffet This place has been around for ages in Wahpeton ND . Stopped by the restaurant for lunch with buddy . Super nice staff and great service. Staff were so helpful and very social. Decor is cool Chinese old school with the traditional Hong Kong style lunch combos. Pick noodles and a variety of Chinese food , my favorite is black pepper chicken . It's not Michelin star (haha!) but all the food is good and takes me back to simpler a time. Give it a try if you're in the area.

Went to eat here on Saturday and ended up getting food poisoning.

So don't fall for all the good reviews others are giving. The food here sucks. It wasn't even out that long. The sauce for all of the chicken dishes was basically water. Nothing was seasoned properly and was rather bland. The fried donuts had little to no sugar on the and were greasy as hell. The hot and sour soup made me want to puke. The meat wonton tasted like an experiment gone wrong. The lo mein and rice were also bland. The only good food was the soft sponge cake dessert that looked store bought. The egg drop soup was OK according to my bf and one of the only things that was acceptable in his opinion. You would be better off just buying the orange chicken or general Tso chicken from Walmart. Your stomach and wallet will thank you.

It's ok. Was way better 6 months ago! Not sure what changed but it's definitely not the same

Not sure if it is every Friday night or if I just picked the best Friday to go...but they had Beef Pepper Steak with Onions, which is what I usually get for take out...it made my day!!

Got there at 6:05 p.m. Food was cold and hard. Food had sat too long. Should have asked for half our money back. Was my first time there. Sorry just being honest.

The food here is cold and is hard. the rice is hard the noodles are good but they're food bins on the buffet line are always almost empty they hardly ever fill them up and then you got to pay almost 13 bucks for an adult for the buffet it's not the same as it used to be they've gone downhill my husband myself my granddaughter my grandson will never eat there again

The food is tasty and hot. If you don't see what you want out there and you ask, they are more than happy to bring it to you. They are always so friendly and kind. I have been eating here since I was a very young child and it is still one of my favorite places to go because of the service.

First off I am a Chinese food connoisseur. The food is good Chinese, always hot. The chicken could use a little work though. It is rather rubbery.

We went there today and the food tasted so fresh. It is a good buffet. Very good service and always clean. I just wish they had soft serve ice cream back, but they at least serve two flavors of ice cream to scoop.

Small, cozy and clean, family-run eatery. Food selection is limited, but quality is good and pricing is reasonable...and they offer yummy Chinese sugar donuts and hard-pack ice cream for dessert!

Wow! Tiny place, but the food was fresh and delicious. We did the buffet to go. You can fill your box up with anything from the buffet for a flat price. More than enough to fill you up!

Food is always fresh no matter the time of day. The buffet is smaller but all the food is good! Owners and workers are very friendly.

Good dishes. Great service , always stop when I'm in the area. After reading some of the reviews I would have to disagree with the comment that fergus falls buffet is better. More isnt always better, Beyonds may have less options but each dish is always on point with flavor and always fresh . I would rather travel the extra 30 miles for beyonds. And if something isn't on buffet just ask they will have it out in a flash with a smile.

Basically the same as all Chinese buffets out there. The staff however is very friendly and quick to remove plates and bring out fresh food. I would definately eat here again.

Doesn't have the same Fried Rice we all grew up on, instead it's called Holiday Rice I've been told and not really a "Fried" rice, also the buffet rarely ever has anything different or new .. all that being said the food is good and cheap for what you get.
